T. G THYAGARAJAN’S VIEW ON HONEYFLICKS
We happened to interview T. G Thyagarajan who is a veteran in Tamil movie production and needs no introduction at all concerning his partnership with Honeyflicks. He is an avid believer of the use of newage technology in the movie-making industry. For this, he searched for a Production Management System that could help him make better decisions and create unique movies.
According to him, “The tech boom has undeniably altered the face of the film industry in the 20th century. Rapid growth followed by greater evolution, the film industry has transformed spectacularly. Be it any imaginable niche, technology ensured a paradigm shift in each industry. Nothing is conventionally done today, be it sound engineering, editing mechanism, and postproduction marketing. Today, incessant tech inclusion has improved as well as simplified the scope of moviemaking art. It would not be an exaggeration to say that doing business with movies has become quite effortless with tech inclusivity in the modern world. Drones, 4k+3D Technology, 3D Movie Technology, Dual Camera VR, etc, are some of the worthy mentions that are supporting industrial growth in the most sophisticated manner. My quest to seek a reliable tech solution to improve production functions led me to Honey Flicks. These groundbreaking solutions formed by V Labs have enormously helped the team in making
Vishamakaran movie - . As a software tool to streamline seamless movie production, Honey Flicks has created a buzz across the industry. It is a strong software platform and requirement-driven methodology that was built as an use case for Vishamakaran. The movie was made by an Indie Director and he was able to reduce the call sheets from 19 to 13, saving 40% of the original cost. If one independent filmmaker could accomplish this, just think of what a skilled team could do? I have realized the impact and potential of the platform that forced me to immediately partner with the team to take this platform to the whole movie industry in a SaaS model. There is no second thought to the fact that the younger generation would make use of such a platform and come up with better movies. Even the well-accomplished director, Mani Ratnam and actor Prasahanth have also realized the significance of Honey Flicks owing to its resource-saving drive and budget friendly prices. During the launch of the product, both of them ensured their gracious presence at the event. I am not hesitant to reveal that Honey Flicks would be used in full swing for my upcoming project- Veeran and Captain Miller. Indeed, Honey Flicks is a path-breaking platform that aims to revolutionize the functionality of all media production houses to aptly manage the production pipeline. To upgrade this platform, V Labs is about to extend the technology by creating a 3D Previz via Honey Frameworks, for an important chase sequence for my dream project- Captain Miller starring Dhanush- a well-acclaimed Tamilian actor). Also, we would be digitizing and automating our producer council activities and Title registration processes via Honey Netz.”
THE TECHNOPHILE’S VIEW ON SUCCESS
In regard to Mr V’s spectacular success, we happened to ask him to define the term success. To this, he responded, “Being a technophile, I see success from the product point of view. Though it is a fancy term for me, I would say three aspects play important role in it for me-
• Completion of the project/ product implementation
• Adaptability of the product in the niche market
• Monetization of the project or product that defines the end-value
About the leadership style
Mr V’s leadership is undeniably one-of-a-kind in many ways. Based on his personal experience as a leader, he suggests aspiring leaders need not be indulged in every aspect of business operations themselves. It is crucial to put your trust in the team and give each member a chance to learn from his/her mistakes. “As a leader, you should guide the team members as per your experience, rather than doing everything on your own. Getting your hands in every aspect would not take your venture anywhere, trust me,” concluded Mr V.

Initially, Pichai had the plan to do a PhD but instead decided to do a job. He started working in an Applied Materials firm as an engineer and product manager. Then he joined McKinsey & Company and worked as a management consultant. Pichai realised that switching to Google would be a good professional decision after attempting to persuade a McKinsey colleague not to do so. In 2004, on April Fool’s Day, Pichai joined Google. Surprisingly, it was on the same day that Gmail was released to the public.
How Did Sundar Pichai Become CEO of Google?
Pichai joined Google to work on the search toolbar as a manager. The toolbar was created to make it simple for users of Internet Explorer and Firefox to access Google search. Pichai was inspired by the toolbar’s popularity to consider Google creating its own web browser. Google’s former CEO Eric Schmidt said it wasn’t worth the expense.
Pichai, who firmly believed in the concept, eventually persuaded Google’s Larry Page and Sergey Brin to introduce their own web browser, Google Chrome. Pichai oversaw the introduction of Chrome, which later surpassed Firefox and Internet Explorer to claim the title of best web browser worldwide. In 2008, Pichai gained recognition on a global scale as a result of this, and he was appointed Google’s vice president of product development.
