Jatin Prasad is the founder, CEO, and MD of Zukito Group who has been perceived as a seasoned entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. The career trajectory

Jatin was always into entrepreneurship since his childhood deviating from the typical Indian family mindset of securing 9 to 5 jobs. He tried his hands in different fields where he couldn’t find himself to be fitting. Then, he began performing as a sales executive at a well-reputed organization. From there, he happened to scale the position of Head of Operations at MNC owing to his curious attitude toward learning and honing his skills accordingly. Meanwhile, he used to fan his entrepreneurial cinders by searching for his passionate area to conduct a business. Gradually, he found himself drawn towards the metal industry where he kept researching for hours. Eventually, he started as a mediator in this metal industry, and today, he happened to establish his own fully-functional organization. Today, he imports and exports steel and metal goods at the PAN India level. Soon, he would unveil his brand venture that would reveal his vision, and expansion in the industry.

What makes Jatin’s success story stand out from the rest is his perseverance and indomitable spirit as he sailed through the waves of hardship throughout his entrepreneurial voyage. Indeed, hailing from a middle-class family and becoming a successful entrepreneur was not a cakewalk for him. Lawrence Edward Page, the most successful internet entrepreneur, and computer scientist has an inspiring stunning success tale from which entrepreneurs can learn. Page and Brin created the internet’s most commonly used algorithm with the aim of “organizing the world’s knowledge and making it freely accessible and useful.” Larry Page coined the term “PageRank” to describe his algorithm.

Having been born on March 26, 1973, to parents Dr. Carl and Gloria Page, a family with a greater fascination with technology, he has always been drawn to computers, artificial intelligence, and creativity. This had a huge impact on his future professional life. Page grew up surrounded by mathematics and its products and always dreamt of starting his own business rather than working for someone else.

He studied computer engineering at Stanford University, following in his parents’ footsteps. During his studies, he met Sergey Brin, with whom he cofounded Google, a search engine that ranked results based on page popularity and went on to become the world’s most popular search engine.

The term “googol” comes from a very large number written as one followed by 100 zeros, which represents the vast universe of data that the Google search engine was created to explore. Page’s field of interests included renewable energy technologies and philanthropy. Being visionary, recently he has invested in Tesla Motors and advocates for the use of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

Larry Page married Lucinda Southworth, a biomedical informatics research scientist, on December 8, 2007. The couple has two children (The First child born in 2009, the second child born in 2011). In 2009, Page earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University. Earlier, Stanford University awarded him a Master’s degree in Computer Science. After completing his high school studies at East Lansing High School in the year 1991, Page graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He studied music composition and used to play the flute. Nikola Tesla, the physicist, and inventor was his childhood hero. He finished his education at Okemos Montessori School in 1979. He had a lot of computers and science magazines in his house as he was born into a family of scientists in Michigan, the United States of America.

• 2019: In December 2019, Larry Page stepped down as CEO of Alphabet.

• 2015: In August, Page and Brin announced the formation of a new parent company called “Alphabet.” Page was named CEO of the new company. The company included Google giant and Android, Chrome, Google+, and YouTube.

• 1998: The project was renamed Google in September.

• 1996-1998: Page and Brin decided to integrate their project as a company. The duo raised funds from family and friends to buy some servers and rent the famous garage in Menlo Park, California similar to Apple and Amazon. Susan Wojcicki, who later became a Google senior vice president and is now the CEO of YouTube, owned the space. Andy Bechtolsheim, Sun-microsystems, co-founder financed this company by writing a cheque for $100,000.

• 1996: For a few months, the duo developed a search engine named “Black Rub” that ran on Stanford servers.
