I know it’s hard to believe that we’re already in the year 2023. They say time flies and I realized that it’s true. The last few years were not the best for any of us- from struggling and fighting with the global pandemic to re-standing and starting a new beginning, we have experienced probably the worst situation of our lives. But these years have also taught us many life lessons that indeed, no school or teacher could ever teach us. We learned the value of our family, and of health, and most importantly, we learned to keep humanity over any religion, caste, social status, etc.
In addition, we have witnessed numerous emerging businesses in the market for whom the pandemic wasn’t an obstacle but an opportunity. Along with that, many existing players also showed their caliber by standing still in the worse situations and proved themselves real fighters in the business arena. And our team is determined to make the best of our abilities to bring exceptionally classy stories to our global readership. In line with this endeavor, Business Connect is privileged to forth its ‘Independent’ edition that highlights the stories of some dynamic companies that have made a significant contribution to varied industries across the globe with their innovative offerings.
Here, on the cover page, we have depicted the inspiring journey of Lincode which has become synonymous with outstanding, due to its exceptional product offerings. To that extent, their innovations have had a positive disruption on the industry practices that satisfies their impact scale. The whole story is based on the freewheeling conversation with the leaders, who touched several aspects of this decade’s old organization and showered us with some food for our thoughts. No doubt, their business insights, acuity, and everything left us amazed and we fervently believe that our readers will find these quite fascinating too!
The whole team of Business Connect prays to have a healthy and safe life in the upcoming months of this year for all of us. At this stage of a new beginning, all we need to remember is “It’s never too late to start again”. Our economy is stepping forward to cover the losses in the previous phases. New and emerging opportunities are popping out nowadays, and many more are all set to come as well. Everything that entrepreneurs and business leaders have to remember is the potential they have, and the zeal that has brought them so far will surely take them further as well.
Last but not the least, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our readers, for they are the real motivation that allows us to push our boundaries and come up with more sophisticated issues every time. SUCCESS STORY: FROM SCRIBBLING JOKES TO TOUCHING THE HEIGHTS OF STARDOM
Jerome Allen Seinfeld also known as Jerry Seinfeld is a stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer from the United States. He co-created and co-wrote the sitcom ‘Seinfeld’ with Larry David, where he played a fictionalized version of himself and got famous for it. The programme, which aired on NBC from 1989 to 1998, rose to fame as one of the greatest and most well-liked sitcoms ever made. Seinfeld is a stand-up comedian who specialises in observational humour. In 2004, Comedy Central ranked him as the 12th best stand-up comic of all time. Jerry Seinfeld has an estimated net worth of $950 million as of January 2023.
Seinfeld produced, co-wrote, and performed in the animated film Bee Movie, which received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Animated Feature Film in 2007. In 2010, he started The Marriage Ref, a reality programme that aired on NBC for two seasons. “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” (2012–2019) is a web series that Seinfeld created and hosted. In addition to four Grammy Award nominations for his comedy CDs, Seinfeld has been nominated for twenty Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.’

Early Life
Jerome Allen Seinfeld, who would later become Jerry Seinfeld, was born in Brooklyn, New York City. He was born on April 29, 1954. Jerry Seinfeld’s parents are Betty Hosni and Kalman Seinfeld. His father Kalman was Hungarian-Jewish, and his mother was Jewish as well. Betty was originally from Aleppo, Syria. Due to the Ottoman Empire’s occupation of Syria, the family had to declare themselves Turkish when they immigrated in 1917. Kalman was well-known for the jokes he collected during WWII.
Jerry Seinfeld attended Massapequa High School and grew up in Massapequa, New York. He later became a volunteer for Israel’s Kibbutz Sa’ar when he was 16 years old. He attended the State University of New York at Oswego after graduating. He transferred to Queens College, the City University of New York, in his second year. He earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre and communications from the university.
Seinfeld was already paying rent as a kid. He also liked to listen to Bill Cosby albums. While following his father around, Seinfeld would scribble down jokes. He used to grab any opportunity to make people laugh. Seinfeld often messed around with his classmates because he enjoyed seeing people laugh at his jokes.
He didn’t go to any graduation parties after graduating from college. Instead, he went to a local comedy club to celebrate, where he made people laugh.
During his time at school, he gradually developed an interest in stand-up comedy. While still attending Queens College, he made a few appearances at Budd Friedman’s Improv Club during open-mic nights.
Then, after graduating, Seinfeld attempted to attend an open-mic night at New York City’s Catch a Rising Star. This earned him a spot in an HBO special with Rodney Dangerfield. He also had a small recurring role in Benson, a sitcom.
