Dining options Turkey is famed for its unique fare. Here you will savour a blend of zesty Asian dishes, tasty Mediterranean grills and slow-cooked European cuisine. Your Small Group Tour itinerary includes meals where indicated. Many of these are catered by inviting local restaurants or at your hotel. Luncheons may also be prepacked by the hotel, especially if the tour breaks for refreshments en-route. Some special dining experiences are included as optional extras and, of course, you may stroll through the market, cobbled laneways or seaside cafes to make your own cuisine choices. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs. That way we’ll be able to make sure your dining experiences in Turkey are safe and delicious.

Intimate touring Because Fairy Chimneys Travel specialise in travel for Australians, most of your fellow passengers are likely to be Australian too. Our Small Group Tours are companionable groups of at least six, but no more than 12 travellers. Keeping tour numbers restricted like this means you’ll enjoy higher levels of comfort on your deluxe coach and less group coordination is required at the various attractions and stops your group will make along the way. A professional Fairy Chimneys Travel tour guide accompanies every tour. Many of our special interest tours are led by Australians, who may even travel to Turkey with you. Should one of our local tour leaders act as your guide, they will be licensed by the Ministry of Tourism in Turkey. All guides are experienced tour leaders, very knowledgeable, competent English speakers and good fun. 28
