Balloons...
not just for birthdays!
That’s right there’s more tfun to them than just being used at occasions.
Balloons are making their way into weddings, and they couldn’t be more perfect. Karen & Simon from Celebrations Balloons & Venue dress tells us the fun of having balloons at a wedding. What made you want to work with balloons? Everything in the company wedding wise has come about by people asking can you do........? How did you get into the balloon business? Once I had my balloon training and found out how easy it was, it then took off. It’s totally amazing what you can do with balloons and even now, years later it still amazes me what I see. What are the different types of balloons available? There are many styles of balloons available, Clusters of 3’s, 5’s’ 7’s & 9’s - latex & foils. Fantasy Clouds, Arches, Garland Arches, Sculptures, Exploding Balloons Double Bubble’s, Canopy’s, Personalised Balloons, Columns, Balloon Walls, Champagne Arches, Balloon Flowers and Balloon Bride & Groom Why do balloons create a sense of fun at weddings? Lots of people like balloons and they really lift the room it’s a nice inexpensive centrepiece and look very elegant. Exploding balloons when popped rain mini balloons & confetti onto the bride & groom. The uniqueness comes in when you create something different to what people haven’t seen before & creates the wow factor.

Choosing the
Right Dress Romantic Dreams is on hand to give you some top tips on how to choose the perfect dress!
A lot of brides think they must try on as many wedding dresses as humanly possible before making a decision on ‘The One’..... WRONG! this is probably the worst thing to do! Realistically, a bride will try on 8-12 dresses before finding ‘The One’, anymore than that and you’re really just trying on variations of the same dress, and just confusing yourself on which one you prefer. Don’t get fooled by the myth that is ‘You will know when you find the one’ very few brides get that overwhelming feeling that a particular dress stands out above all others when she tries it on..... this only happens in the movies! When buying a wedding dress ask yourself the following questions.....Does it fit my budget? Is it a good reflection of myself? Is this the dress I’ll walk down the aisle in? Does it look nice? Is it comfortable? Do I love it? Does it fit in with your theme? If you answer yes to these then you’ve probably found ‘The One’! There are really only a handful of dress shapes to choose from when selecting a wedding dress, and then variations of these.....
6
Ball Gown/Princess - This is the traditional full skirted dress, usually with lots of underskirts or a hoop to give the dress its volumtuous shape! A popular choice for brides who feel its their one time to wear such a big and elaborate dress. Fishtail/Mermaid/Trumpet - This is the form fitting style with a flared skirt at the bottom, the difference between the 3 is usually where the flare comes from, be it the thigh, above the knee or below. A-Line/Fit and Flare - A popular choice for those who want a fuller skirt but don’t want the puffiness of a ball gown, this style of dress offers a graduated flare from bodice to skirt, it’s a very subtle and flattering shape for most body types. Sheath - This style is very straight up and down, there is very little shape to the gown maybe slightly floatier towards the bottom but this will depend on material, think Art Deco 1920’s for this style. Tea Length - This style has an ever growing popularity of recent years. A very vintage look where the skirt stops just below the knee. This style is usually nipped in at the waist with a fuller skirt to give a 1950’s feel to it, but can be modified to suit tastes.
With HUGE thanks to the internet, many brides now feel they can get their dream dress at a fraction of the price and buy it online! NO NO NO! Think about this for a minute..... you are hopefully, only planning on getting married once, and this dress is probably the most important dress you will ever wear. Why then, would you chance buying this gown, based on a couple of stock pictures you have seen on the internet, without having seen the dress in the flesh and felt the quality of the material and the professional finish of the tailoring?! Yes, you may well think you are saving money, but trust me the money you saved not buying the original design from a bridal boutique you will spend on getting the copy altered to fit you! Not to mention, buying a copy of your dream dress on the internet is illegal!

It was an early start for us all, but the finish product looks amazing. In true Disney style we themed the shoot around Alice in Wonderland. Using brightly coloured venue dress and decorations. One of our very own models, Sophie, even bought in a few props for us to use.