Career: How Did Jerry Seinfeld Get So Rich?
After making a brief appearance in college performances, Seinfeld’s passion for stand-up comedy intensified. He performed at open-mic nights at Budd Friedman’s Improv Club while being a student at Queens College. He gave an open-mic audition at Catch a Rising Star in New York City after graduating in 1976, and as a result landed a part in a Rodney Dangerfield HBO special. In a small recurring role on Benson in 1980, he played Frankie, a postal delivery kid with hilarious routines that nobody wanted to hear. Seinfeld was abruptly fired as a result of a disagreement over the aesthetic direction of the programme.
When he showed up for a read-through session for an episode and discovered there was no script for him, according to Seinfeld, that is when he learned he had been fired. He gave a stand-up performance on An Evening at the Improv in January 1981. Seinfeld first appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in May 1981. After impressing Carson and the crowd, he went on to appear
frequently on that programme as well as others, such as Late Night with David Letterman. His first live HBO broadcast, Stand-Up Confidential, lasted an hour and aired on September 5, 1987.
He co-created the Seinfeld Chronicles with Larry David in 1988; it was later renamed Seindeld and became the most watched sitcom on American television. Jerry Seinfeld claims that the sitcom “The Abbott and Costello Show” had an influence on the programme.
Jerry returned to New York City and pursued his passion for stand-up comedy once the show Seinfeld was successfully finished.
Jerry Seinfeld made an appearance in two webisodes intended to promote American Express in 2004,
The Associated Press reported in August 2008 that Jerry Seinfeld would be the face of Microsoft’s $300 million advertising campaign for Windows Vista. The adverts, which were meant to generate excitement for Windows in support of the upcoming “I’m a PC” commercials, started running in mid-September 2008. After three episodes, the Seinfeld ads were pulled from television; instead, Microsoft decided to keep running its “I’m a PC” commercials and post lengthier versions of the Seinfeld spots on its website.
Seinfeld made several appearances in advertising for the Greater Building Society in Australia. The Greater Building Society is a building society with locations in New South Wales and southeast Queensland.
Being the third time Seinfeld had appeared in a television commercial, his appearance in these advertisements was widely reported and was regarded as a victory for society.
Seinfeld began a YouTube series in 2012 called ‘Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee’ in which he would pick up a different comedian or celebrity every episode and drive them to a coffee shop for a chat. The programme was first broadcast on the streaming platform Crackle before being purchased by Netflix. Season seven’s most famous guest was former President Barack Obama.
Seinfeld said in a farewell video for the Obamas before the President left office, “That knocking on the window of the Oval Office. I believe that was the pinnacle of my entire existence.”
Personal Life:
Seinfeld met Jessica Sklar, a public relations manager for Tommy Hilfiger, in August 1998 at a Reebok Sports Club. She and her then-husband, theatre producer and scion of a theater-owning family, Eric Nederlander, had just returned from a three-week honeymoon in Italy.
Two months later she got divorced and continued dating Seinfeld. Jessica Sklar became Jerry Seinfeld’s wife on December 25, 1999. She has been Jerry Seinfeld’s first wife and also current wife until now. Shepherd Kellen, 16, Julian Kal, 19, are the couple’s sons and Sascha Seinfeld (21) is Jerry Seinfeld’s daughter.

When Will Covid- 19 End in The World
Fresh Covid wave fears persist throughout the world, including in India, as Covid infections are once again growing in a number of nations, particularly in China, which recorded over 250 million cases in only 20 days in December. Here, most of us have got this question in our mind
Will Covid-19 end in 2023-24 or will it get worse?
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 18.3% of Covid-19 cases in the US are caused by the Omicron subvariant XBB, whereas the BF.7 variant of the Omicron virus is a matter for worry in China and India (CDC). This is an increase of 11.2% as incidences of the XBB variant rise in Singapore.
In the US, new instances of the Omicron subvariants BQ.1 and BQ.1.1 accounted for almost 70% of all cases.
According to research from Johns Hopkins University, there have been over 100 million verified instances of Covid in the US since the pandemic began almost three years ago, and more than 1 million people have died as a result.
With 206,943 new cases reported, Japan is currently experiencing the eighth wave of the epidemic. Saturday saw a three-month peak in new coronavirus-related mortality while South Korea’s new Covid cases stayed below 70,000 for the second straight day.
Health
The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) expressed hope that Covid-19 will no longer be a global health emergency by the end of the next year.
