Who does what? – part 1 Very recently, the Information Services and the Independent Advice & Support Services (IASS) – previously known as Parent Partnership - moved to another provider. Many of the staff remain the same, and they now provide these same services across both Kingston & Richmond. This provider is KIDS, see the link here: http://www.kids.org.uk/ The information service run by Lena Vantol (at Richmond Aid) – is still to be run by Lena, but from KIDS. We can forward a letter from the Regional Director of KIDS which introduces their organisation together with details of the way they handle personal and confidential information. From next week you will be able to reach Lena at the following contact points: Richmond Windham Croft Centre 20 Windham Road Richmond, TW9 2HP Tel: 020 8831 6179 Working: Mondays, Tuesdays (9am-5pm) and Wednesdays (9am-12.30pm)
