CONCEPT - TOWER PLAN
PERSPECTIVE - SW - PANORAMA
Building Form
The massing for the high-rise residential tower starts off as a conventional rectangular plan, and is carved and angled to maximize apartment views towards the San Francisco Bay. A slender silhouette allows for neighboring buildings to maintain their Bay views. The final element that ties the two towers together is an amenity sky-deck that connects the top floor of the office tower across to the amenity floor of the residential tower. The hovering mass of the skydeck creates a dramatic entrance from the drop-off courtyard below, while providing residents with an amenity package highlighted by unparalleled views of the Bay.

TV STUDIO TV STUDIO FOR EXTREME PLASTIC SURGERY SHOW S t u d i o 6 0 9 , Fa l l 2 0 1 2 This project is a television studio for a show that sheds light on extreme facial plastic surgery. The form of this building is the result of associating “modifiers” such as the rate of plastic surgeries performed in the city of San Francisco and a spatial component. The spatial components were developed originally for a wearable prosthesis which correspond to the conditions of a shoulder and a wing. With the process of association and elimination the components started to evolve with the force of “modifiers” and “anchors” in a chosen site in the city of San Francisco. Scool Project