According to WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the WHO Covid-19 Emergency Committee will consider the requirements for announcing the end of the Covid-19 emergency next month.
He added that while the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the cause of the Covid-19 pandemic, will not go away, “we’re confident that at some point next year, we will be able to claim that Covid-19 is no longer a global health emergency.”
Indian Context
According to Kirti Sabnis, an infectious disease specialist at Fortis Hospital in Kalyan, Mumbai, when a pandemic turns endemic, it indicates that the illness is widespread and present in enough people for outbreaks to be contained.
“Additionally, the illnesses may still have an impact on weak members of the community. An endemic may not have significant outbreaks, but this also indicates that it won’t be entirely eliminated “She spoke.
Because Covid-19 is a respiratory virus that mutates frequently, much like other Influenza viruses, experts in health stated it is more difficult to forecast whether it would become endemic in 2023.
“New strains of the virus could emerge if numerous mutations alter the protein structure of the virus or affect its capacity to bind to cells. Covid can become endemic, though, if the virus’s current defences are strong enough to stop serious illness or slow transmission, according to Sabnis.
However, it is unlikely that we will be able to entirely eradicate Covid-19. It is unclear when or if it will become endemic.
According to experts, there could occasionally be outbreaks, especially during flu season or if new mutations appear, as is currently the case in China.
“Its potential to become endemic will also be influenced by the virus’s propagation in India, the level of immunity obtained via prior immunisation, and community transmission. In the following two to three months, it does not appear likely that there will be any substantial new outbreaks or that the virus will spread widely “said Sabnis.
The battle against Covid-19 is still going on in India, according to the most recent statistics released by the Union Health Ministry, which show the development of almost 6,200 new cases in just 24 hours. Is India’s experience with COVID-19 finally coming to an end?
Dr. Namita Jaggi warns that Covid-19 is almost over, but vigilance should still be exercised. Normal pandemic duration is between two and two and a half years. Coronavirus has been around for two years now. Undoubtedly, the end is close at hand, but before we get there, we must maintain the level of caution we’ve shown throughout the journey and continue taking precautions. This is especially important
when travelling through hospitals and large crowds; we must continue wearing masks, observe social and physical distance, and keep our hands clean. Vaccination is becoming more widespread now, but because the varieties are also increasing, it is vital to continue taking precautions. It is a very healthy habit to wear masks, especially in airports and enclosed areas like aeroplanes where people congregate for extended periods of time. Masks also prevent other respiratory ailments like influenza. Even though the infection will be minimal, people with comorbid conditions may experience complications if they contract it. Therefore, as prevention is preferable to treatment, work to avoid becoming ill.
Where did the Covid-19 Come from?
Although the coronavirus’s origins remain a mystery, two recent investigations have identified the Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan, China, as the most likely site of human COVID-19 transmission.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology, a biotech facility situated in the city where the virus was initially discovered, has been implicated in one or more other scenarios, including a lab leak.
In 2021, China did permit a few scientists from the World Health Organization to travel to Wuhan, but they were not given full access to all of the material that might have been crucial.
To stop further outbreaks, it’s critical to pinpoint the source of COVID-19.
Infectious diseases expert Professor Robert Booy claimed that although officials had “learned an incredible amount” about containing a pandemic, there were obviously areas that needed more attention.
What does WHO Say?
The World Health Organization (WHO) is optimistic about the situation after naming Covid-19 an international emergency and pandemic with the feared coronavirus more than two years ago. We are not there yet, said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in a recent, widely circulated statement. But the end is near,” he added, mentioning how “Run harder now to ensure we cross the finish line and get paid for all our hard work.”
The World Health Organization (WHO) identified COVID-19 as a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC) during the International Health Regulations (2005) Emergency Committee’s 12th meeting on July 12. Four explanations were given:
1.A recent spike in cases (BA.4/BA.5 was raging over the world at the time of the summit)
2.SARS-CoV-2 virus is still evolving significantly.
3.When compared to local transmission levels or health system capacities, the use of public health and health planning strategies to reduce disease burden and transmission is out of proportion.
4.Inadequacies in community involvement and risk communication that affect the need to establish or modify public health and social measures
When will the pandemic end?
We still don’t know what stage of the pandemic we are in, partially because, while illness outbreaks and their causes are thoroughly researched, the same cannot be said for how, if at all, they end.
Even during the omicron surges, nations like the United States and the United Kingdom have essentially reverted to regular
living, with no mask mandates, limitations lifted, and no longer offering free COVID-19 testing.
