Success Story
Azhar Iqbal Culminated in Launching ‘Inshorts’
Staying updated about the current occurrence in and around the world cannot be neglected but people find it tough to take time out of their busy schedule to sit back and read a newspaper or long news articles. Here is a blooming business ‘Inshorts’ that stood out of the line and started its journey from a Facebook page with a very basic idea of providing news in short with the minimum amount of 60 words that has now converted into one of India’s leading news app. The founders who decided to come up with the idea of curated news content to make it short and crisp are Azhar Iqbal, Anunay Arnav, and Deepit Purkayastha (IIT Delhi Alumni).
FEATURES OF INSHORTS
These three IITians brought back the spirit of news reading among the youths to stay updated about the things happening around various sectors. They came up with this idea to help the country grow into a more aware nation.
Inshorts app introduced artificial intelligence-based news summarization, which is based on its Rapid60 algorithm that helps to automatically summarize a full-length article of about 200-300 words news article to 60 words news brief including headline and a card image. With the idea of artificial intelligence, the founders of Inshorts planned to scale up the number of articles that are published on the platform from 10,000 per month to 1 lakh per month. Along with this, the key features of Inshorts are as following:
In this modern time, people often have no time to spend on news that is written in about 200-300 words, they prefer to read short and precise content that provides accurate facts. People living in the metropolitan city are always on the move and Inshorts gives them an experience of knowing everything that’s happening in and around the world without even getting into depth.
HOW IT ALL STARTED? The creators of Inshorts realized that it is difficult to consume news with so much heavy content, so they decided to do something about it and came up with an idea to launch an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in the form of a Facebook page – ‘News in Shorts’ (1st April 2013) that provides only factual news in the ‘shorts’ format, which summarizes the news in just 60 words. The page soon becomes an instant hit and received market validation. They further planned to develop a mobile application in 2015 and was soon rebranded to ‘Inshorts’ that focused on content beyond the news. The app has an active user fall that is between 20 to 30 years and it went on to be the highest-rated news app on Google Play Store, making India read news like never before.

due to an absence of structural strategic development & implementation. It is very critical to adopt a disciplinary mindset to revamp company policies. API advisory services become all the more important at present.
“API is known for its quality of envisioning and planning, says Krishna.
“We are engaged with many corporate clients in their successful journey of entrepreneurship by providing all the three capitals i.e., Financial Capital, Human Capital & Social Capital. Financial Capital comes from our nurtured relationships with Funders worldwide. Human Capital comes within our committed team and partners. Social Capital comes from our wide network of Level–3 to Level–5 of relations. Every assignment that we handle, although looks like a run of mill kind, is quite dynamic within its contours. It challenges our past experiences and forces us to expand our perceptions. Our nurtured relationships with the funders worldwide come handy in providing simple solutions for complex situations.”
THE INSIDE STORY: Rise and Rise of API 1992 saw the emergence of a new India as a consequence of liberalization. With the opening up of the economy, private participation began in all the sectors. It was during this time that a group of professionals with broad-spectrum global experience got together to catalyze and facilitate debt and equity capital investments in the country. Subsequently, Asia Pacific Inc. (API) was formed and with the global experience and expertise of the promoters, API., have moved towards the set goal and developed associations with renowned Institutions and Organizations worldwide who are pioneers in their respective sectors of Finance, Civil Construction, Marine Construction, Dredging & Reclamation, Development of Deep Seawater ports and Airports, Power, Paper and Packing industries, Healthcare & Real Estate.
Speaking to Business connect Krishna shares
“We provide end-to-end consulting & advisory services in the field of corporate finance - debt syndications, private equity participation, structured finance, project funding, corporate restructuring, M&A- a one-stop showcase of investment opportunities for the investor and to the vast clientele base nurtured all through these years since inception. The speed that we come up with the choice of solutions, the ability to package and execute the solutions, and a highly motivated and dedicated team are our primary differentiators.”
Speaking on the technological front, Krishna says, “keeping up pace with the latest technology is strategically the most important aspect of this era. Understanding the need and foreseeing the changes required we have invested a lot of time and effort in research and development and ensure that by all means we stay updated with technology.” The team closely follows up with the technological advancements in all the segments, able to visualize its trajectory and are positioning themselves as market leaders. We understand the need for aggregation to continue the aggressiveness of the Indian economy in the world markets and are closely working on creating Clusters in SME, Healthcare, and Real Estate.” says the business head.
OVERCOMING THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC: The world has changed dramatically faster than ever before. We are at a state of war with a very powerful enemy. How organizations were primarily envisioned and designed, has critically evolved. Business models are turning innovative. Companies that can rightly manage their systems are bigger, and bigger companies with a poor vision are not necessarily bigger in the corporate conundrum.
API is setting up clusters in SME, Healthcare, and Real Estate that gives enough liquidity and wider access to institutional funding, smoother exit options for the investors, and a splendid network that throws a basket of growth opportunities to the respective companies. “The objective is to always enhance the return on our relationship” shares Krishna. “This is possible only when we are responsive, reasonable, responsible for providing our services. This approach of our “RRR” is 100% aligned with our ever-growing clients and their aspirations.”
Thus managing business strategies become all the more vital factors for every enterprise, especially when there is a steep rise in the number of companies falling over

Health
CORRELATION BETWEEN HEALTH & ECONOMY
How Investment in Health Reflects on Economy There is a well-understood relationship that when you are healthy, automatically the country’s economy improves as well, your health performance is fully reflected in both the economy and health systems. As a healthy population, one can make an important contribution towards economic progress because the population that is healthy, lives more and are considered more productive. Investment in health is not only a desirable priority for most communities but also an important one, as it reflects on the economy. However, our health systems also face challenges that are daunting as well as complex, arising in part from new stresses such as ageing populations, the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, and the intensive use of costly but critical health technologies.
www.businessconnectindia.in | Vol. 3 | Issue 4 November 2020 INDIA