Later, he oversaw the developments of other programmes including Gmail and Google Maps. Pichai unveiled ChromeOS on November 19, 2009; the Chromebook was made available for testing and evaluation in 2011, and it was made available to the general public in 2012. Pichai expanded the range of Google products he was responsible for adding Android on March 13, 2013. Prior to Google, Andy Rubin, the director of Jive Software, oversaw Android. He served from April 2011 to July 30, 2013.
Pichai was apparently vigorously chased for employment by microblogging site Twitter in 2011, and in 2014. He was also mentioned as a possible CEO for Microsoft, although in both cases he was given huge cash packages to stay with Google. Eventually the position of CEO of
Microsoft went to Satya Nadella. Pichai was also associated with Google’s $3.2 billion acquisition of Nest Labs in 2014. Consequently, when Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin declared the establishment of Alphabet Inc. in August 2015, it came as no surprise to industry insiders that Pichai was named CEO of Google, which was reorganised as a subsidiary. In December 2019, he was also named CEO of Alphabet, succeeding Page, who stepped down.
What People Say about Him:
In the words of Chris Beckmann, a former Google product manager, “He hired, mentored, and retained a superb team.” “Like the software engineers within Search Quality, Sundar’s team of product managers had a reputation for being among the best of the best.”
Keval Desai, a former co-worker, describes him as “a really strong opinionated person with distinct point of views about where product and initiative might go, but he’s extremely good at allowing other people’s perspectives emerge before he gives his own.”
Awards
The Government of India in 2022 awarded Pichai the Padma Bhushan Award, the country’s third-highest civilian honour.
Personal life
Pichai enjoys playing football and cricket. Anjali Pichai, a chemical engineer from Kota, Rajasthan, who was born into a middle-class family, is the wife of Sunder Pichai and frequently serves as the driving force behind all of his endeavours.

TOP TRENDS IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
If there is one thing that is constant in foodservice then it is only changing, change is constant in this industry. Every year brings new wrinkle like 2019, therefore fresh food trend in 2020 is the center of attraction in the F&B industry. The Best innovative trends in F&B industry, that were not even foreseen in 12 months are the center of talk for every entrepreneur that is part of the industry. This question goes into the mind of the food industry that “What’s the next?” to encompass all the developments that are both current and structural in long run will continue to affect the industry for years to come and presently.
The year 2019 has witnessed to be immense in terms of growth and complex patterns in the global F&B industry. We will structure some of the top food and beverage industry trends that were prominent in 2019 and will continue into 2020.
CHANGING CONSUMER PREFERENCES
Similar to 2019, bold and exotic flavors, snacking, and health and wellness are still at the forefront for consumer food preferences in the upcoming year 2020. However, this time this will happen in a more elevated way. All the consumers want fortified and functional foods, which are balanced and good for health. Recently, the customers are looking for the food that fuels their brains and benefit their physical appearance. Grocery shelves will continue to be stacked with products like health beneficiary products, which provide additional functionality to consumers’ bodies.
The changing customer’s preferences also add to the consumer’s plate that they also want food, which is not only good for them but also good for others. Whether the food they want to eat is a product that reflects simply its nutrition and benefit or is in environmentally friendly packaging. More than millennials, Generation-Z consumers are “clean eaters” they like live kitchens. They also have a strong interest in knowing everything and not only what the product is but how it is made and by whom. Transparency of food is required as a constant change; this is how it came into top trends for food and beverages. With today’s instant access to information, if a consumer can’t understand or find out where and how a product is made and what’s in it, they’ll be more inclined to leave it behind. The rise of clean labels and sustainability efforts will continue, but so will the rise of positive branding by companies that are leading in being good and also doing good.
FOOD SAFETY AND TRANSPARENCY
Another trend in Technology for Food Industry is food safety. Most consumers nowadays demand to know more
about the food they eat and its value. Food safety issues are costing the food and beverage industry billions each year. This thing will be more important than ever for the Food industry to pinpoint safety issues immediately. Some of the technologies like blockchain will continue to gain traction. Companies will move beyond trying to understand what blockchain is, to figuring out how to be a part of it. A survey of middle-market food and beverage chief financial officers found that just 12 percent are currently using blockchain in this industry. But that number will increase as more industries become aware of block chain’s benefits across the entire food chain from the grower to the manufacturer, distributors and beyond.
