Community Engagement
Community support is the foundation of a successful project. At Fanning Howey, we help you engage stakeholders in a deep and meaningful conversation regarding the future of your district and your learning environments. Our proven approach keeps the conversation on track, avoids common pitfalls and positions you for success.
Community Forums
We believe that more minds, working together, makes a smarter process. You will work with architecture, interiors and engineering professionals who are skilled at leading large-scale community meetings to share data, introduce design concepts and answer questions. With audience polling software, we quickly gain feedback while giving every participant a voice. And our decades of experience allows us to answer the tough questions while always keeping the School Board’s vision, goals and messaging first.
Charrettes
Through hands-on collaboration with stakeholders we explore planning and design solutions in real time. Charrettes are excellent for large group involvement by educators, parents, Board members, community members and taxpayers. During virtual charrettes we use various online and cloud-based tools to do everything from investigating programming issues to viewing virtual “walk throughs” of early design concepts.
On-line Surveys
Not every community member is able to attend an on-site or online public forum. Through online surveys, we are able to gain feedback from a broader range of residents.
Communications & Social Media
Fanning Howey’s internal communications team is able to support your team in sharing positive messaging and talking points related to your projects. We help you connect with the community wherever they may be - Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
