emcee Zach DuFault’s love has always been storytelling. Whether Luke Skywalker battling Darth Vader on the Death Star or Robin Williams telling his students to “Seize the day!” in Dead Poets Society, he loves it all. Zach grew up in Salem and attended Western Oregon University where he took his first acting class. He was inspired to take his talents to Los Angeles and the Beverly Hills Playhouse where he studied for eight years and fell in love with acting. Zach was cast as a lead character in the Amazon Prime series, How It All Began, and in several plays while in LA. When not acting in local and regional plays, you can find Zach running The Salem Playhouse, an acting school in Salem. 3

Once a trip is scheduled and confirmed by the buyers, changes may not be allowed by the donors. Some trip features or amenities may have to be paid by the buyers at the time of use. Such expenditures will NOT be reimbursed unless specifically listed in the Auction item description as qualified for reimbursement by the Auction. 6. 2019 Abbey Road Farm Carlton Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir This wine comes from the other half of our Willamette valley blend. It is a small site just west of the lovely town of Carlton. Initially planted in 1999 with Clone 115 and 777, it now has Pommard and Wadenvil planted as well. An eastern-facing vineyard site can minimize over ripening and keep acid levels lower which creates a longer lived pinot noir. It is also planted on Willekenzie soil (marine sedentary), a denser soil than volcanic which retains heat longer into the evening allowing flavor and tannins to develop faster than other sites. We have focused on the 115 and 777. Both are standalone clones that can create a fuller bodied pinot noir, all of which make a well-structured pinot noir with darker fruit than expected. 2019 Abbey Road Farm Terry Vineyard Chardonnay Terry Vineyard is right in the middle of the Yamhill Carlton AVA between Carlton and Yamhill. This wine was in barrel from press through fermentation, ML, and aged a total of 15 months. While in barrel, it tasted amazing and showed all the characteristics expected. Once it was bottled and ready for release, it no longer showed the same characteristics so it was held back 10 months allowing its original characteristics to return. Enjoy Meyer lemon, apple, and hints of candied pineapple wrapped in a mouth feel of bright acid and smooth texture. 2021 Abbey Road Farm Estate Pinot Noir Rosé This exciting pinot was picked from the Farm’s vineyard. Cold soak and press was the method used to make the rosé. Essentially, fruit was hand-picked in the morning so it would maintain a cold internal temp as long as possible. The grapes were kept on the skins for 12 hours, picking up that lovely light salmon color. The juice was allowed to settle for 24 hours then put in stainless tank. Fermentation was allowed to occur naturally at a controlled temperature which extends completion for several weeks. On the nose are explosive Hood strawberry’s with a little cream, just like perfect strawberry shortcake. Palette has nice acidic strawberry’s, raspberries, and fresh cucumber water. 2016 Andante Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir This wine has a deep ruby hue that dances in the glass. Rich black cherry notes are interwoven with hints of vanilla, cigar tobacco, cola, and cedar which imbue the nose with fruit and spice. The palate is languid with bright strawberry, cedar, and allspice. 2020 Andante Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Reminiscent of the tropics, don’t let this wine’s pale straw color fool you. The approach is vibrant with aromas of passion fruit, lemon zest, and honeydew melon. On the palette are hints of Meyer lemon and wet stones quickly followed by a bright and refreshing finish. 2020 Andante Vineyard Aligoté This wine is brilliant gold in color with notes of white citrus flower, allspice, sugar cookie, and lemon zest. The approach is bright and the palate bursts with kumquat, mandarin, and white peach. The finish is long and round with hints of stone fruit and triple-sec.

2017 Bethel Heights Vineyard Justice Vineyard Chardonnay Over the years, the chardonnay from Justice Vineyard has developed a haunting sea breeze and saline quality both in the aroma and on the palate that distinguishes it from every other chardonnay in our portfolio. The wine’s freshness, purity, and unique fingerprint are framed by bright acidity and a crystalline structure, perhaps providing a window into the marine sedimentary soils where it is planted. These soils were once layers of sand on the floor of the ocean millions of years ago. 2018 Bethel Heights Vineyard Justice Vineyard Pinot Noir Much in the way 2017 revealed a new expression of the many faces of Justice Vineyard, the 2018 wine emerged from a completely new section. The dense and brooding block of 667 typically builds the core of this wine. It had all of these attributes amplified in 2018 to the point of losing balance. Its neighboring block, however, was full of lissome charms and purity of expression. So in 2018, it came to pass that Justice Vineyard bears a new countenance: red fruited, sleek, and refined.