ROBOTICS & USE OF AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLES
The food and beverage industry is greatly interested in Robotics Technologies and Automated guided vehicles, where they replace human beings. With the rise of both techniques in the hotel industry the per capita income, living standards and labor standards were increased. The cost of acquiring labors has seen a sharp rise and it suffices the needs gratefully. Robots can do tasks perfectly which are to be repeated consistently. This will reduce human errors in the execution phase.
During mass production, tons of products and cartons need to be moved from one place to another. In-house stock movement can be a hectic task if a limited labor force is available. Automated Guided Vehicles can transport goods from one place to another if pick and drop coordinates are well defined. This provides speedy transportation with maximum efficiency for goods movement.

1. How Many Small Businesses Are There in the US?
32.5
million
There are an estimated 32.5 million small businesses in the United States. This number is down from its peak of over 33 million in 1997, but it’s still a significant part of the economy. The majority of these businesses (about 30 million) are independently owned and operated.

If you also want to know how Many Small Businesses there are in the World, then It is difficult to provide an exact number of small businesses due to varying definitions of what constitutes a “small business” and the lack of reliable data on small businesses across all countries. However, according to estimates from the World Bank and OECD, there are over 200 million small businesses globally.
2. How Many Jobs Are Created by Small Businesses?
Small businesses create nearly half of the new jobs in the United States each year, according to the Small Business Administration. This is good news for small businesses and their employees, as well as the economy as a whole. Here are some facts you may not have known about small business job creation:
• Small businesses account for 49 percent of all new jobs in the United States.
•
In 2011, small businesses generated 98 percent of new private-sector employment growth.
• The average salary for workers in small businesses is $53,000, compared to $51,500 at large companies.
There are many reasons why small business job creation is so important. First, they create most of the jobs in our economy, making it a key engine of economic growth. Second, small businesses often provide high quality employment opportunities for people who may not have other options. Finally, small businesses are often nimbler and more responsive to changes in the economy than larger companies and can better adapt to changing market conditions.
3. Small and Medium-Sized Businesses Are Major Drivers of Global Economic Growth
Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are responsible for a significant amount of global economic growth. In 2016, SMBs accounted for 68% of global GDP and employed more than three-quarters of the world’s working population. There are a number of reasons why small businesses in the US are so important. First, they account for a large proportion of innovation and new business creation. Second, they tend to be more entrepreneurial and innovative than large corporations. Finally, SMBs tend to be more nimble and able to adapt to changes in the market faster than larger businesses. While the benefits of being a small business as per small business data are clear, there are also some challenges that small businesses must face. For example, small businesses often lack the resources needed to compete with larger rivals, making it difficult to achieve success in a competitive market environment. Additionally, small businesses often face discrimination from banks and other financial institutions due to their size, which can make it difficult to get loans or access capital necessary for growth.
4. What Is the Most Common Reason for Opening Your Own Business?
Opening your own business is a very exciting and daunting prospect. It can be a great way to work for yourself, make your own decisions, and have control over your career. However, it’s important to remember that there are a lot of things you need to consider before starting a small business. The most common reason people open their own businesses is because
they want more control over their career. Other reasons include wanting to start their own business from scratch, wanting to start their own business in a specific industry, not fitting into an existing job, or being able to set their own hours. Additionally, some people choose to open their own businesses because they believe it’s the best way to achieve their goals.
5. Small Businesses Hit Hard by the COVID-19 Crisis
Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, and they have been struggling in recent years due to a number of economic factors, including the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic, which lasted from February 2020 to April 2021, is thought to have caused up to 80% of small and mediumsized enterprises to lose up to 50% of their revenue. This information, which is based on SMEs from 32 different nations, demonstrates how significantly the pandemic damaged firms globally. In 2020 research conducted in the United States, 45% of small businesses reported supply chain interruptions.Apart from this, five of the most frequent effects of COVID-19 on established small enterprises, according to Guidant Financial, included lost revenue (23%), reduced budgets (11%), temporary closures (11%), decreased personal earnings (10%), and temporary turnaround (7%). Statista reports that the pandemic had a moderately negative impact on 44.9% of small business owners. However, 1.8% reported that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significantly favourable impact on their business, while 6.9% claimed that it had a moderately positive impact.