We were very fortunate to be able to have the chance of hosting our Mad Hatters Photo shoot at the Bond Company Birmingham. The Fairytale Dreams team had a fantastic day and would like to thank all the suppliers for showcasing their brilliant work. Our wonderful Director provided us with some Mad Hatter themed flowers from L’homme de Fleurs. Kris: The models make up was fantastic, the lovely Fauve Thorpe was on hand to give our models a vibrant, almost crazy style. Fauve: My name is Fauve Thorpe I am 22 years old and I’m currently studying specialist hair and media make-up at University College Birmingham. Today I created three looks for this particular photo shoot. The three looks were: the Mad Hatter make up and two bridle make-ups. But I’d put a twist on the bridal make up by taking inspiration from the Mad Hatter make-up in incorporating similar colours. For the bridle make-ups I chose a foundation to match the skin tone of the models to give a natural look. I used the metallic grey eyeshadow for the eyes and then I also used a red eyeshadow to give them a pop of colour this was also in the same colour as used for the Mad Hatter make up. I applied the blusher subtly for both of the looks to give a natural glowing complexion. I chose a different coloured blusher for each bride to match their skin tone but also to give a variation for the make-up. I chose a bold lip colour for the Mad Hatter I chose to add white to the foundation to give a much paler complexion, I applied the foundation to the face, and neck and chest area as well as the hands. This was to give the illusion that this was the natural complexion
of the model. I chose bold purple for the eye make-up, then underneath of the eyes I applied the same red that I had previously used. This was done to ensure so there was a running theme throughout all of the make ups. I use white mascara to paint the eyelashes, and used a similar colour to the eyeshadow for the cheeks, making them bolder than I have done for the bridal make up. I also chose a bold lip colour to complete the look. The products used were Urban Decay, Inglot and Charles Fox. Beena: The lovely Romantic Dreams provided us the models wedding dresses. Beena made our beautiful Brides hair looks ecstatic and wild. Really went well with Mad Hatters theme. Sammy: I chose those two dresses as a contrast to one another, the first was a tea length taffeta gown by Demetrios with a sweetheart neckline tea party feel to it and the second was a floaty tulle v-neck sheath dress from the Pronovias White One Collection with flower details to the waistband and shoulders giving it a girly ‘Alice in Wonderland’ feel, although both dresses were very different from one another they both fit the brief for different reasons.
9
Hannah Belle Hair Accessories took the time to make beautiful head pieces for our brides to wear. We loved them so much it really added extra excellence to the shoot. Hannah: I created a hat out of various materials and decorated it with a clock and feathers to suit the theme, then added flowers as these are my trademark. We also used a large pink silk rose garland in the shoot. I chose this from my collection as it co-ordinated well with Kris’s flowers and suited the theme well. I was really pleased with the outcome, everything came together perfectly for the shoot. The wonderful Sarah from the Good Life Company provided us with some fabulous paper pom poms. We especially loved the pom pom bunting hanging above the table. Lastly, the whole shoot would have not been complete if it wasn’t for our brilliant resident photographers Deb and Steve from The Little Gem. Deb and Steve: The whole day was a success and we loved every minute of it. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we have.

...get the look Earlier on in the year we had our very own Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter photo shoot. Located at The Bond Company in Birmingham. This urban contemporary venue has a lot to offer. Romantic Dreams provided two stunning dresses. Tea length Taffetu gown by Demetrios sweetheart neckline and Pronovias white one collection, floaty tulle v neck sheath dress. Hannah Belle Hair accessories. Flower band garland made out of pink silk rose. Mad Hatter hat clock and feathers and flowers. Sarah Good Life Company - Paper pom poms. Pom Pom bunting, fans, honeycomb balls. Paper straws. J and J events provided the Mad Hatter costume. Great seeing them at the shoot. Celebrations & Venue dress. Hessian table runners, chair covers and Invitations. Beautifully dressed as usual. L’homme de fleurs created a stunning bridal bouquet design accessorising with mini playing cards and watch to bring in the mad hatter theme! We loved this quirky idea. Weird and Wonderful provided us with some live rabbits who were very excited to part of the shoot. Lovely seeing them all! Fauve Thorpe Make - Up. Metallic grey and red eyeshadow. September already! Wow where has the year gone! Well this months Flower Blog is different to all our other blogs. Not only have we completed 89 weddings this year and still our winter weddings to go! We have had a very busy summer re-branding and moving location!
Fusion Flowers Birmingham began back in 2011 on a small market stall in Kings Heath Birmingham. We then progressed to 3 shops based in Birmingham in our first 12 months. In 2013 our brides were asking us to supply chair covers and wedding items so we added to our hire collection introducing full room décor and carts. In 2014, we decided to bring the venue decor and floristry together and re-branded to Fusion Fairytale Birmingham. Which has been an amazing year since we became studio based and concentrated on our passion - Weddings. July 2015, we moved into our brand new studio based in the Jewellery Quarter at Branston Court, Vyse Terrace, Branston Street. Over the past 4 years we have grown not only in business but as individuals too.
Yes we do still offer Full Room Decor, Carts and now our new Love Letters but our new home and new name represents us. Our lovely new website will be launching soon www.lhommedefleursfloralboutique.co.uk If you have any enquiries please feel free to contact me for a free no obligation consultation. Have a great autumn and I cannot wait to catch up with you all in the December Issue of the magazine.
We felt the time had come for this to reflect in the business and have re-branded as L’homme de Fleurs. With over 16 years’ experience I have in the industry – I feel this is what I’m known for! The Flower Man! Floristry will always be my first passion and the love for flowers will never change!