2019 Björnson Vineyard Magnus Pinot Noir The grapes for this wine come from our 28-acre Björnson Estate Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. The vineyard is situated on a primarily southwest aspect at an elevation ranging between 450’-550’ with predominantly rocky Nekia volcanic soils. The wine is a seven-barrel selection named in honor of Mark’s grandfather, Magnus: a loving husband, respected businessman, and fair-minded civic and political leader. His namesake brings strength and leadership to our lineup of wines. 2020 Björnson Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay The grapes for this wine come from our 28-acre Björnson Estate Vineyard in the Eola Amity Hills AVA. The vineyard is situated on a primarily southwest aspect at an elevation ranging between 450’-550’ with predominantly rocky Nekia volcanic soils. This is 100% chardonnay, Dijon 76 clone, from Claire’s block. The 2019 vintage Chardonnay was harvested at two different maturity levels to add to the complexity of the final blend. The Wine is a traditional, pure expression of the chardonnay grape in Oregon. Fermentation and sur lie aging took place in oak barrels with complete malolactic conversion for a traditional character. With only 23.8% new oak and meticulous topping, this chardonnay is not buttery or overly oaky, but is focused on the varietal’s complexity.

Bryn Mawr Vineyards Sparkling Rosé This sparkling rosé is made by combining traditional and modern winemaking techniques. The grapes for this wine are harvested early in the season to achieve vibrant aromatics, low alcohol, and wickedly high acid—all hallmarks of traditional sparkling wine. Things take a contemporary turn when the fruit is divided into two batches; one batch is whole cluster pressed while the other is destemmed and allowed to soak for two days before pressing. The pale pink and dark pink juice fractions are then combined and fermented in French oak barrels and egg shape vessels. The last modern twist happens when the bubbles are infused into the wine during bottling, transforming it into a luscious effervescent libation. 2017 Bryn Mawr Vineyards Tempranillo This foray into tempranillo began with the planting of 150 vines circa 1995 on the Estate vineyard. At the same time, Abacela, our neighbors to the south, were undertaking their own inaugural plantings in southern Oregon. The wines are known for having bold tannins and savory fruit characteristics. Following the lead of Spanish predecessors, this wine would be considered a Reserva style. The Tempranillo is allowed to age in barrel for at least two years and then bottle-aged for at least a year prior to release. The extended aging allows the tannins to soften and the flavors to concentrate, becoming more savory and complex. In homage to antiquity, the grapes are treaded by foot during fermentation to develop more texture and depth of flavor. 2018 Bryn Mawr Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir The Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of wines from each of our soil types and spans the full elevational range of our Estate vineyard, it includes every clone and every block of pinot noir we have. Our site has a bold, expressive, and unique flavor profile. Is it the volcanic soils, the strong winds, or the farming itself that builds the strong character? We think it is all of those things and more. Each vintage is a unique snapshot of our vineyard’s development. In a sense it is a geographical time capsule. Lucky for us it can be conveyed by way of liquid joy. The 2018 Estate Pinot Noir is bombastic—a perfectly concentrated capture of the dry, windy season in which these grapes grew. 2019 Iterum Wines Clone 114 Orchard House Vineyard Pinot Noir “A blue-to-black fruited expression.” The dark and plush counter to the Clone 115 pinot noir is this opulent and showy Clone 114. Clonal variation is displayed here with aromas of blue and black fruits; black cherry, Marionberry, bramble, pipe tobacco, cinnamon, and wet earth. The flavors mirror the aroma with rich and mouth-filling full-flavored intensity. The plush mouthfeel is built upon ripe, mature, and soft grape tannins. Fermented with 15% whole grape clusters, native, indigenous yeast from the vineyard, and bottled without fining or filtration. 2019 Iterum Wines Clone 115 Orchard House Vineyard Pinot Noir “A red-fruited expression.” Crafted from Clone 115 pinot noir, this is a textbook example of what makes Oregon pinot noir world class, and a truly special example of Willamette Valley finesse. Bright and copious aromas of red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, and cherry intermingle with allspice, sweet pipe tobacco, and red licorice. The flavors mirror the aromas with added flavors of earthy forest floor, and sweet ripe fruit tannins. The flavors are intermingled and well-balanced with sweet spices and a hint of toast influence from the 35% new French oak barrel aging. Fermented with 15% whole grape clusters, native, indigenous yeast from the vineyard, and bottled without fining or filtration. 2019 Iterum Wines Orchard House Vineyard Chardonnay “An exceptional Willamette Valley expression.” This inaugural vintage of chardonnay is crafted from Iterum’s home estate, Orchard House Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Chardonnay clones 548 and 76 were planted in 2016 at 550 feet elevation facing southwest to the coastal Van Duzer Corridor winds. This chardonnay hits all three of Joe’s chardonnay objectives: intense aromatics, great mouth texture, and bright, fresh acidity. The wine illustrates aromas of baked pear, Granny-Smith apple, lemon meringue, cinnamon, clove, honeysuckle, and sweet cream. The flavors mirror the aromas intermingled with lime rind and barrel spices from 35% new acacia, and French oak barrels. The mouth is richly textured and framed within a crisp and vibrant acidity. Fermented with native, indigenous yeast from the vineyard. 2021 Iterum Wines ‘Old Friend’ Oak Grove Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc “An exceptional statement of the varietal.” Joe first worked with Oak Grove Vineyard sauvignon blanc in 1989 at Eola-Hills Wine Cellars when he shared a vintage with Winemaker Ken Wright. Joe loved the wine he crafted from this vineyard. He always remembered it as something exceptional and a varietal that he stated, “Will one day be recognized as world class within the Willamette Valley.” Fast forward 32 years and Joe has re-connected with the same vineyard, but now under the Iterum Wines moniker, ‘Old Friend’. The 2021 ‘Old Friend’ Oak Grove Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is highly aromatic with aromas of white blossoms, honey, white grapefruit, lychee, pineapple, melon, wet stone, and citrus rind with flavors mirroring the aroma. The mouth is uniquely and simultaneously rich and lean, full of flavor, and balanced with bright acidity and layers of complexity from new acacia barrels.