6. Average Revenue of a Small Business
The average revenue of a small business or small business revenue statistics in the United States can vary greatly depending on industry, size, and location. According to The Small Business Administration (SBA), businesses with under 500 employees
across all industries had an average annual sales volume of $6 million in 2018. However, this number is heavily impacted by larger companies that are considered “small” according to SBA standards; when excluding those firms from the data set, the median revenue for smaller businesses was just $160,000 per year. That said, certain sectors may have much higher or lower returns than this figure would suggest; for example:
• WRetail stores tend to bring in an average of around $520K per year
• Health care providers have an average income of about $2 million annually
• Real estate agents make approximately $830K each year
• Restaurants typically generate incomes between $300K and 1M annually
It’s also important to consider location when assessing a company’s potential earnings as some states offer more advantageous tax regulations or other financial incentives which can significantly increase profits. For instance, California has one of the highest cost-of-living rates yet it also offers some excellent corporate tax breaks which could help offset those expenses — making it an attractive place for many entrepreneurs. Additionally regional economic differences should be taken into account; businesses located within urban centers may face stiffer competition but they can often benefit from increased exposure and higher demand while rural locations may come with fewer competitors but less reliable customer bases.
7. What Percentage of Small Businesses Fail?
According to the Small Business Administration, approximately 66% of businesses in the United States are small businesses. That means that for every 100 businesses in the U.S., less than 34 are considered small businesses. Additionally, according to the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), about
48% of all new business starts are small businesses. However, despite these high numbers, small business failure rates are high. In fact, according to a study by The Kauffman Foundation, about one-third of all new businesses fail within five years. One reason for this high failure rate is that small businesses tend to be less financially stable than larger businesses. They also face greater challenges in terms of finding qualified employees and securing funding from lenders and investors. In addition, many small businesses do not have the resources to compete with larger companies on a level playing field. This can lead to problems such as higher overhead costs and decreased profits.
8.
The average cost of marketing for a small business
When thinking about marketing for a small business, one of the first things that comes to mind is likely the cost. According to the most recent report from the Small Business Administration, the average cost of marketing for a small business is $2,998 per month. However, this doesn’t take into account all of the different services and programs that are available. Additionally, not every company will need to spend this much on marketing. Some other key statistics about marketing for small businesses include these:
• Small businesses typically have less money to spend on marketing than larger businesses
• Marketing is one of the most important aspects of a small business’ overall success
• Marketing should be planned and executed as part of a larger overall strategy
9.
What Is the Biggest Challenge for Small Businesses?
The biggest challenge for small businesses is to stay afloat in an ever-growing global economy. In order to keep up with the competition and continue growing, it’s important for small businesses to stay informed about current trends and developments in their industry. For example, Risio, a dental startup in Chennai, which we were part of since the idea phase, brings oral care to the homes of patients who, due to various reasons, find it difficult to leave their homes to the dentists,” says Sastha.
SYNC WITH TECH
The Co-Founder, Achinthya Suresh shares her views by asserting, “In our opinion, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are here to stay and most, if not all companies swear by them. Adopting AI & ML technologies tip the scales in their favor because it helps elevate business processes, automates tasks, and frees up resources to focus on more important work. These emerging technologies are pretty much changing the entire business landscape. However, start-ups may still struggle to harness their power effectively, due to obstacles such as cost and lack of adequate talent. Once these barriers are overcome, these technologies help start-ups work smarter, better, and more effectively. Cloud computing has also made adoption easier because of the lowered costs and easy access. This was especially a blessing in disguise when employees began working from home at the beginning of the pandemic. The technologies help continue the workflow without a hitch.”
She further adds, “We also feel that AI, ML, and software in this niche improve businesses across verticals. For example, for our clients, AI and Machine Learning have made things very easy in the customer care department. We love this feature because so many of our customers request a chatbot on their website. We have used this for two of our clients, Risio and EVOCHEF. Once we feed the information into the software, the bot will take care of the customers while our clients can focus on growing their businesses. Also, we leverage these technologies to process data quickly, generate real-time insights, and create better customer experiences”
Before signing off, the visionaries shared some secret sauce of their success and a few words of wisdom for the upcoming leaders, by saying: “Always keep the big picture in mind whenever you make any decision. Don’t look at the business as a means for some quick cash but look at it as an establishment that will last for years to come. This may require some hard decisions, but you will enjoy the fruits of the labor in the long run. At the end of the day, your customers want sales, so your end goal for every project is to provide sales. Once you start generating sales, measuring the outcomes is important. As the adage goes, you can’t manage what you don’t measure. By measuring your results, you harness the power of data to determine what works, and what doesn’t, and you can adjust your work accordingly. We realized this the hard way.