This is not the first pandemic of the century; the most recent was the H1N1 outbreak, which started in the spring of 2009 and was proclaimed to be over by the end of August 2010.
A pandemic’s end date is determined by factors other than the disease’s epidemiology, according to studies.
“The era following the pandemic is now beginning. According to Margaret Chan, the director of the WHO at the time, “the new H1N1 virus has mostly run its course.
However, the illness was still present, and new instances were continually popping up. The international health organisation highlighted that the seasonal spread and circulation of the H1N1 virus will continue.
Professor Robert Booy, an expert in infectious illnesses, thinks that the fact that the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic and the 1890 Russian flu both lasted for several years gives reason for optimism regarding the 2019 pandemic that originated in Wuhan, China.
The average pandemic lasts three years, and we’ve had three, Booy said to 9news.com.au, speculating on how the virus would affect us in 2023.
There are indications that the COVID-19 epidemic, which has killed 6.6 million people worldwide, is finally coming to an end.
Future Course of Action
This is especially important when travelling through hospitals and large crowds; we must continue wearing masks, observe social and physical distance, and keep our hands clean.
According to Dr. Behram Pardiwala, Director of Internal Medicines at Wockhardt Hospital in Mumbai Central, “there is herd immunity for Covid-19 to some extent.” “The Covid-19 epidemic has now expanded throughout the community and
has partially achieved herd immunity as a result of becoming endemic. My own belief is that we will need to receive a Covid-19 immunisation annually, similar to how we receive an annual influenza injection. To stop Covid-19 from spreading, we will still need to take the necessary precautions, especially in busy regions and sites. One must also be on the lookout for mutations and the emergence of new strains, which is why the vaccination will also need to change. In order to do this, it is also essential that members of the general public are aware of the risks and implications of their actions.
Dr. Dipu TS claims that COVID-19 is no longer a disease that spreads quickly. According to prior pandemics, the current pandemic will start to pose a serious threat in two to three years. Due to the opening of new schools, restaurants, and public spaces, we can observe in our daily lives that we have practically returned to the pre-pandemic era. Presently, namesake restrictions apply to the vast majority of nations. It’s no longer a disease that spreads quickly across countries, despite the fact that new Covid-19 case figures continue to give us the impression that it’s far from over.
The Omicron version, which is the most contagious variant, is thought to have already spread over the world, and the circulating variants are now less likely to develop a variant that is even more contagious. The hybrid immunity that the majority of people possess as a result of prior infection and vaccination contributes to the beginning of the end. Therefore, it is true what the World Health Organization said: “The end is in sight.”
According to Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar, there have been very few heart problems caused by Covid. “As a cardiologist, I see relatively few cases of Covid-19 in my OPD and extremely few heart problems caused by Covid. Nearly no patients have experienced heart attacks or complications from heart disease as a result of Covid in the past six months, according to my observations. So, the pandemic is indeed at its end, as stated by WHO. To protect ourselves from new viruses, we should all continue to stick to some safety precautions.
“The human race has shown that it can overcome what has recently posed the greatest threat to its existence. We must yet exercise caution. For a better future, we must learn from our mistakes and build on the good. The importance of vaccination in helping us get to this day cannot be overstated. Without a doubt, Covid-19 is coming to an end, but it’s crucial to keep up with the regulations in the meanwhile. declaring Dr. Naman Bansal.

Explained: How
Chat-GPT Works & Why It’s Bigger Than
You Think
The internet is ablaze with chatter about ChatGPT, a brand-new chatbot with artificial intelligence.
This is the most recent illustration of an AI-based tool enhancing how we conduct business. There are plenty others, but generative visual AIs like DALLE•2 and natural language processing bots are developing very quickly. ChatGPT, a variant of the GPT (Generative Pre-training Transformer) language model, was developed specifically to generate text that sounds like human speech in a conversational situation. It is intended to produce natural language responses in response to user input, making it potentially helpful in a range of business applications where having a conversational tone like to that of a human with clients or customers is desired.
Businesses need to re-evaluate how they operate, the goods and services they provide, and how AIs like ChatGPT could improve processes and provide better customer experiences in light of this new technology.
WHAT IS CHAT-GPT?
This technique, like many others like it, may be summed up as a "language machine" that indexes words, phrases, and sentences utilising statistics, reinforcement learning, and supervised learning. Although it lacks genuine "intelligence" (it doesn't know what a word "means," but it does know how it is used), it excels at responding to questions, summarising facts, and producing articles.
