Must See Attractions in Fargo
If we had to recommend Fargo attractions and top things to do while you’re in our neck of the woods, these would be it. You’ll see a few historical sites like bonanzaville, a little art in and out of museums, an interesting picture with the famous Fargo Woodchipper movie prop, and a whole lotta North of Normal fun.
1. BONANZAVILLE: This pioneer village and museum in West Fargo, ND, makes you feel like you've stepped into the 1800s and 1900s.
2. BREWHALLA: Brewhalla’s market is one-of-a-kind, with ice cream, seafood, plants, pizza, and much, much more.
3. BROADWAY SQUARE: Downtown Fargo's community greeting space, Broadway Square is home to an ice rink and warming house in the winter and a bandshell and gathering space in the summer.
4. COMSTOCK HOUSE: This historic, Victorian-style home – built by Solomon G. Comstock in 1882 – transports you to the very early days of Fargo-Moorhead.

7. HJEMKOMST CENTER: Located in Fargo’s sister city, Moorhead, this local culture and heritage center is a must-see Minnesota museum with a full-scale Viking Ship and Norwegian church.
8. LIGHTS ON SHEYENNE: West Fargo's gathering place with a plaza that hosts concerts, events, and other entertainment throughout the summer, as well as an ice skating rink, warming house, and more in the winter.
9. ORIGINAL MOORHEAD DAIRY QUEEN: The Moorhead Dairy Queen is one of the oldest original stores in the entire franchise; plus, the famous Dilly Bar was created at this very location.

11. RED RIVER ZOO: Fargo’s zoo features both native and exotic animals found in similar climate conditions as the Red River Valley. They specialize in the care and breeding of some of the rarest cold climate species on earth.
12. ROGER MARIS MUSEUM: Located inside the mall this free museum walks you through the life and baseball career of Roger Maris, a Fargo native.
13. ROURKE ART GALLERY & MUSEUM: Found inside a renovated post office building in 1915, this free art museum’s permanent collection has over 5,000 local, regional, and national works displayed.
14. SUITE SHOTS & KINGPINZ: Experience HyperBowling, laser tag, escape rooms, a full arcade, and an on-site restaurant at Kingpinz before experiencing Suite Shot’s facility of 60 climate-controlled suites and 5 indoor simulation rooms for golfing entertainment.
