INGREDIENTS: • 4 eggs or egg substitute • 1¾ cups sugar

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla well. Add half & half. Pour mixture into can of ice cream freezer. Fill can to within one inch of the top. Follow directions on the ice cream maker to freeze. Be sure to DIRECTIONS: sprinkle rock salt on the ice to help keep it as cold as possible.