With the grapes taken from just about every vineyard site on our estate, it is fermented in 15% new French oak with the rest neutral to displaying our lightest expression of pinot noir with notes of dark cherry, raspberry, and chocolate. 2020 Left Coast Estate White Pinot Noir Over the course of the last few years, our white pinot noir has become a household staple for many. Surpassing production of all of our red wines, it is fermented in stainless steel with about 20% going through malolactic fermentation. 2014 Sineann Pisa Terrace Pinot Noir This wine is sourced from a vineyard in Central Otago, New Zealand. Every year from 2011 through 2018, Peter Rosback, Sineann owner, traveled to New Zealand for the harvest The wine was produced and bottled in New Zealand, and sent to California by ship in a refrigerated container. The wine is earthy, dark in color and flavor, and much blockier than an Oregon pinot noir. 2017 Sineann Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon These grapes are sourced from Phinny Hill and Lady Hawk Vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills. The wine shows cedar, cigar box, and earthiness flavors. Often associated with Bordeaux reds, this wine features a liberal serving of blackberry characters, more commonly associated with cabernets of the Pacific Northwest’s drier regions. 2019 Sineann Oregon Pinot Noir Sourced from vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton and Amity-Eola AVAs, this wine is very dark in color. The nose shows cassis, earth, and black pepper, and the palate is cassis and dark fruits with a full mid-palate.

2017 Chemistry Willamette Valley Pinot Noir The 2017 vintage was stellar, producing well-balanced, elegant wines. The Chemistry Pinot Noir is no exception. Sourced from premier sites in the Willamette Valley, this wine is bright garnet in color thanks to the warm vintage. Aromatics of plum and blueberry lead to a lush and juicy palate with silky tannins that build to a structured finish. Enjoyable in its youth, this pinot noir is the perfect companion while making dinner. 2018 Chehalem Winery INOX Chardonnay Our 2018 INOX Chardonnay reflects the diversity of the varietal. Sourced from two of our estate vineyards, INOX is bright and rich. Aromatics of white nectarine and lemon meringue, with hints of delicate flowers fill the glass. The palate is vibrant, driven by citrus fruits and a soft minerality, which leads to a round finish. The 2018 vintage was magic. 2021 Stoller Family Estate Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Rosé A cornerstone of our production for more than a decade, we intentionally harvest a mélange of pinot clones that are then whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel to achieve a balanced and bright style. Aromas of pomelo, Hood strawberry, and white nectarine leap out of the glass, almost obscuring more bashful undertones of wet stone and uncut grass. The palate is taut with initial juicy citrus flavors that give way to notes of dried flowers and a lingering hint of white tea and lime pith on the finish. Chemistry Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Rosé Bubbles Sweet aromatics of Bubblicious watermelon fill the glass with hints of peaches and cream as you pull away. The palate is dry, juicy, and vibrant, making for an unexpected delight and showing flavors of watermelon and tart strawberry. There’s a richness that fills out the mid palate with flavors of watermelon and tart strawberry. You’ll be begging for another sip! 2017 Willamette Valley Vineyards Bernau Estate Brut This inaugural vintage is crafted using méthode traditionnelle sourced from estategrown pinot noir and chardonnay. This blend combines the structure and vibrancy of pinot noir with the finesse and roundness of chardonnay. The wine was aged on its lees for 23 months to develop added complexity before being disgorged. Fine bubbles elevate an inviting bouquet of golden apple, shortbread, white florals, and zesty ginger. Attractive apricot and citrus notes meld seamlessly on the palate with almond and brioche flavors gained from extended sur lie aging. The creamy and elegant structure combined with bright acidity carry these flavors through the lingering vibrant finish. 2018 Willamette Valley Vineyards Griffin Creek Syrah For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated growers crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1996. With temperatures similar to France’s Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region. Dark garnet with purple and blue hues illuminates from the glass giving perfumes of blueberry pie, allspice, and violet florals. Fruits of bing cherries, boysenberries, and elderberries are balanced with savory notes of dried oregano, sage, white and black pepper, and minerality. Fine grain of milk chocolate with medium body tannins stay consistent and persist as the flavors linger for a long-lasting finish. 2019 Willamette Valley Vineyards Bernau Block Pinot Noir Sourced exclusively from 15 acres of pinot noir from the first plantings at the Estate Vineyard, Founder Jim Bernau planted these vines using a Christmas tree planter pulled behind his 33-horsepower tractor. He grafted the French clones 667 and 777 on a portion of the vines when they became available. WILLAMETTE VALLEY VINEYARDS 8800 Enchanted Way, Turner, OR 97392 503.588.9463 | wvv.com 28