A HEALTHIER INDIVIDUAL AFFECTS THE ECONOMY IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: •
At work, a healthier individual can be more productive and earn higher incomes.
•
A healthy person may spend more time in the labour force as compared to a less healthy individual who often takes sick leave or retires early.
•
They will invest more in the process of learning new things in order to improve their efficiency.
•
In anticipation of a longer life, a healthy individual may save more by raising the funds available to invest in the economy.
In order to briefly explain the relationship between health and economic development, the concept of health needs to be understood in a broad sense. When we speak about health, it is not just the absence of diseases, but also people’s capacity to grow during their lives to their potential. In combination with that welfare, an asset possessed by individuals has a significant source of well-being as well as instrumental importance. In terms of health, economic development is affected by health in a variety of ways. For example, it decreases production losses due to sickness of a worker, often increases adult productivity as a result of improved nutrition and lower absenteeism rates, and improves school children’s learning. Health also agrees with the use of natural resources that may usually be intended for ill health care.
Health has its consequences directly through worker productivity and the economic burden of diseases on economic development. Health also indirectly influences economic development as factors such as child health influence people’s potential incomes through the effect that health has on education. If we take up a household example that is observed on a family basis, this sort of indirect effect is much easier to understand. When a family is safe, the father and mother will both have a job and earn money that helps them to eat, protect, and send their children to school. Children would do well in school if they are safe and well-nourished and this will have a positive effect on their future income. The lack of health often affects the poor to a great degree, as their body is often the only commodity they have. The correlation between Health and Economy goes hand in hand as the importance of investment in health refers to the betterment of economic development because a healthier individual can help to increase both the number of hours worked as well as the probability that they will be employed.

Pottery A Timeless And Diverse Craft Across India Pottery is an ancient, prominent craft in India; its origins here can be traced back to the earliest times of civilisation. It survived for aeons and is a massive source of employment in both rural and urban areas. As a mass of clay is turned into a pot, those lively eyes look at vigilant hands working relentlessly in unison on the wheel. One who sees it happen sings praise for the mesmerising abilities that these boys, who are considered to be potters, possess. In India, one such left out community is that of potters. Pottery is the art of carefully moulding clay to make different objects. The sheer hard work they put on and the abilities they develop these very pots through are magnificent. But since most factories are shut down, and most artisans are either idle or paying too little, their destiny appears to be sailing in choppy seas.

Revisiting Pottery One of India’s most timeless living craft traditions is pottery. Pottery is practised across the length and breadth of the nation, from flower pots, terracotta chimes to the thirst-quenching ‘Surahi’ and ‘Matki’. A visit to the rural and “potter villages” speaks volumes about the economic significance of this craft. People use traditional manual potter’s wheels and kilns to engage in pottery along with subsistence farming, making earthenware an integral part of haat, bazaars and urban market spaces, particularly during the festive season.
Jaipur Blue Pottery, Rajasthan Jaipur Blue Pottery has a Geographical Indication (GI) tag. This is a glazed form of pottery that uses a blue glaze and is typical of intricate designs in blue and white. Pottery’s most distinguishing quality is that it is a commodity that is not clay. Mixing ground glass, quartz powder, Earths Fuller’s, borax, gum, soda bicarbonate, and water makes the dough for the pottery instead of clay.
Khawda Pottery, Gujrat A traditional art form originated in the village of Khavda, Rann of Kutch, using ‘Rann ki Mitti’. With painted symmetrical black and white patterns, the lovely ochre/group shades give this art form an earthy feel. Allegedly, the special mud with which it is made is acquired from near a lake.
Khurja Pottery, Uttar Pradesh Khurja is a popular tourist destination in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, thanks to the colourful pottery it makes. The Khurja Pottery, also known as the ‘ceramic city,’ which has a range of tea sets, crockery, and ceramic tile works, is the GI name. The method requires some labour-intensive activities, such as clay churning, moulding, colouring, followed by glazing, among the most common glazed pottery types.
Longpi Pottery, Manipur Longpi pottery has achieved international popularity due to its rugged design, originating in the Longpi villages of Manipur’s Ukhrul district. The classic black exterior with bamboo/cane woven around handles gives the clay-wares a unique identity, made from black serpentine stone and a form of clay that is found only in this region. Longpi pottery is also microwave-friendly and can be used for baking.
Black Pottery And Terracotta, Madhya Pradesh The age-old craft of clay and terracotta art is practised even today in its traditional way and with passion. Tribals of Madhya Pradesh region make traditional clay temples called ‘dhabas’ which has a small door where the deity is placed along with the fire lamp (Diya). During Diwali time they make clay idols of the goddess Mahalakshmi, elephants and horses with riders and the local form of Goddess Parvati.
Andretta Pottery, Himachal Pradesh Andretta pottery from Kangra in Himachal Pradesh has received fame in a small village nestled in the lap of nature. Glazed with fresh shades of blue and green, the Andretta Pottery and Crafts Society has made it famous. The colours used are reflective of nature, evergreen woods, and the mountains. The community conducts regular workshops as well.
More eco-friendly use should be encouraged to improve livelihoods and maintain pottery as an art and craft medium, under the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) goals for sustainable production and use. Similarly, trends such as #PottersKiDiwali, large-scale purchases made by the government and corporate departments, and tax exemptions granted to potters such as the one made on the occasion of Diwali, districts are nurturing pottery as an industry.

A unique or a differentiating service that it provides is engineering consulting along with management consulting services. The company has two full time engineers, along with the Director himself, Mr. Sidhant Singh, and has a tie up with a Hyderabad based engineering design firm to carry out projects in this sector. Profitability of a business is equatable to the time allotted to a particular task. LIO’s motto is delivering exceptional services through a solution-oriented approach and high performing teams. It is imperative for the team and Sidhant to understand the brief of the client to the T. Understanding the needs of the client and getting all the available facts are key: from there they design a solution. They don’t use a ‘one fit for all’ strategy. Having access to the right stakeholders and experts assists them in providing quality and efficient service at reasonable prices. LIO’s vision is to provide actionable tailored services that unlock growth for businesses. The company aspires to provide more and more value to the clients. They are sector agnostic and have clients in sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, electric mobility, packaging solutions, fintech, health and wellness etc. LIO was launched by Sidhant after he finished his MBA in Imperial College, London. There he had the opportunity of pursuing a career at one of the Big Four, or starting up a consulting company in India. He chose the latter, as India’s position in the global business landscape was growing rapidly. Prior to becoming a Minister in the current UP Government, his father had set up two international engineering companies in India. Sidhant studied Civil Engineering in undergrad to have the foundation to enter into my family business, but after six months of working in an engi-

neering company, he realised that designing on a desk was not his cup of tea. He was happier networking and selling an idea or a project, and that’s how he joined consulting at Grant Thornton India and then went on to work with the International Finance Corporation. The thought of starting his own company had germinated by then, but it was important to understand the workings of the industry and to expand his horizon. WORK CULTURE According to Sidhant, the team at LIO is its biggest advantage. The team mirrors the vision and principles of the company. The team has weekly discussions on what they have learned and see if this knowledge can be applied to our company or client. A differentiating aspect of its service is engineering consulting along with management consulting, which are two very different fields of consulting. As mentioned, LIO works on four principles, and their vision defines them: 1. Quality 2. Efficiency 3. Integrity 4. Accountability These principals resonate the values and missions of their clients and enable them to form a synergy with them.