Moreover, before you start any project, you must understand the project thoroughly, keep a strategy in place and ensure that you have theadequate talent and resources to embark on the project. With this, your role and job will become more streamlined and less overwhelming.
We are firm believers that one should never stop learning. We are not talking about going to the classroom for lessons but using your life as the teacher. We encourage people to make mistakes and learn from them. However, don’t repeat the same mistake. When you do something wrong the first time, it is a mistake but when you do the same thing the second time, it is a choice.”

Insights on the Latest Market Evolution
Volant Overseas’ innovative team constantly tries to stay one step ahead of the competition and the state of the market by implementing internal organisational changes to handle new responsibilities and departments. Students seek expedited processing times and all services under one roof during the pandemic, including language instruction, admissions, visas, bank loans, travel help, lodging reservations, foreign bank accounts, and mobile network service.
Sailing through the Obstacles
Volant Overseas was established as a non-profit organisation and began offering free assistance to students with visa applications and course/college selection. They neither partnered with any institutions nor clients for commissions. After four years, they recognised that they could offer paid consulting services to organisations while continuing to provide free services to students as long as the costs were covered. Neither of the directors received direct or indirect compensation from the business or its customers for more than ten years. They were running a work-from-home business before the epidemic, but in the midst of it, they had to build a back office to share the tedious, repetitious paper labour and data entry chores more fairly. Student walk-ins increased as the back office developed, forcing the business to hire more people and open more sites.
Clientele & Corporate Ethos
Volant Overseas has directly partnered with many institutional clients in the USA, Canada, and the UK. Some of the Clients are Trent University, Algoma University, Arkansas State University, University Canada West, Brighton College, Mercy College NY, CEGEP schools, Lester B Pearson Schools, and Niagara College (TSOM). They also partnered with Banks and Private lenders for student loans. In order to obtain the most significant interest rate with the least amount of paperwork, students can select from more than 20 lenders.
Due to the enormous amount of effort the team spends to move an application ahead and make it successful, the majority of the clients at Volant Overseas come from personal recommendations. At Volant Overseas, the team holds the belief that trust and faith should go both ways; if they do not even trust the student enough to provide documents on time or pay fees, they would not be able to assist him, just as they won’t be able to work with us if the student doesn’t trust us with his application. The team makes sure that students are aware of the facts and make decisions based on expected outcomes rather than on the latest buzz. Clients who trust and believe in their experience achieve their goals in significantly less time.
Core Values of Volant Overseas Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, and Innovation are the 4 primary pillars of this organisation. The team consistently adheres to these core principles. These also act as the organisation’s guiding principles, helping to define its culture and conduct. They serve as a framework for behaviour and decision-making and represent the values and beliefs of the organisation.
Words of Wisdom
Adapting to the Revolutionising Technology
AI will greatly help agencies and institutions in reducing processing times, and it will also benefit students by processing their applications more quickly than usual. Organisations may be able to automate the procedure in some instances and issue admission letters instantly. In some cases, organisations can automate the process and send admission letters in real-time. Big Data is helpful in many ways, for example, targeting ads and admission management based on the past success rate.
Volant’s business and engagement solutions, including its CRM, contact and notification apps, project and task management, and ticketing system, are regularly updated and improved. These numerous technologies are not used by all Indian businesses to coordinate and manage employees and pupils.
Walking towards a Glittering Future
Volant is constantly hiring and training employees and adding new branch offices across India. To meet the needs of a diverse group of students and clients, they have doubled the workforce from the previous year and expect to do so again. The education sector is booming worldwide; in the next 5 years, the US education market is expected to grow to 1.5 trillion Dollars globally. US universities saw a 600% spike in US applications in 2022. In 2022, Australia granted 1.4 lakh student visas. South Asians (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh) have received the majority of visas since fever Asians (China, Korea, Vietnam, etc.) prefer to travel for higher education in 2021 and 2022. Worldwide, Indian students are granted the most study permit visas.
Be as fair and honest as possible. Fairness, transparency, and honesty may not immediately pay well. Still, they provide a solid foundation and the founding pillars of an organisation, which will aid in the long-term survival and growth of the business. To scale up a business, you will need strong founding members and an efficient team.

