PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS: 3 bananas, peeled, quartered and frozen; 4 Tbsp (60ml) peanut butter; 1 cup (240ml) soy milk (or other non-dairy milk); 2 pitted dates

TO MAKE: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with extra peanut butter drizzled over, sliced banana and crushed peanuts on top (optional). juicer, or create a super nutritious smoothie with the blender.