At LIO, they have adopted business tools such as Microsoft Teams and Notion to increase the productivity amongst team members. There are bi-annual training sessions on new softwares and technologies. Big Data is playing a big role in how companies are marketing products and LIO is making progress towards adopting data analytics and content creation as services in its offering. The entire team has weekly review meetings of projects that they are working on and on a monthly basis they provide progress and action reports to the clients. There is also a layered review approach to all deliverables and the onus of the deliverable lies equally with all members, including the top management. A key aspect of providing quality service is delegation. Task delegation is important, and delegating tasks correctly, which includes both the right person as well as communicating the description of the task, is even more important. It ensures high standards of quality in the work of the team members and efficiency. LIO has a Friday lunch policy, where food for the entire team is ordered and everyone gathers around to eat and discuss the week and any new developments. The work culture at LIO is like a family gathering, where they applaud and criticize each other, but at the end of the day, they are all on the same page and working towards the same goal, i.e. to deliver exceptional service to their clients. Sidhant believes that leading with empathy is extremely important. EQ is something that’s not discussed enough in business and companies. The freedom for an employee to express themselves in their work and personal life at work is promoted at LIO. They also have a micro-reward program, where achievements for tasks are rewarded through small gestures such as gift-cards, etc. Also, having a structure in the company where affirmations and criticisms are equally welcomed, drives not just the team but him, as well. GOALS FOR THE FUTURE LIO is always looking towards deriving more value for clients. It’s an endless pursuit of giving more and more. They have identified Big Data as a potential addition in their service offering, Sidhant is most assertive about electric mobility, fintech and e-waste management. In electric mobility, the most important component is the battery and the evolving technology behind it. Battery accounts for nearly 50% of the cost of the electric vehicle. China is the global leader in battery manufacturing, accounting for nearly 60% of the global battery market share. India is expected to need 600GWH of batteries in 10 years starting from 2020. With the recent difficulties in trade with China, both for India and for other countries, there is a massive opportunity for local battery manufacturers as well as foreign companies to set up units in India. LIO is in talks with various electric car manufacturers and battery manufacturers to open shop in India. Fintech is another field that LIO has started working in and with India moving towards digitisation and with Covid-19 pushing consumers and businesses towards faster adoption of a cashless economy, Fintech is a lucrative sector and there are numerous components within fintech that they are looking into. LIO was recently placed amongst the Top 10 Consultants For Startups in India.

My advice to entrepreneurs is to be patient and persistent. Whatever you choose to do, do it for the long term. Aspire to create value for your client/ customer and not your P&L, and don’t be afraid of failure – micro failures are better than any win, because you learn a lot more. And also enjoy your wins – sit back and soak in the achievement for a day or two, so that you are rejuvenated for what’s coming next. Sidhant Singh, Director

past-life regression therapist, future life progression therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, a psychic and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Claiming to be the most qualified holistic practitioner and therapist in India, Rashhi has emerged out as an expert in healing people at the subconscious & soul level. We as human beings carry numerous unwanted baggage in our subconscious mind from our past, which adversely affects our mental and physical health. In this regard, phenomenal leader Rashhi Sharma elucidates, “ In order to attain Spiritual, Emotional, Financial and Mental Balance, we at Soul Consciousness Lab are bestowing the masses with life-changing experiences. The sessions offered to the people help them to achieve what the soul has planned for them naturally and what they deserve, paving the way to their spiritual progress and material success as well.” The most striking aspect of therapy sessions with Rashhi is that whereas other healers are expert in 1 or 2 modalities and use a fixed healing modality and approach for everyone, Rashhi has conceptualized and developed an unique integrated method of healing which uses a perfect combination of different healing modalities in each session, and these are chosen according to the person who needs help, and as per the need of the hour. This highly flexible approach has revolutionized the therapy approach and have ensured that each session provides 100% efficiency and results and the total number of healing sessions needed for full recovery are the least possible!
Her clients from all over the globe have put forth the testimonials about how the healing sessions have made a remarkable difference in their lives affirmatively.
BREAKING THE MYTHS AND MISCONCEPTIONS
There are a number of myths about Hypnotherapy and how it works which have limited its reach and benefit for all. Rashhi has been working hard to break these myths and spread the right information so that more and more people can take the benefits of hypnotherapy and improve their lives at all levels. Often, people believe that a hypnotherapy session should be considered only in the case of depression or any sort of intense physical issue. In this context, Rashhi affirms that being humans, we come across different types of situations in our daily lives. And the complexity of our brain is such that most of the time we are unaware of the emotions or slight traumas, that start affecting us unknowingly from the core level. She states that hypnotherapy can be performed to deal with every kind of issue that is hindering the growth of a person from the personal or the professional front. Another misconception among the masses is about the usage of drugs in the therapy sessions. Rashhi conveys that no drugs are used to bring the person to the ‘trance state’ which starts healing. Apart from this, she rejects the myth that while being in the trance state, a person loses control from his body. Rashhi states that amid the session, a person can wake up with his own free will and this is an utter misconception that needs to be eradicated regarding hypnotherapypp.
Moreover, Rashhi reveals that many of our unknown emotions and behaviour patterns are the result of our past life experiences. People find themselves helpless to some sort of mental and emotional issues and hypnotherapy & Regression can effectively allow a person to encounter his own past life memory imprinted on his soul, which could be the root of the arising issues. She has successfully treated a number of people who due to their past life impressions and memories within the subconscious mind were experiencing inexplicable pain, depression, guilt, fear, phobias, traumas, relationship issues and much more in their present times!
DEVELOPING MORE CAPABLE THERAPISTS LIKE HER
Rashhi has taken up this initiative to ensure that the unique healing technique of hypnotherapy and other modalities, which are proving immensely beneficial for everyone, should not remain only with her. To help more and more people she is preparing more therapists across the world by providing professional training to everyone who is deeply interested to learn it and help the society in the similar capacity.