Chat-GPT and related engines are "trained" (programmed and reinforced) to replicate idioms used in writing, avoid specific conversational tenors, and learn from your enquiries. To put it another way, the more advanced models can modify their responses as you ask more questions and then save what they learn for later use. Despite the fact that this idea is not new—we have had chatbots for a decade, including Siri, Alexa, Olivia, and more—the degree of performance in GPT-3.5 (the most recent version) is astounding. When we asked it questions like "what are the best practises for recruiting" or "how do you design a corporate training programme," it answered our questions rather well. The answers were quite straightforward and rather wrong, but they will certainly get better with
practise. A tonne of other powers are also there. Additionally, it can produce news articles, information summaries, code (Satya Nadella forecasts that 80% of code will be written automatically), and more. For instance, it can respond to the historical query of who the US president was in 1956.
A GPT-3 variant is being used by some vendors to generate quizzes from courses automatically and act as a "virtual teaching assistant.
WHAT CAN CHAT GPT DO?
GPT-3 has 175 billion parameters, making it difficult to determine how it functions. The model is only applicable to language, as may be expected. Unlike its sibling Dall-E 2, it has a strong knowledge of both spoken and written language, as opposed to being able to produce video, sound, or graphics.
• This provides it a rather broad range of skills, from creating poems about sentient life and cliché rom-coms in parallel universes to simply describing quantum theories or producing lengthy research papers and articles.
• Though it can be amusing to use OpenAI's years of research to make an AI write terrible stand-up comedy script or

Let's discuss some of the most significant commercial repercussions of ChatGPT and other AI-powered chatbots.
answer questions about your favourite celebrities, the technology's actual strength is in the speedy processing of complex data.
• An article on quantum physics can be created effectively using ChatGPT instead of spending hours reading, understanding, and writing about it.
• It has its limitations, and the software can easily get confused if your instruction starts to get too complicated or even if you just pick a path that narrows a little too much.
• A topic that is too recent cannot be handled by it either. The model may occasionally give inaccurate or muddled information; thus, it will be difficult to respond to recent global events.
• The internet's penchant for using AI to create dark, dangerous, or prejudiced content is something that OpenAI is also well aware of. ChatGPT will prevent you from asking the more improper inquiries or for assistance with risky requests, similar to how its Dall-E image generator did earlier.
WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF CHAT GPT IN BUSINESSES?
GPT has a huge variety of applications, including:
Creating Content
GPT models can be fed anything, from 18th-century poetry to SQL data, and they will begin to create cohesive and human-like text results.
• Summarising a Text
GPT-4 may be used to reinterpret any kind of material and provide an intuitive summary of it since it can produce fluent, humanlike writing. Long data volumes can be condensed in this way for more efficient insight collection and analysis.
• Responding to inquiries
The ability of GPT software to comprehend speech, including queries, is one of its key capabilities. In addition, depending on the user's needs, it can offer exact solutions or thorough justifications. This implies that GPT-4 powered solutions can significantly enhance the customer service and technical support sectors.
• Automated translation
Software driven by GPT can translate languages instantly and accurately. It is possible to increase the precision and fluidity of AI by training it on big databases of already translated content. In actuality, GPT is capable of more than just language translation. Even legal discourse can be translated into straightforward natural English using GPT AI models.
• AI-driven security
GPT AI can recognise any language because of its lightning-fast text recognition capabilities. This makes it possible to recognise and
www.businessconnectindia.in | Vol. 5 | Special Edition February 2023 INDIA
flag particular forms of communication. As a result, harmful Internet content may be found and handled more effectively.
• AI for conversation:
GPT software can be used to create chatbot technology that is very intelligent. This enables the development of machinelearning virtual assistants that can assist professionals in carrying out their duties across industries. For instance, in the healthcare sector, conversational AI can be used to assess patient data and recommend diagnosis and treatment choices.
• App development:
Without much human input, GPT's artificial intelligence can design apps and layout tools. By describing what one wishes to accomplish, the solution can be used to construct plugins and other kinds of applications.
WHAT PROBLEMS DOES CHAT GPT HAVE?
• ChatGPT Is Not Always Correct
It struggles with basic algebra, seems unable to comprehend straightforward logic, and will even present facts that are wholly untrue in its defence. Social media users can confirm that ChatGPT occasionally gets things incorrect.
This shortcoming is acknowledged by OpenAI, which states that "ChatGPT occasionally writes plausible-sounding but inaccurate or nonsensical answers." When it comes to anything like medical advice, this "hallucination," as some scientists refer to it, is very risky.
