Admission Requirements
The four year BSM degree prepares students to be hired directly into the sport industry or to pursue post-graduate studies.
High School Applicants • English (ENG4U) • Cutoff average is usually 80% • Grades are only criteria for admission
• Practical experience and networking opportunites are vital components of the Sport Management program. • Unique learning opportunities exist in the form of guest lecturers, site visits, fieldwork and internship placements within the sport industry. • Students can get involved with the Sport Management Student Council, gaining experience organizing a number of activities annually including socials, intramural sports, trips to major league games, and departmental events. • The program integrates knowledge from the world of business and social sciences to study the sport industry, including public, nonprofit, and commercial organizations.