Nutritious & Delicious Food Grabs From
ODISHA “Food that is delicious is bad for you”
Yeah, this is a myth for sure! Not only is junk food addictive, but it’s also readily available too. Therefore, considering the unhealthy quotient therein, we end up finding paradise in a box of chocolates and a bowl of noodles. But, in Odisha, there are also nutritious choices that are incredibly tasty and mouth-watering and can kick off the junk food craving! Here’s a list of exciting fast grabs from Odisha that will not only fulfil your desires but will also thank your body later on.
• IDLI WITH GUGUNI Idli is a black bean and rice batter which looks like a rice cake, but the Indian version. Guguni is a curry with boiled yellow peas. People eat idli with sambar and chutney in other parts of India. The people of Odisha, however, prefer to have their idlis smothered in Guguni. Bara Guguni is Odisha’s most beloved choice for breakfast, but deep-friend Bara does not fit our concept of good. So, Idli with Guguni is both balanced and delicious.
• CHAKULI DALMA One of the highlights of Odia cuisine is Dalma. It’s daal because it goes by the name but with a lot of starch like potato, pumpkin and other vegetables in it and then it’s lightly spiced. It becomes a wholesome meal when combined with rice and is a balanced snack when combined with Chakuli. Chakuli is the Indian version of Crepes. For breakfast as well as their evening snack, people in Odisha tend to have Chakuli with Dalma.
• SANDWICH When you carefully pick the ingredients, sandwiches are commonly associated with nutritious snacks because they are made up of veggies. There are countless experiments across the globe with sandwiches. India is not laid back in the process, either. Indian Subway has come up with a wide variety of both veg and non-veg choices for sandwiches. Then there are sandwiches from Dabeli and Bombay, available on the streets. The flavour is also top-notch.

• SHAWARMA ROLL When one says ‘Shawarma’, then they probably think that it is unhealthy, but it is not. Shawarma Roll has to be one of the most appealing choices for fast grabs. What dreams are made of is flavourful chicken and salad wrapped in a flat-bread with mayonnaise oozing out? Make sure not to go overboard with the mayonnaise for it to be safe and nutritious.
• SALAD Salad is frequently misinterpreted, with lots of green, as a dull and bland salad. There are salads, however, which are tasty enough to blow your mind. And there are choices for chicken, eggs and fruit, not just greens. Moreover, there are numerous options for making a salad dressing, which can make your salad super healthy as well as delicious.
• STEAMED CORN The simple cure for your hunger pangs is steamed corn. Across the area, they are readily accessible. To feel better, steamed corn with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of black pepper and chat masala is all you need.
• TORANI KANJI It is a simple soup, made up of fermented rice water, and it is simple and very nutritious to digest. When you are on a diet or otherwise, it is an ideal snack. You’ll be filled up by a nice cup of soup, and you’ll feel involved as before. And about the taste, there’s nothing untold. People of all age brackets enjoy soup.
You are what you’re eating. So, one should always eat healthy without compromising on the taste.; the secret to a good life is a healthy body with a happy soul. So, now with all these super alternatives to unhealthy food, one can easily say that “dieting is not boring”, and these dishes are both toothy and nutritious.

