Farnham Maltings autumn 2024 season brochure

Page 1

September – December 2024

welcome

This season we’re celebrating all the Maltings has to offer with our curated programme of events. Our second yarn festival of the year, unravel… autumn returns in September, before October Craft Month takes over Farnham and we get ready to welcome artists and makers from across the UK at festival of crafts. We’re delighted to be bringing you a three-day film festival, KinoSonic, which delves into music and sound in cinema, and thanks to your generous donations earlier this year, we are thrilled to see the return of the family festival, following its huge success in 2023.

As the weather turns colder, relax in the cosy Riverside Café, where you can enjoy delicious food, warming drinks and a friendly welcome. Embrace the festive season by visiting the ever-popular christmas fair, experiencing A Traditional Christmas at the Museum of Farnham and watching our much-anticipated family show, Christmas in Exeter Street, based on the classic children’s book. I can hear the jingle bells already!

We’ll also continue to bring you some of the best in comedy, film, music, and theatre. For theatre buffs I can heartily recommend Paradise Lost (lies unopened beside me) by Lost Dog, and music lovers make sure you catch the wonderful Irish singer Cara Dillon in November.

We hope to see you here this autumn.
