01 restaurant project LAS CUEVAS GRILL Class: Commercial 1 Date: September 2021 Type: Individual Time: 5 weeks Time Log: 104 hours Software: Chief Architect
In this project we were asked to design a restaurant with a concept of our favorite movie, and a specific type of cuisine. Las Cuevas is Mexican grill that included: Main entrance, reception and bar, main dining area, private dining area, and outdoor dining area.

The concept of Las Cuevas Mexican Grill was inspired by The Lion King movie, which brings warm colors ( yellow, orange, and brown) and wood material from the forest for wood beams.

West Haven Intermediate is a school in West, Haven, Utah, that teaches grades 5-6. This remodeling project highlights the media center and standard classroom.

Grades 5 and 6 are a period of growth for students, both physically and mentally. With the concept of growth, this space will help students feel comfortable in this often difficult to navigate time of growth in their lives. This design balances the feeling of childhood and upcoming maturity.

The client is a couple who are building a small home in the lake, at Lake Martin in Alabama. They bought a piece of land and have coordinated a dock to be installed as well. They want to source product form the area and want just use a designer for the furniture. They like the existing photo and wall coverings/ paint and furniture.