or any lawyer, legal research is very crucial for handling cases, irrespective of the nature of the practice. There are two types of laws in the Indian Legal systemStatutory law and Case laws based. The Statutory law includes articles and sections on which, the overall principle of justice delivering system depends. On the other hand, the Case laws based are an evolution of the statutes that are adjudicated by the courts while acknowledging the legal principles. So, to enhance the efficacy of the justice delivery system and support the legal practitioners in India, ‘Case Law Search Engines’ prove to be very instrumental infrastructure.
ensures the post is conveyed in such a way that it can be beneficial and useful to corporates, legal professionals or ordinary readers alike. The sole initiatives are aligned towards innovating the online portal as a tool which is beneficial and adds value to the diverse reader base. As a lawyer, Jyoti encountered struggle at the very onset of her career voyage. When asked about what makes her forge ahead with the intense dedication and determination, she states that optimism is her impeccable tool to keep going always. Jyoti was a civil service aspirant, who cleared her prelims exam while pursuing law, struggling her ways in the initial stages of her journey, but her indomitable spirit proved instrumental in overcoming the odds and chiselled her own way to success.
Several hours of brainstorming for preparation of any case requires legal professionals to get enlightened on various relevant case laws. All of which requires a thorough law research pursuit. It is impossible to memorize innumerable cases, and conducting precise research regarding any issue is quite a toiling task from the diverse material dispensed all over the internet. There are numerous online portals that offer legal research information, but yet the same may have their own challenges in terms of scale and depth of the research approach. Chiselling its way in this domain and acknowledging the gap to offer the content-oriented ground work for the masses, Indian Law Watch is pioneering the field with its out of the box offering.
WORK ETHICS AND VALUES AT A GLANCE For Jyoti, success is nothing but a few key disciplinary actions that are practised on a regular basis. She firmly believes that it is of utmost importance to maintain high standards and consistencyof hardwork in your domain of performance. As a well know quote says- “Choose the job you love and you will never have to work even for a day in your life.”, and it will automatically steer your focus on your goals unwaveringly. In order to attain success, not only one should have self-determination, positive attitude in building our goals but one must alsoensure self-assessment as to how we can through our work better serve the society.
WHAT IS THEIR DIFFERENTIATING FACTOR? Jyoti steadfastly elucidates that law is quite a vast domain where a single entity cannot encompass for all the deliverables, and when it comes to news and analysis segment, the complexity of the subject is inexplicable. Her endeavours are never converged on to entering any kind of competition, with the parallel organisations, instead, she unbiasedly respects the work of the peer organisations. In terms of USP, the team Indian Law Watch is carving a niche in the legal news analysis, research segment by enriching the content with law-research based information to benefit the masses from within the legal domain or beyond. EVERYBODY GOES THROUGH A PERIOD OF STRUGGLE, AS A LAWYER WHAT WERE THE STRUGGLES YOU FACED, AND HOW THEY SHAPED YOUR ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY? As an Intellectual Property Attorney my most challenging task was to educate or convince the people regarding their Intellectual property rights. Most entrepreneurs were not aware of Trademark, Patent, Copyright, and Design protection and most of them still do not know even after all these years. People are not taught IPR in schools or colleges. Law professionals in India have restrictions to reach out to people who might need Intellectual property services. Since we are based out of Kerala, we have geographical limitations and have less exposure in comparison to law offices based in Delhi and Mumbai. By providing extra ordinary services we have overcome our limitations. Our services are in high demand from clients across the globe.
rates that can be afforded even by an SSI.We also provide many innovative services that are not available from any other IP service providers not only in India but across the globe. For eg., We offer over 50 different services for trademarks alone. This helps our clients to get every possible Intellectual property service under one roof in every growth stage. All our staff are highly qualified. We also have client relationship officers to help our clients. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IP LAWYER? Advocate or an IP lawyer is an officer of Justice and as such he is expected to help the court in delivering justice. As an IP advisor, I counsel my clients about their legal rights and obligations and suggest courses of action in business and personal matters. I represent my clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters. I have to communicate with my clients, colleagues, examiners, registrars, controllers, judges, and others involved in the case. Besides this, I need to conduct IP research and analysis of legal problems, interpret IP laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses, present facts in writing and verbally to my clients or others, and argue on behalf of my clients and prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts, and deeds
GIVE US AN IDEA OF YOUR CLIENTELE. Our clientele comprises Individuals, Micro, Small, Medium and Large scale industries, Research organizations, Colleges and Universities, Law firms, Societies and Trusts. HOW DO YOU SERVE SOCIETY? Law is an instrument of social change and Lawyers are expected to serve the society. Everyone has a duty to give back to society. I believe that the only life lived for others is a life worthwhile. I am the Co -Founder of the Kerala Urban Development Society (KUDS), Founder of Association of Young & Progressive Indian Citizens (AYPIC), and Co-Founder of Centre for Advanced Research in Urbanism (CARUS). GIVE SOME BUSINESS TIPS TO YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PLACE THEIR FOOT IN THE ENTREPRENEURIAL WORLD. RIDE INTO THESE 7 NATIONAL PARKS FOR AN
AMAZING JUNGLE SAFARI Walking into a zoo while sitting on our father’s shoulder and asking them about the who’s who of animals during childhood was always the biggest fantasy of every child. But, unlike a zoo, a wildlife sanctuary doesn’t capture animals, so here Jungle Safaris are the way to watch your favourite animals drooling around the forest, from a threatened tiger to a furious rhino, we want to witness everything. So, we’ll tell you seven places in the country where you can catch the beauty of animals. • Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand Jim Corbett National Park, situated in Uttarakhand is India’s first and oldest national wildlife sanctuary, and it is acclaimed as a heaven for the adventure seekers and wildlife junkies. While there are rare chances of actually spotting a tiger inside this park, you might see one that is not baited or tracked. Also, it is one of the few parks with wild elephants in northern India. And we must say that a jeep safari is worth a try inside this park. • Kanha National Park, Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh is your best bet if you want to do some ‘tiger spotting’. Here, a trip to Kanha National Prak, located at Mandla is a go-go. In this gigantic location, the woods are massive, but thanks to the park’s colossal core area, protected by a wide buffer zone, you can go deep into them. The royal Bengal tiger, leopard, Barasingha and the Indian wild dog have a large population. In a horse-shoe-shaped valley spread over 940 sq km, you can see elephant safaris in this park. • Sunderbans National Park, West Bengal As the Sunderbans are part of the largest delta in the world, created by the Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna rivers, they are densely covered by mangrove forests. It has one of the country’s largest Bengal tiger reserves, as well as an array of birds, reptiles and invertebrate animals, such as the salt-water crocodile! And what’s more, not in jeeps, but in canoes, you’ll sign up for their safaris. • Bandhavgarh National Park, Madhya Pradesh The highlight of Bandhavgarh National Park is that it has the highest population of tigers in the world, so it is not difficult to spot a tiger in this place. The nearby Tala village, which has a great choice of accommodation, suiting all budgets, is another tourist attraction while visiting the park. Here, you have the luxury of enjoying your elephant safari. • Kaziranga National Park, Assam Located in Assam, this park lies between Nepal and Bangladesh, the northeast of the narrow neck of land, and has a landscape of pristine forest, tall elephant grass, marshes and shallow pools. You can see two-third of the world’s Great Indian one-horned rhinoceros’ population here, and a World heritage site. Elephants, wild buffaloes, monitor lizards, and water birds are also rich in it. Your choices include a private jeep tour or an elephant trip.
www.businessconnectindia.in | Vol. 3 | Issue 4 November 2020 INDIA

• Gir Forest National Park, Gujarat The wildlife sanctuary of Gir is home to the last wild Asian lions left on earth. But there is zero chance of seeing a tiger here because it doesn’t have tigers. The second most common predator found in these forests, aside from lions, is the leopard. The park offers many fantastic drives, in jeeps, through scenic areas. • Ranthambore National Park, Rajasthan Visit this 1,334 sq km park in Rajasthan if you want to see the tiger in its most majestic avatar. Here, even during the daytime, you will spot the tigers when they are busy preying. As a result of the pictorial ruins that dot the wildlife park, it is also counted as a famous heritage site.

