After more than 20 years at Torsvale Offi ce Park in La Lucia, customer convenience is at the core of Old Mutual’s move, a move that was inspired by the Premises Re-Imagined Journey, an intentional step to integrate spaces and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where staff and customers feel a sense of belonging and pride in being at Old Mutual.

The new premises offers a future-fi t, technologically advanced and collaborative space for their staff, as well as easier access for clients, promising an improved customer experience. The location is more accessible with ample parking.

One of the benefi ts of the move is that it will allow for clients to book a meeting room seamlessly, and the customer lounge will elevate clients’ experiences, enhancing their interactions with their adviser.