Chat GPT doesn't search the internet for solutions as Siri or Alexa do, making it different from other AI assistants. Instead, it builds a sentence word by word, choosing the most likely "token" to appear after each one based on its prior experience.
In other words, ChatGPT formulates an answer by a sequence of educated guesses, which explains in part how it can defend incorrect responses as if they were entirely accurate.
It's an effective learning tool that does a wonderful job of presenting difficult subjects, but you shouldn't take everything it says at face value. Currently, ChatGPT isn't always accurate.
• The system is biased by design
The collective writing of people from the past and present served as the basis for ChatGPT's training. This indicates that the biases present in the data may also be present in the model. Users have actually demonstrated how ChatGPT can create some dreadful results, including ones that discriminate against women. But that's only the beginning; it can also lead to conclusions that are seriously detrimental to a number of minority groups.
Not just the data are to blame, either. The data used to train ChatGPT is chosen by OpenAI researchers and developers. Users are being urged to provide comments on poor results by OpenAI in order to assist combat what it refers to as "biassed behaviour."
You may argue that ChatGPT shouldn't have been made available to the general public until these issues were investigated and fixed since they could hurt individuals.
• It Might Be Harmful in The Real World
We have spoken about how ChatGPT's inaccurate information might actually injure people; the most glaring example of this is improper medical advice.
There are further issues as well. The prevalence of fake social media accounts is a major issue online, and the development of AI chatbots will make online scams simpler to execute. Another issue is the dissemination of false information, especially considering how convincingly right ChatGPT may make even incorrect answers appear to be.
A website where users can pose questions and receive answers, Stack Exchange, has already run into issues due to the speed at which ChatGPT can generate replies that aren't necessarily accurate.
As a result of a significant number of incorrect replies, ChatGPT's answers were quickly removed off the site. The website would suffer if there weren't enough human volunteers to process the backlog and maintain a high standard of quality answers.
• A High School English Challenge
You can ask ChatGPT to edit your writing or provide feedback on how to make a paragraph stronger. As an alternative, you can completely cut yourself out of the picture by asking ChatGPT to write something for you.
When English assignments were fed to ChatGPT, teachers tried it out and found that the results were often superior to what many of their students could produce. ChatGPT can do anything, from crafting cover letters to summarising key elements in a well-known work of literature.
That begs the question, would students still need to learn how to write in the future if ChatGPT can write for us? Although it may seem like an existential question, schools will need to come up with an answer quickly once students begin utilising ChatGPT to assist them in writing their essays. Education is only one of the sectors that will be shocked by the increasing adoption of AI in recent years.

The word Yoga –The Sanskrit word Yoga means - To join, to unite
In parallel to yoga, the word Gym refers to the place where you can do exercise with the help of machines and other equipment. The workout is majorly related to cardio in which physical activities are done to bring the body in shape, maintain the physical appearance and as a result upgrades the physique. It also emphasises on increasing the strength of the body. If we combine both these yoga and exercise and do it simultaneously then, it will result in extra benefits.
Fitness
Full form of GYM -Gymnasium
First GYM recorded-3000 years back in ancient Persia
Below is given some benefits of combining yoga and Gym workout
In athletic performance yoga benefits by increasing core strength, improving balance, developing deep and relaxed breathing, increasing flexibility and range of motion and also recovery. Some of us can do handstands easily but can’t hold our breath for a couple of minutes so the combination of yoga practice and Gym helps you to come out of this and become a master in all strength exercises and yoga poses. Yoga indeed makes your body fit in all aspects of fitness like flexibility, strength, balance and endurance and to complete all these goals in a fitness regime, proper time management Plan with guidance is necessary. The schedule you make also helps to keep you on track to do your workout.
Let us see the various ways through which we can combine yoga and Gym and perform them simultaneously and these are the key techniques to remaining fit all the time.
Plan 1
Firstly, modify your weekly routine as per your workload by estimating which day you will have time, and which day is
Saturday -Stay active for the full day and go for a 1-hour walk and you can do activities that you love the most.
Sunday- Go for a walk for 30 minutes and then do some easy yoga poses and pranayama. You can also list it as a rest day. Note the important points when planning your yoga and Gym combination schedule
your off day so you can get a better idea to make the best schedule for your daily day to get more out of your day and make it more productive.
Nowadays, there are many online workout or yoga sessions available that ensure anyone can get the total benefit by only clicking on the video and just doing them as per the instruction.