Greetings! Well in this issue I have some exciting news… WE’VE BOOKED A VENUE. It’s taken us over a year, four venue viewings. Several discussions. Loads of disagreements...it happens. But Brandon and I are so happy to say we will be getting married in summer 2017 at Somerford Hall. It’s even better we have managed to get it right on budget! We really can’t wait and I’m so excited. I’ve even got a countdown app on my phone. A little tip for all your brides and grooms to be out there. If you find a venue and you love it, ask if you can provisionally book it. Then straight away either call the registrar or church to make sure the date is free. We are having a civil wedding ceremony so I called the registrar straight away and booked it then put a deposit down on our venue. Now the fun begins.. Danielle xx

It’s almost the end of another fantastic year. We’ve seen some great trends but what can you expect to see next year?
The trends for next year are simply awesome! Colour is going to be a massive hit in 2016. Bright oranges, purples, pinks will be popular with our brides. Sammy from Romantic Dreams gave us her prediction for 2016: “A lot of designers are going for lace rather than lots of bling and full skirts, but it really does depend on the designer! For example Madeleine Garner New York Collection is all about big beautiful princess style gowns and yet Pronovias White One collection is about understated elegance and glamour with incredibly light weightless lace gowns. I’d imagine this is so all brides are catered for regardless of the fashions and trends......
26
Something really popular among designers at the minute is the ‘create your own look’ where they are producing ‘pieces’ rather than entire gowns so you can then put your own skirt and bodice combo together with optional sleeves/jacket etc!” Thanks Sammy! We suspect Princess Gowns and lace will be huge for the a few years to come. It will be interesting to see if any medieval theme weddings will be popular.

Smell the Coffee I was asked to organise this shoot on behalf of Urban Coffee Company, Fargo, Coventry was to make the most of it’s unique setting and turn it into a potential wedding party venue.
The huge space used to be a bike factory so it was already crammed full of quirky fittings like bicycle wheel chandeliers, jam jar lights and a collection of musical instruments adorning one of its walls. The industrial look combines well with the rustic tables and chairs and overall meant that it was a versatile venue to dress. Choosing suppliers for me was easy, I kept it simple. The Good Life Company offer a huge range of paper decorations and more in so many colours, shapes and sizes and I really wanted them to create a hanging backdrop in white and neutral tones. The backdrop was a beautiful focal point for the 2 bank walls within the venue creating texture, colour and interest within the spaces. They are easily lit up too with fairy lights to create a magical effect. The large white paper lanterns were hung from the beams at varying heights with ribbons attached and connected the large open space of the roof area with the floor. The flowers needed to be bold and rustic as well as heavy on the foliage side with a smattering of white flowers. Foliage was a more sculptural part of the decor and as the space was so big really helped to fill it. The large Love Letters and Heart lights made excellent lit up focal points within the rooms and also broke up the space. L’homme de Fleurs provided these two aspects and really created beautiful green central 30
pieces on the dining table and around the reception room as a whole. Lydia Designs added the more personal touches of wooden accessories. The wooden hearts were personalised to act as favours and place names around the table partnered with a small bunch of flowers. The alternative guest book stood within the reception room ready for guest’s messages for the ‘lucky couple’ and the finish on all of these products were a rosewood stain and white was finish to tie together the rustic look flowing down and over the tables. C.P Photography captured the whole thing effortlessly. The atmosphere and mood was shown through the dimmer lighting and more natural colour palette and the space it encompassed was highlighted very well in Lauren’s photos. Overall the shoot was huge success and even though there were only four of us we created a beautifully decorated space that I couldn’t have been happier with. Thanks to all who put in their efforts towards it and to Urban Coffee Company for being so helpful during the process.’ Lydia Designs