A GLANCE AT THE KEY DIFFERENTIATORS
K Law leverages a hybrid topology in order to meet both privacy as
Naina Krishna Murthy | Founder & Managing Partner “As law firms are providing a service—most often in difficult times—transparency, trust, and commitment to providing quality service to their clients are essential. After all, clients are the lifeblood of a lawyer’s vocation. There are many great law firms out there, but having talked with former clients of them, many seem to be disenchanted with one particular aspect: the attitude of the lawyer — whether that be through lack of communication or the general attitude towards the client’s case. But K Law has made a difference in the scenario. Having a team of lawyers (unless the lawyer is a sole practitioner, of course) who believe in collegiality, who possess progressive attitudes and are accountable, are some traits one would expect for a law firm to hold in order to be considered ‘good’.” well as availability requirements. By redundantly storing documents on its own geo dispersed servers, K Law keeps sensitive documents in the house while ensuring business continuity in case of a disaster. To ensure availability and security, K Law uses offerings from Microsoft’s cloud services for email storage, data loss prevention, records management, and security. Redundant high-speed fibre connectivity and VPN concatenation ensure that remote workers have the best access to firm resources during these trying times. The Firm always seeks lawyers with brilliant and professional minds coupled with integrity. Also, ethical conduct and a client-centric mindset are significant criteria for them. K law values creative, dynamic and solution-oriented talents and steadfastly ensures continuous learning and development of its legal team. In this context, they ensure regular in-depth professional training to their lawyers. K Law incessantly resonates with clients’ need and offers outstanding services by following the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and responsibility in delivering their commitments. Their high level of partner involvement and attention blended with value-optimization approach has bestowed them with a satisfied client-base. Apart from this, the Management ensures a high level of transparency in their work culture. Any kind of office politics or negativity is absolutely intolerable and strictly discouraged. They ensure great comfort and a sense of job security to their employees which in turn, improves their performance and productivity effectively.

Purpose Served by the New Education Policy A systematic framework has been set by the New Education Policy to guide the development of the education system in the country. As Congress MP Siddheshwar Prasad blamed the then government for lacking a vision and ideology for education, the need for a strategy was first felt in 1964. The same year, a 17-member Education Commission was set up to formulate a national and organised education policy, led by then-UGC Chairman D S Kothari. Parliament passed the first education policy in 1968, based on the suggestions of this Commission. Every few decades, a new NEP usually comes along. To date, India has had three. Under Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, the first came in 1968, and the second in 1986, respectively. The 1986 NEP was revised in 1992 when P V Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister. The third is the NEP that was released under Narendra Modi’s leadership.

Now Schools begins at the age of 3years The New Education Program extends the age group from 6-14 years of compulsory education to 3-18 years of education. The NEP incorporates three previously uncovered years of pre-schooling, under the school curriculum age range of 3-6 years. Through three years of Anganwadi/pre-schooling, the current system will provide 12 years of schooling. The 10 + 2 school curriculum structure can be supplemented by a 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 curriculum structure corresponding to ages 3-8, 8-11, 11-14, and 14-18, respectively, with a focus on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Mother Tongue as Medium of Instruction The NEP relies on the mother tongue of students as the means of instruction, as it adheres to the ‘three-language formula’ but still allows no language to be forced on anyone. As a way of teaching, the NEP merely advises the mother tongue and does not make it mandatory.
The policy paper states that in their home language, kids understand and comprehend non-trivial ideas more easily. Wherever practicable, the home language, mother tongue, local language or regional language would be the medium of instruction until at least Grade 5, but hopefully until Grade 8 and beyond.’ Afterwards, if possible, the home or local language will continue to be taught as a language—both govt. and private schools will follow this,” the policy states. NO UGC, AICTE, NCTE As a single unified umbrella body, the Higher Education Commission of India (HECI) will be formed for all higher education, except medical and legal education. The same system of regulatory, accreditation and academic standards would regulate public and private higher education institutions. In 15 years, Govt will phase out the affiliation of colleges and a stage-wise mechanism is to be established to grant colleges graded autonomy. No Rigid Separation In Streams There can be no rigid differences between the arts and sciences, curricular and extra-curricular sports between vocational and academic streams under NEP 2020. Students across the streams can select topics of their liking. In schools from the 6th grade, vocational education will start and will include internships.
FYUP Programme Returns & No More Dropouts Under the NEP, with several exit opportunities during this timeframe, the undergraduate degree would have a length of either 3 or 4 years. After completing one year in a speciality or field, including technical, the college would be required to offer a credential, a diploma after two years of study, or a Bachelor’s degree after a three-year programme.
The govt. will also set up an Academic Credit Bank to store academic credits earned from various HEIs digitally so that they can be transferred and counted towards the final earned degree.

A DEDICATED TEAM OF LEGAL EXPERTS
MB ASSOCIATES Sneha Chaudhary | Business Connect
COMPANY OVERVIEW MB Associates, founded by Ms. Mansi Bajaj, Adv., is a law firm that specializes in Medical Negligence cases and other healthcare related issues, Property Laws, Family & Matrimonial Laws, Banking & Insurance Laws, Labor & Employment Laws, Environment Laws, Education Laws, Transportation Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and the list continues. The singularity of the firm lies in the fact that it is a transparent and cost-effective law firm, working with utmost dedication and sincerity. Every team member is well qualified in their field of law. The faith of the clients/ customers of MB Associates is ensured through its transparency and by keeping the client well informed about the proceedings of their case. It is very important to keep the clients in confidence and that can only be achieved through transparency. The firm specializes in medical negligence cases and other healthcare related issues, so a majority of their clients include hospitals, nursing homes and individual doctors. Ms. Bajaj, who has been practicing law since 2008, states that, “I think as a lawyer, the foremost responsibility is to be honest and true to the profession. A lawyer should also be honest to his or her clients, to the Court and also to the colleagues. A lawyer is the Officer of the Court, and it is the foremost duty of a lawyer to be honest to the Court. A lawyer can contribute a lot to the society with his or her skill and talent, thus making the society a better place to live. www.businessconnectindia.in | Vol. 3 | Issue 4 November 2020 INDIA