Monday- 20 minutes weight training- lower body, 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes yoga asana and pranayama.
Tuesday - 20 minutes of weight training – upper body, 20 minutes full cardio and the last 20 minutes are for yoga practice.
Wednesday – 1-hour continuous yoga practice with full concentration and make sure posture needs to be clean and sharp so that proper results will be obtained.
Thursday – 20 minutes is for lower body weight training, 20 minutes of full body cardio and the remaining 20 minutes for yoga practice.
Friday – 20 minutes is for upper bodyweight training, 20 minutes is for steady state cardio and 20 minutes for yogic practice.
Always do your gym workout before doing yoga as it helps to warm up the body so the body becomes more flexible to do stretching of muscles and poses in yoga.
Before scheduling your whole day the thing that you have to keep it in your mind is that your body is not a machine so with work and workouts we need a proper hour of rest too which gives the body the time to repair for the next day. As one day off from a workout is necessary but make sure that you eat well and get a good night sleep so that your body gets a proper recovery time all the bodybuilding materials will be well utilised in the tissue of the body.
So for that reason try to make a balance between work and rest and space a couple of days between weight training sessions so that over workout would not result in injuries and do exercise of alternate body parts on an alternate day like upper body part exercise on one day and lower body part on another day.

The term “5G” is quickly becoming one of the hottest buzzwords in the world and it is no surprise. With 5G, it can be possible to make a phone call from across the country or even overseas using a line of sight to connect with another mobile device. The future looks bright and exciting for people looking forward to being part of these new technologies coming our way. This blog post will cover possible benefits of 5G networks, such as increased speed, cost-saving opportunities, and even more job opportunities for individuals globally. What makes 5G networks unique? They are following serval reasons that makes 5G networks unique:
• Speed
In a 5G network, Internet speeds can exceed 1GBps. That is about 100 times faster than the 4G LTE network. With this speed, you’ll be able to download a 1GB movie within seconds and upload it in the same amount of time.
• Latency
Latency is the time it takes for your data to be sent from your device to the nearest base station and then be received. Of all the network traffic, only a certain percentage gets through and will reach its destination. In a 5G network, latency will become extremely low as the number of nodes on an access network grows dramatically.
• Capacity
Of the 4G LTE networks, only 60% of the 4G LTE’s capacity is being used. The rest is basically “idle.” In a 5G network, more devices will start to connect simultaneously, and more devices will be used at any given time. Thus, you will be able to use your devices much more efficiently.
• Resilience
With a massive number of connected devices, data must be stored on servers to be accessible anywhere and anytime. The latency issue you might have been thinking about has become a non-issue because, with 5G networks, latency will automatically get fixed between connection attempts.
5G NETWORKS AND MORE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
5G networks are not just a tiny bump on the road to 10G but rather an opportunity to revolutionize the world by creating new business opportunities. With 5G and these new technologies, it is predicted that there will be a significant increase in value for companies globally.
HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY
The healthcare industry is one of the most promising industries for 5G because many new devices will be able to connect to 5G mobile networks. This means that doctors can support their patients outside of a medical facility through remote access. Individuals can even communicate with doctors if they aren’t feeling well and schedule an appointment.
Robotic surgeons can perform remote surgeries using control machinery from anywhere in the world, thanks to the low latency of 5G networks. According to recent studies, the UK’s digital health market is expected to grow at a 29.6% compound annual growth rate (CAGR), with 5G playing a pivotal role.
MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Manufacturing is one of the countries with significant growth in Africa today, and manufacturing is predicted to grow even more. Manufacturing is one industry where linear technology has not been used to its fullest potential.
Linear systems are much cheaper to build but are also less efficient, slow, and prone to issues such as low latency. 5G solves this problem by combining multiple, smaller nodes to provide a faster connection.
Using 5G networks in manufacturing will be a gamechanger for the industry for more efficient worker productivity, lower costs per actuation, shorter tooling lead times, and higher quality products.

The automotive industry is one of the fastest-growing new industries that you can find today. The primary reason is its massive potential for the future.
With 5G, we can expect even bigger things to happen in this industry, making it even more appealing for potential investors and companies. Many cars today require both conventional and Internet connectivity, but 5G will be able to complement both types of connectivity, such as LAN, WAN, and WiFi.
Using 5G networks in this industry will allow engineers to lower costs and lead time by creating an environment where they could benefit from improved power management, time synchronization, line-of-sight communication, and low latency data transfer.