Real Life Bride
When: 28th June 2015 Where: The Old Recrory Hotel How did you two meet? We actually met in a nightclub when we were 20. We dated for 8 months but because we were both at different points in our lives we didn’t stay together. It wasn’t until another 5 years later that we ‘found’ each other again and the rest as they say is ‘history’. How long have you been together? 6 years. Who proposed to who? I proposed to Brett How did you propose? I made him a little photo book of the last 5 years we have been together showing all the adventures we have shared and the final page had the question on it. What made you choose your venue and the date? I was really keen to have a summer wedding and the grounds of the venue were beautiful as well as being able to marry outside. It was also very local for most of the guests and was perfect for a small intimate wedding. We also planned to marry in 2016 but the venuedidn’t have any summer dates available but they did have a cancellation come up so wedecided to go for it (we had just over 3 months to plan everything). How did you choose your dress? This was easy, I knew I didn’t want white and I also wanted to be comfortable. I was also more interested in the flowers, jewellery and my hair so the dress I kept very simple. It was actually a bridesmaid dress from two birds in the oyster colour. It was so luxurious to wear and hung beautifully. I designed and made my jewellery which was wood based accented with freshwater pearls and rainbow pastel crystals. My hair had a subtle pink, lilac and peach tone delicately woven through the ends by Ellis form Michelle Griffin. The flower crown I wore had a simple ivy garland attached to it which I let run down my back and trail my shoulders. Where did the inspiration for your colour scheme and theme come from? From the flowers I wanted. I wanted a lot of green leafy materials with small white flowers interspersed in between. Where did the inspiration for your colour scheme and theme come from? From my flowers. I wanted a lot of green leafy materials with small white flowers interspersed in between.
36
How many Bridesmaids did you have and how did you choose? None, my Mum and my sister were there for me on the day and beforehand, I didn’t feel I needed bridesmaids. We had a small ceremony of 25 and all my favourite girls were there. That was all that mattered. Who was the best man? Brett did not have one but he had my Dad and Dan, who he is very close to, who were there to support him beforehand. Describe the week before? Organised, rushing, emotional? Pretty organised with 3 months to plan you have to be. I am self-employed so worked as normal except on Tuesday when a good friend of mine cameround to make up the card bunting. How did you spend the night before the wedding? At the venue with my sister and Mum. What did you have for breakfast on the morning of the wedding? Just eggs and mushrooms on toast, I was starting to get nervous by this point. Who were you with? My sister and Mum and the super team from l’homme de fleurs who had breakfast with us before continuing dressing the venue which was great to have a quick talk about the bits they were doing. Describe the build up to the ceremony? What was happening? How were you feeling? Well I was, surprisingly, extremely nervous. I didn’t think I would be but I really was. I felt like it took ages for the ceremony to begin, it didn’t I just couldn’t focus in the last hour. My Dad came in to see me for the first time and we all burst into tears which was lovely his reaction was so natural I think it all sent us reeling with emotion.
37
As you stepped out of the car and got ready to walk down the aisle what do you remember thinking? We walked down the stairs into the conservatory before the walk down I saw all of the decorations for the first time which was wonderful and then as we looked further down the garden and saw all the guests and Brett; I really felt nervous, happy, and emotional all in one. My Dad and I were linking arms before we set off and I just said can we hold hands instead it feels more natural. It occurred to me then that would probably be the last time I would hold his hand in this way.
Did you have favours? What was the inspiration behind them? Yes they acted as the place names too. My good friend from Marimo Adrift specialises in succulents. She planted up little baby succulents in jars and pots that I hung with little wooden name tags. I wanted the guests to have something they could keep, and were very fitting for us.
What music did you walk down to? We walked down to ‘Ashitaka and San (From Princess Mononoke)’ Played by Steven Bear. From one of my favourite Anime films and if you know it you would appreciate the sentiment.
What cake did you go for? I am picky about sugar so Imogen from Paisley Cakes (who specialises in alternative dietary requirements baking), made our cake with unrefined sugar (coconut sugar) and then used fresh whipped cream in between the layers with fresh berries as the natural sweetness. We ate this as our dessert, it was light and fresh and perfect for our requirements.
What happened during the ceremony? Were you both emotional? We were all smiley and happy and during the actual vows I was very teary but Brett just wiped them away, he was amazing. Did you get the giggles etc? Not really I found it hard to speak at some points. How did you decorate the venue? Mainly with fresh flowers, and they were everywhere. We had card bunting in a natural finish made by myself - Lydia Designs; and white paper lanterns by Good Life Company – Eco Decorations, in a variety of sizes under the large elm tree in the garden and in the dining room. What flowers did you choose? We had ivy and loads of beautiful green leaves, along with jasmine, rosemary, eucalyptus. I wanted it as natural as possible, plus I love green so much.
38
Tell us about the speeches? They were prepared really well, both my Dad and Brett were nervous about doing them but I have no idea why they were excellent.
What did you choose as your first dance and why? It was ‘Don’t go Slow’ by Benjamin Francis Leftwich and it is a beautifulsong it basically describes a hug. How did you party the night away? We gave the guests an hour from 7-8pm, to chat to people and do the traditional bit and then hit the dance floor and had an amazing time with all our friends.
Where did you go on your honeymoon? Hartland in Devon (north of Bude). We stayed at Loveland Farm in a private pod. We had the grounds to ourselves and the most amazing week for weather, it was perfect for us. What is your best memory of the day? Seeing Brett’s happiness and my family and friends. What is your top tip for a bride to be? It is really important to make time during the day itself to enjoy it, don’t get sucked into too much chatter, you need to relax, let go, and have fun. You just put a huge amount of energy and time into planning this, don’t let people monopolise that precious time. You won’t ever get it back! Any other elements of the day that you would like to share? I cannot recommend l’homme de fleurs enough. Kris really listened to what I wanted with my flowers. But I then ended up giving him so much more responsibility in terms of decoration and other tasks. He and his team achieved it with professionalism and ease.