THE 10 MOST SUCCESSFUL LAWYERS
to Watch in 2020
As is often said, “Honesty is the best policy”. Ms. Bajaj believes that the foremost value in her profession is the honesty of a lawyer, and honesty always pays. Give honest advice to your client, in their best interest. A legal advisor should always uphold the interest of the client by all fair, reasonable and honourable means, and not manipulate facts.
work, she reached a place in the profession, which is a matter of great satisfaction for her. Along with building a striking career for herself, Mansi has also succeeded in being able to serve the society. She established a registered Charitable Trust called Sanrakshak Charitable Trust through which she gives her contributions for Cancer patients and needy children at Welfare Homes. The other aspiration she has is to be helpful in any manner for the cause of women, especially those who face sexual harassment at workplace.
She started the firm with two employees, and now MB Associates has grown to a team of seven. They have established the firm’s name as far as medical negligence cases and other healthcare related issues are concerned. It conducted a conference titled “When the Hammer Shields the Healer” at India International Centre in the year 2018. The conference was attended by doctors and lawyers and was well appreciated. Ms. Bajaj started as an employee with one of the cancer hospitals in Delhi, and today her firm has an ever-expanding list of clients.
A few words of wisdom from Ms Bajaj for upcoming lawyers: As I said earlier, honesty is the best policy. Please be transparent and honest to your clients, to the Court, to the opponents and to your colleagues. I strongly believe in the philosophy the more you learn, the more you earn. Do not practice because you want to earn. Practice because you want to learn. Once learning is there, money will pour in. Hard work and passion towards work is the mantra in this profession. Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits. Always strive for the best. Burn the midnight oil to reach to the pinnacle. There is no shortcut to hard work. I have seen many young lawyers who are fantastic at drafting but are not good communicators. Work on your communication skills. Half of the battle in Court is won if you are good at communication. Last but not the least, have patience and faith in yourself. Please remember, if you are working with honesty and hard work, the sky’s the limit. Success will come your way, sooner or later. Even if it’s later, have patience and move ahead with faith.
Ms. Bajaj represents many government organizations, Banks, Insurance Companies, Multi State Cooperative Societies, other private companies., and is also an external member of Internal Complaints Committee under Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act (POSH). She has also been appointed as Sole Arbitrator in several matters by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Behind the Wheel Everybody goes through a period of struggle. Being a first generation lawyer, which means no support system at the start of the journey, and no help with understanding the nuances of the profession, Ms. Bajaj had to face a number of challenges as well. She was fortunate in finding inspiration with Mr. Kailash Vasdev, Senior Advocate, whom she interned with before enrolling as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2008. She then completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from AIIMA in the year 2008, and Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics from NLU, Bangalore, after that.
Mansi Bajaj, Advocate, Founder of MB Associates Goals and Vision In these times, technology plays a very important role in any organization. MB Associates uses legal software like Manupatra, SCC Online, etc for research. They also make sure the files are scanned so less paper is used in the office.
By the time she entered the profession, Mansi was married and was blessed with a baby girl, and so it was a difficult decision to start working. With the push of both her families in the direction, she finally decided to work and after a lot of efforts and interviews, got her first job in one of the reputed cancer hospitals of Delhi.
In the Corona times, the Courts are hearing matters through Video Conferencing, and MB Associates is well equipped to do so.
“That was the best opportunity I could have ever got, which I am still enjoying. I used to keenly observe the panel lawyers, used to visit Courts diligently with them and learnt the nitty gritties of this profession,” she says.
The long and short term goals of MB Associates coincide when they are consistently striving to better their legal services for client satisfaction resulting in a trusted and long term relationship with the clients. As a long term goal, Ms Bajaj wishes to start a Medico legal Society for the legal education of doctors and other healthcare professionals/ staff. The other goal is to expand the firm globally so that they are able to serve more and more people.
Moving forward, with the support of some wonderful teachers in life she started her independent practice in 2009. Building an independent practice was an arduous task, however, with perseverance and a lot of hard 53

MARKETPLACE FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS LAUNCHED BY ZOOM For simulated activities, Zoom has become the go-to software mainly by mistake. As event planners defaulted to it after their live events were victims of the pandemic, Zoom was a common live streaming platform, experiencing a time of ubiquity. Meanwhile, dedicated virtual event networks with more robust interaction and development features for investors and industry searching for some way to get back to work, stepped up to the plate of severe planners and were warmly welcomed. Most individuals experience Zoom fatigue between work meetings, kids’ classes, and talking with friends and family. But the video conferencing Company hopes that people can log in for a few more hours to take advantage of its new platform and marketplace for online events. With a range of free and paid online activities covering everything from education and entertainment to health and home, the public beta for OnZoom was launched on Wednesday. In an announcement, product manager Aleks Swerdlow said, “We were humbled and motivated by all of the incredible ways the world responded to a literal shutdown of in-person activities in COVID-19.” “When company owners, developers, and companies of all types had to find a way to remain on track and manage to supply their clients with resources, many turned to Zoom. OnZoom simplifies the experience.” OnZoom, an expansion of the centralized messaging network of the Company, allows paying users to build, organize, and monetize interactive activities such as fitness courses, concerts, comedy shows, and lessons in painting. List and sell tickets, distribute and support events, and attract up to 1,000 people from new global audiences. In the meantime, attendees will browse for activities, gift tickets, donate to charities, and discover favourites, share, and rate. Depending on length, subject, and presenter, OnZoom’s current offers vary in price from free to $50. A similar scheme of interactive experiences was launched by Airbnb in April, helping hosts to keep earning and users to keep learning during the coronavirus pandemic. From the convenience of your house, Airbnb Online Experiences invites users to meditate with Buddhist monks, meet Chernobyl’s puppies, and cook with a Moroccan family. 57

Business Connect: What was the prime motivation behind this entrepreneurship? Mr Ehrhart: I come from a family of entrepreneurs and investors. Both my mother and father founded and ran their own businesses. I had previously founded venture capital firms whose focus was on funding and helping grow technology startups. So, it was a natural thing for me to start a business in early 2016, when we saw the opportunity to meet the need for advanced Augmented and Virtual Reality Services. At that time, and even more so today, the demand for AR and VR solutions far exceeds the resources of existing corporate IT departments to provide these unique skills. Business Connect: Please throw some light on your exclusive mission. Mr Ehrhart: Paracosma’s Mission Statement actually has three parts that each reflect an important aspect of our business and focus. Please let me explain each part.

