New and improved bale packer unveiled

The business holds an extensive range of stock, to ensure availability for the season ahead.

It also employs a fully dedicated service engineer who has been supporting the McHale products since day one with a focus on backup and service support.

Constantly innovating, McHale now produces a wide range of products with a particular focus on grassland machinery, which Nicholsons is pleased to supply.

Over 90% of McHale machines produced are destined for the export market through a dealer and importer network which has expanded to 55 countries around the world, illustrating that McHale is well received by the industry.

Nicholsons says it enjoys a strong relationship with McHale, as the two companies share the same family values, both priding themselves on strong customer support and focus.

If you would like to know more about the McHale machinery range, please contact Nicholsons directly or visit the company’s McHale stand at the Su olk Show on 31st May–1st June. FG

Arcusin has a policy of continual development to improve its range of specialised bale handling machinery, for both big bale chasers and for the conventional bale packing machines. This year the company has seen the new model Arcusin Multipack E14 for the rst time. It boasts several improvements, enough to warrant the model number change to E14.

This new E14 model has ve knotters which makes it possible to put four pack strings onto a much shorter bale of just 80cm long. Customers can still choose the bale length that they want to produce from approximately 75cm to 120cm when using four or ve pack twines.

This E14 model has a new touch screen control box which can collect more data about the machine’s usage and performance. Data collected is downloadable using a USB stick to include bale yield data from speci c eld locations on a farm, which the operator can input.

The new control box incorporates a maintenance plan that can be updated by the operator as maintenance tasks are completed. Also, production of the packs is made as compact as possible by the addition of an adjustable top compression door that matches the rear lower compression door to the main packing chamber. This allows for accurate adjustment of the top and the lower rear doors to suit the baler that is being used, which maximises the compression on the pack. FG