...get the look The wedding gowns were supplied by Sammy from Romantic Dreams based in the Jewellery Quarter - Birmingham. The lovely Kat is wearing a floor length ‘lace sweetheart A-line wedding gown from the Pronovias White One Collection. It is an incredibly light and airy full skirted wedding gown with a simple ribbon bow adorning the waist band. Also featured is a Chapel length lace edge veil by Linzi Jay
Our other model Jayde, is wearing Demure cap sleeves and a scoop neck, which offset the lovely deep-V back of this stunning satin ballgown. Slim crystal braids crisscross over the lower back, creating gorgeous and unique focal point. With buttons adorning the train of Madison James gown. The simple beauty is breath-taking. For the makeup Helen Pearce based in Hednesford was on hand to make the girls look spooky.
48
The makeup she used was MAC white face and body foundation, mixed with a blue TAG face paint. She then used a white powder called Starblend to create a cracked old appearance, which was then complemented with a blue YSL eyeshadow. For the lipstick she used a shade of pink called Candy Yum Yum and Ruby Woo by MAC. Emma did a fantastic job creating the perfect look for our Corpse. She aimed for something big but bridal too. So she did a bouffant hairstyle and defined the curls with almost a spiked end effect. Our nightmare before Christmas bride had a straight but edgy look. Emma did a prominent middle parting with a curtain type look. The front was straight keeping the hairstyle dark. Karen, Simon and the team from Celebrations did a fantastic job making the location look spooky. The wall was made from latex balloons placed in a gridding system. The skeleton was a balloon, known as an airwalker. They also had a coffin which was made of card and the werewolf was a cardboard cut out. The tombstones were made out of polystyrene. The flowers and light up heart were provided from Kris at L’homme de Fleurs. Kris got into the Halloween spirit and the floral bouquets reflected this. The nightmare before Christmas bouquet was inspired by twilight. Using blood red roses, black feathers and black accessories whereas The Corpse Bride Bouquet was inspired by the moon on eerie evening using white roses and Amaranths trailing from the bouquet.

Nightmare before
Christmas
The Nightmare Before Christmas promotional photo shoot, we created a gothic look to our bride. Inspired by Halloween, we took a different angle on traditional weddings. Making every detail unique, with a vision to turn everything into black and white, adding touches of red with floral design and a balloon wall we captured a dark wedding with a vintage twist.

