unravel... a festival of yarn show guide & programme Fri 21, Sat 22 & Sun 23 May 2021 A celebration of all things yarn making, from knitting and crochet to spinning and weaving.

welcome! unravel... a festival of yarn might be happening a little later this year but we are thrilled to welcome you back to Farnham and to this year’s festival. We hope that like us, through the pandemic, you’ve been finding comfort in yarn and all things yarn making: knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving and more. This year unravel has gone digital. For the first time we’re hosting a hybrid event that combines both in-person and online activities. You’ll find a sociallydistanced version of our excellent curated marketplace as well as workshops taking place in the building, plus more exhibitors to visit with on our virtual event platform along with talks, seated yoga, social events, and artist Q&As. Garthenor Organic have returned as the sponsor of our talks series and we are grateful for their continued support of the festival. This year we’re introducing a keynote speaker to start the festival: designer Mati Ventrillon from Fair Isle, Shetland. However you celebrate yarn, we hope you enjoy this year’s unravel festival as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together. Happy stitching! Allison, Jo & Caroline The Craft Team at Farnham Maltings
