Our proposal 'S.A.F.E. (Sustainable. Affordable. Flexible. Eco-friendly) House' has been awarded as First Runner-Up in the Search International Student Design Competition, Organized by Trust for Sustainable Education and Action in Architecture (SEARCH), India. (Trust for Search). The competition received a total of 297 entries of 850+ participants, from 60 cities around the world.
S.A.F.E. House proposes a more simplified and flexible design solution that can be better climate-resilient and affordable by local populations. Through efficient compartmentalization, the single house module can serve various served and service functions safely both in normal or stormy situations.
