We’re well into the depths of peak season now with Christmas just around the corner, but there’s still time to squeeze in a couple more new releases. We’ve seen arguably the biggest release of the year in Red Dead Redemption 2, however there was still plenty to talk about throughout November with new iterations of the Hitman, Ride, Battlefield, Fallout, Pokemon and Darksiders franchises hitting the shelves. Even though Red Dead Redemption 2 was released the previous month it still managed to dominate the press continually throughout November. Fallout 76 was up there too, challenging it for the latter part of the month, though unfortunately with a whole host of negative press stories. So not quite the PR that Bethesda would have planned for. As we look toward the end of the year we still have the likes of Just Cause 4 and a new Smash Bros to come before we can officially call it a wrap. Then as we kick off 2019 you’ll be able to reflect on the hits, the misses and the best campaigns with our yearly High Score Lineup. Until then have a merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year!