Science Says Entrepreneurs Put Themselves At A Higher Risk For These MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS
There was a time when people wouldn’t even think in a dream to become an entrepreneur. However, the time has changed. In this era, the entrepreneur career has become more glamorous. People like to become one. You may be thinking why? Well, the reason could be anything like maybe it makes you attractive living with a laptop lifestyle, or maybe you have a strong notion that you can make money as much as you wish. Either way, this career is becoming so popular across the world. Introducing own company to the world could be tempting.
In fact, in this era, successful entrepreneurs have introduced themselves very differently, they are like a rock star. People eager to listen to their speeches to get motivated. People see them in the very respective way. In the digital world, it is easy to start a business. Many entrepreneurs have built a business by just instructing others how to turn the dream in reality. They build a business empire by creating a podcast, website, online course, and YouTube channel. By creating these sources, they teach them how to create a program, or sell a service every corner, and many others.
Our social media that show you that entrepreneurial lifestyle is so great, at some point it is true, because being our own boss, you feel so better than others. However, very few people like to talk about the hidden dark side of entrepreneurship. An entrepreneurial lifestyle may wreak havoc on your brain wellbeing.
Those entrepreneurs who have faced psychological issues or health issues in the beginning, now they are finally spreading awareness about it all over the world. There are so many studies show that people have been facing some specific higher mental issues. Today I would like to have a conversation about a few of the dark sides of being an entrepreneur.
INCREASE THE RISK OF DEPRESSION
No doubt that being an entrepreneur, they have to spend long hours get success in business. Having a long time, they probably avoid their health. They have only one mentality that “Time is money.” It indicates they sleep less than they should be (According to Helthlin.com, every person should sleep at least seven hours per day). They ignore the physical activities and other some stuff. These habits can cause you depression. However, this isn’t the only factor can cause you depression, many studies show that being an entrepreneur, they feel isolated physically or mentality. Isolation may run the issue of depression.
Accept doctor, nobody can identify the symptoms of depression because it doesn’t always show you as sadness. However, there is some basic sign that shows you are about to get into it such as changing weight, sleep difficulties, irritability, and many others like this. We all have to keep in mind that less self-care and working long hours can cause you worse effect on our body.
INCREASE THE RISK OF SELF-WORTH ISSUES
Some enraptures start comparing between self-worth and net worth. However, it is human nature. But being an entrepreneur or profession person, do not let your net worth dictate your self-worth. When their business is doing well in the market, they have high self-esteem it’s like skyrockets. But when they get failed in business or are not able to meet goals, they deal with issues to feel better.
Most of the entrepreneurs work sunup to sunset and more. they have in mind that if they are going to work harder, they can win the business battle. However, there are so many reports show that only one-third of small businesses survive after three years. The world has taught us that a mantra “Failure isn’t an option,” sometime setback can cause a psychological issue.
INCREASE RISK OF ANXIETY
An entrepreneur faces a lot of issues that don’t cause you under stress, but also increase an enormous amount of pressure. At some point, they have to close the deal because of some financial issues or some other reason. It leads you to incredible anxiety. The majority of entrepreneurs constantly worried about their business, because they struggle to function ordinarily. It is hard for them to spend quality time with family or go on vacation, and attend the party without worrying about their business.
Closing after the deal, they may sit at home, during the time they experience a battle inside their brain. on the other hand, they become super irritating, either way, they constantly suffer anxiety issues. to get reduce anxiety in life, everyone should be learning how to balance professional and personal life.
INCREASED RISK OF ADDICTION
You may be wondered that what makes entrepreneurs keep going through. As much as I know that they are passionate about something. But getting a little deep, you can see
that their nature becomes obsessive which makes them keep going through, even they face so many issues. Being addictive about something, you may lose your beautiful relationship or one of the most precious things health and both of them. Addiction insists you cross the line and go far from a current situation.
You may think that only serial entrepreneurs are addictive. However, there are many types of research shows that entrepreneurs have addictive personalities, that indicates, entrepreneurs may have some other addictive behaviour like consuming drugs every day or having alcohol. However, there are a majority of entrepreneurs who don’t like to have alcohol and drugs anymore.
I’m pretty much sure, now you know about the dark side of entrepreneurial life. Entrepreneurs should take a productive approach to stop emotional difficulties. Try to build a strong brain. If you are noticing mental issues or some other kind of health issue, try to contact a doctor before the situation becomes worse. Without having a healthy lifestyle, you won’t even think to become successful in any area. We all should keep in mind a quote while running a business.
~ Vikram Pate.
“There is no Health without mental health; mental is too important to be left to the professionals alone, and mental health is everyone’s business.”