Congratulations on your engagement, now the hard part is planning your dream wedding. If you have yet to decide on where you want to get married i.e Church or at venue follow us for the next few issues where we will be going into deeper detail about Church and Civil ceremonies. If you want to get married at a Church then, here a few reasons in which you should consider. You don’t have to get married in a local church. If there is a church outside your parish please be aware of the following. You do need to prove one of these 7 reasons only in the Church of England• One of you have lived in the parish for a period of 6 months. • Was baptised in the parish. • Has gone to regular service
• Book of common prayer - In traditional language. • Modified version- Book of common prayer service. • Marriage service from Common Worship. Source: : www.yourchurchwedding.org/ When getting married whether it be in a church or a civil ceremony you will have to make vows to each other.
• Was prepared for confirmation in the parish.
These vows will be seen as promises which you will have to stick by for your married life.
• One of your parents:
If you are getting married in a church you will make promises before God , as well making them in front of family and friends.
• Lived in the parish for a period of at least 6 months. • Gone regularly to a normal church services in the parish church for a period of at least 6 months OR One of your parents/grandparents was married in the parish. But if you move house you are automatically connected to the church in the area.

There are three different types of a ceremony in a church wedding. -
In a Church you will both have to say the same vows to each other. If the vows are not to your liking then there is more than one you can choose from. You can have the choice of alternative versions in both common worship and book of common prayer services. Sometimes the Vicar may offer session at the church or vicarage to help you prepare for your big day. To find out more information go to http:// www.yourchurchwedding.org/

If a Church wedding is not what you want then you will be looking at a civil ceremony. A civil ceremony can’t include any religious readings, prayers or hymns. The marriage has to take place at a registered or licensed venue to be legally valid. The majority of venues in the UK are licenses to hold civil ceremonies but it is always worth checking beforehand. The ceremony itself will consist of exchanging formal wording if you are getting married. You will need two witnesses present at the ceremony in order for them to sign the marriage register. The vows which are spoken during a civil ceremony are fairly short and non religious. You can add music and non religious readings to add your personalisation in the service. There is a fee to get married at venues for a civil ceremony so it is always best to check fees with the venue and registrars before agreeing to anything. Source: https://www.gov.uk/marriages-civil-partnerships/weddings-and-civil-partnership-ceremonies
In a Civil Wedding you can make your own promises when deciding on your vows. You will be presented with examples of vows and only if you do not like them you may change them. Personalising your vows is a great way to make your ceremony more intimate and a bit more nicer for you. It can make the words you say more relevant to you both Be aware that some registrars will be stricter than others so it always best to ask before you consider changing or making your own vows.

Winter Weddings In October 2014, we were very excited to host our Christmas Promotional Photo Shoot at the stunning Cheteau Impney. Located in Worcestershire, set in the beautiful countryside it is a perfect wedding venue for a winter wedding.
62
Keeping in true Christmas spirit, we kept in theme with the traditional colours of Christmas. Our bride wore a Disney Alfred Angelo wedding dress inspired by snow white which stole the photo shoot. This stunning gown completed by a fur shall, we captured the perfect winter bride look. The bridesmaid dresses provided by The Dressing Rooms Halesowen, were a beautiful green which complimented the bridal gown perfectly. The Groom’s Suit was provided by Fine Attire Men’s Hire based in Hall Green. Completed with sage green cravat and hankerchief, this completed the look we were aiming for.

Winter Weddings Want to get the perfect look for your winter wedding? With summer drawing to a close, autumn and winter is upon us and with that winter weddings! Be inspired by our Frozen and Vintage Christmas photo shoot
64
Add a bit of Disney to your day by wearing a Snow White inspired Alfred Angelo dress. This deep red colour is untraditional to the usual ivory or white. But it will sure add that festive spice. The second of our dresses is another beautiful Alfred Angelo Cinderella inspired dress. With a hint of blue, this dress still shows off its beauty with a lace jewelled neck line. For the men, why not have black or grey tail coat suit. These suits add extra flare and will look lovely in photos. For the trousers our model is wear a grey pin stripe regular length. Mix it up this year and have your bridesmaids wearing a light green dress. This will complement any dress and is right on theme for your Christmas wedding. Add a bit of spice to your flowers by adding dried citrus fruits to give it an added festive boost. Deep red colours and whites and blues are on trend for this year’s Christmas. Roses are very popular flowers used in bridal designs as they symbolise love and festivity. Use silver and blue room decorations to give a Frozen theme to your wedding. Wishing trees and poms poms are a great way to make a venue feel magical and wintery. If blue’s and silver aren’t your colour then try deeps reds and greens sashes. Be different and use pine cones for table decorations. It will add uniqueness to the table and will be a talking point amongst your guests