“Making Augmented and Virtual Reality as good as Reality is not enough” The goal of Augmented Reality is to seamlessly blend virtual digital items within an actual real environment. Whereas Virtual Reality has the goal of convincing the viewer that the virtual digital environment they are in is actually real. So, in both cases, our ultimate goal is to make our digital creations indistinguishable from real items and environments. We are approaching this goal with services such as photography replacement, where we create high-end digital renderings of 3D objects that are indistinguishable from photographs of those items. Unfortunately, most VR and AR cannot process such high-end models, so the digital objects are less perfect than reality for now. Therefore there is more progress to be made. “Our Vision is to make Augmented and Virtual Realities better than Reality” Even though some digital objects and environments are not yet as perfect as reality, we are able through virtual digital realities to recreate things that are not possible in real life. We can do surgery training, for example, without risking patients. We can practice oil and gas handling, without risking environmental disaster or the danger of a fire or explosion. In both cases, AR/VR allows us to do things that are not possible ethically or practically in real life, and can in fact save real lives. Business Connect: What makes you ensure an edge over your peers? Please mention some of your fortes. Mr Ehrhart: Our strength is our people. Among our 75 employees are 45 Artists. These Artists include modelling artists, texture artists, shading artists, lighting artists, compositors, riggers, animators, and other specialists. Some are hardsurface modelers, some organic modelers, some creative artists. Through their combined skills and talent, we have the ability to create photo-realistic models of food or furniture, full-scale digital twins of
industrial facilities and anything in between. Similarly, we have teams of developers and engineers dedicated to VR, AR, 360 photos and video, and even music/audio. Business Connect: What kind of clients do you serve? Mr Ehrhart: We have large enterprise clients, such as the 38 million member AARP down to small startup companies like UrsaLeo. For AARP we have created more than 40 VR brain training games for their Staying Sharp program, which are part of their Alcove VR application. For UrsaLeo, we create Digital Twins of their clients’ facilities with which they can visualize IoT (Internet of Things) data and alerts. We have also created an AR machine maintenance application for a 100-year old manufacturing company with more than 60 factories; over 2,000 3D models for photography replacement; holographic video executive training for one of the world’s largest HR & Talent Management companies and much more. Business Connect: Please mention the survival strategies your company adopted while battling the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr Ehrhart: Despite the Coronavirus lockdowns which have affected all our business locations in the US, Japan and Nepal, and severely impacted some of our clients, we celebrated a record quarter and record growth in the second quarter and throughout the first half of 2020. The global pandemic has forced companies to look for solutions to replace business travel, tradeshows, meetings, events and even day-today employee interactions that are not currently possible to do faceto-face. AR and VR enables remote collaborative experiences. Business Connect: How do you keep up the pace with the changing market trends? Mr Ehrhart: AR , VR and 3D technology more broadly, are some of the fastest evolving technology sectors. So, our engineers are
59
continually learning and developing new techniques and approaches. Having dedicated teams for each technology and each technology platform and the resources to add new engineers as new platforms emerge gives us the ability to stay abreast of the latest developments. Business Connect: Please mention some achievements and accolades attained by the company so far? Mr Ehrhart: Paracosma has been fortunate to be well received within the AR/VR industry. Repeat business is the definitive recognition of the quality we deliver and the faith of our clients. In addition to being selected by Business Connect as one of the “Most Trusted AR/VR Solution Providers” in both 2019 and 2020, Paracosma has also been recognized as one of the “Most Innovative”, “Most Promising”, “Fastest Growing” and “Best AR/ VR Solution Providers”. We have also been recognized as a “Next Generation Tech Disruptor” and one of the “100 Best Companies to Watch for in 2020”, among others. Business Connect: How are you giving back to society (CSR)? Mr Ehrhart: CSR is the third part of Paracosma’s Mission: to Make the Real World Better Through AR and VR. In addition to cofounding and supporting the VR for Good Conference and the International VR for Healthcare Association, during the Pandemic, Paracosma has been offering companies and organizations free VR collaboration and meeting venues. We have also been giving away our consumer VR game, Shelter in Place, for in-home entertainment. Business Connect: Share with us the future prospects of your company. Mr Ehrhart: Paracosma continues to enjoy record growth, outpacing the wider AR/VR industry. We anticipate this to continue as we expand our US and Japan marketing and sales teams through the end of the year. We are also expanding our client solutions across AR and VR. One of our fastest growth areas continues to be 3D modelling and Digital Twin creation.

Paytm set up ₹10 Crore fund for Mini App Store
I
n order to draw local app developers to its newly launched Mini App Store, Paytm has set up a ₹10 crore investment fund as the fintech company aims to gain support in its “fight” against Google from the domestic tech ecosystem.
Since Paytm’s expulsion from Play Store, Sharma has been critical of Google and has again expressed concern over “monopoly risks” in power exercised by Google. Sharma was joined by entrepreneurs and tech investors like GOQii’s Vishal Gondal, General Partner of India Quotient’s Anand Lunia, and GSF Accelerator’s founder Rajesh Sawhney, who also disapproved with Google and other tech firms such as Facebook and Twitter.
CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma urged developers to enter Paytm’s Mini App Store during a virtual gathering that was prepared by the Noida-based company on Thursday, offering zero developer fees or commissions. More than 5,000 developers from across the nation joined the virtual conference.
Gondal, along with the co-founder of nCore Games which is all set to launch a new mobile action game FAU-G, in a conference said that the move by Google is a “wake-up call” and called for a view from Indian regulators.
On the Mini App Store platform, an ambitious goal has been set by Sharma that there will be “at least one million mini-apps” in order to avoid what he called “the victimization of 30 per cent fees that Google is putting on us”.
The founding member of early-stage investment firm India Quotient, Anant Lunia said that there is a requirement of a new regulator in India who would regulate the internet space. These founders, besides Sharma, are also a part of an industry community of start-up entrepreneurs that met with Secretary Ajay Sawhney of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) on Saturday to highlight some of their concerns.
In order to be assured, unlike the Play Store, Paytm’s Mini App Store does not let its users install apps on their Smartphones. Instead, on top of Paytm’s in-app flow, it permits developers to create a simplified interface. By describing the investment as an incubation fund, Sharma said that it would be used for the development of new solutions and will help the local app developers those who join the Mini App Store.
However, Sharma did not share pieces of information about the steps they would take with Google to address the issue. “We are not in a position to make the information public. We will formalize the grouping and take all necessary measures at our disposal,” he added. CEO of Paytm advised developers, pledging zero developer charge or commissions, to enter the Mini App Store.
The fund arises at a time when there were few concerns, which were raised by the Indian startup community over Google’s alleged misuse of its dominant market position. In line with the global billing policy, Indian businesses those are selling digital goods through Play Store app would be charged a 30 per cent of commission, last month the US-based company said. www.businessconnectindia.in | Vol. 3 | Issue 4 November 2020 INDIA