RETAIL INDUSTRY
The retail industry will benefit from 5G in many ways, and it is predicted that it will start to take off once 5G networks are introduced. Customers can shop from home and purchase products directly from their mobile devices.
Retailers will also benefit from 5G because of the massive penetration of smart devices around the world and an increase in shopping apps that will be launched in the future. The retail sector is expected to have a compound CAGR of 4.9% over a 2014-19 period, thanks to 5G.
ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
From sound on stage to HD productions, the entertainment industry is experiencing rapid growth, attributed to video streaming, virtual reality, and other related industries.
The entertainment industry can only improve with 5G as the networks are expected to give even more reliability and stability (which will translate into a smoother experience) while allowing for more remote connections, faster responses, and much higher throughputs.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, we can say that the 5G network is the building block for the future of the technology world. As more and more people adopt these new technologies, it will make it easier for them to achieve their goals. The 5G network will provide unique opportunities to the healthcare industry by allowing doctors to reach out and communicate with their client base. The manufacturing industry will also benefit from using this technology. All of these benefits from using 5G networks also create new markets for potential investors, with a hopefully lower risk profile.

Changing Dynamics of Power Distribution in India
India’s power and distribution transformer market is expected to grow at a CAGR of more than 4.56% between 2022 and 2027. The transformer market had been significantly damaged by the COVID-19 outbreak. The financial stability of electricity distribution firms has been impacted by the strict measures implemented during the pandemic. Small and mediumsized manufacturers, who are having trouble managing their operational and financial bases, make up most of this industry. Several operations were stopped as a result.
The Indian distribution transformer market, however, is anticipated to be driven by elements including rising industrial energy demands, growth in the renewable energy sector, and the construction of transmission and distribution networks. Initiatives like the Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS), Saubhagya, AG schemes, RDSS, etc., contributed to raising the operational effectiveness of the discom in the country and improving the electrification rate in both the urban and rural sectors. Hence, it can be said that India’s T&D industry will experience rapid expansion due to the rise in demand for reliable, reasonably priced power that is available around the clock and the development of India’s transmission network.
Power distribution sector issues and solutions Rural areas are the main locations where transformer failure occurs, mostly because of poor installation and maintenance, severe overload, by-passing of safety systems, theft of oil and live parts, and inadequate earthing, among other things. The problem can only be solved at the utility level, where they should enhance the upkeep practises and look into the cause.
Technology Landmarks that Give Uttam Bharat an Edge
Transformers are the static machine that plays a significant role in the country’s power infrastructure. The future growth potential for the power and distribution sector is positive. Digitalisation will make it easier and more effective to access real-time information systems and remote management. Additionally, digitisation will increase industry openness and reduce theft. Managers can discover ill transformers thanks to real-time monitoring, which also aids in crisis control and prevention. The government’s increased emphasis on digitalising the lines would foster the improvement of the
infrastructure, which is urgently required for this sector. With the advent of new technology, the progression of new energy efficiency levels and strict quality checks, they are expecting a good turnaround for the company and the industry as a whole.
Corporate Ethos
At Uttam, they believe ‘Quality is never by accident; it is always the result of high intention and sincere efforts.’ They have always focused on quality, customer centricity, product reliability, and sales support: One of the main reasons for their success has been a focus on acceptance of new technology and adaptability to changing environments.
“We give emphasis greatly to the value system and culture. We put our customers and our employees at the forefront. One of the core competencies of our company is customer-centricity and continuous improvement. We deliver customer delight and trust through innovative, hassle-free and high-quality experiences so that our customers may focus on their business,” shared Mr Tanmay Agrawal.
The Plan and the Roadmap for the Days Ahead
The company aims to strengthen its position in the international market and establish itself as a major player by taking into account China plus 1 and Europe plus 1. They primarily target the United States, Canada, Africa, and a few regions of Europe. In India, along with retail projects, they are strongly trying to target large corporates in varied sectors, including data centres, telecom, food processing, and various other manufacturing sectors. Positioning itself among major conglomerates has been made possible by their superior products and after-sales support. The overall supply base of more than 22,000 commercial households attests to the Uttam Bharat steadfast position on the domestic and international markets.
Environment Welfare Initiatives by Uttam Bharat
As part of their commitment to giving back to the environment, the management team at Uttam Bharat decided to plant 1 tree for every transformer supplied in 2022 (#Your Purchase Plants, #One forOne). To kickstart this initiative, they have already planted more than 1000 trees at Central Park in Jaipur. They will be issuing a certificate to every customer as gratitude for supporting the initiative.
