Secret Love The first time I saw this picture of a Burmese women. I imagine a woman hiding a heavy secret which was loving a handsome man with the styles of a poet or an artist but the man was Scottish. His life was really different from a Burmese woman. For me it is the story of two different cultures that meet and together create a harmony of joy, passion, love and simplicity touched by their vision of life. By choosing Charles Rennie Mackintosh as the secret lover, was the opportunity to give birth to a shock of ideas, of creation with the influence of his art (Architecture, paintings, print and furniture). It is a question of bringing a modern vision to the silhouette of the Burmese women while keeping her simplicity but adding details of what a man of the Mackintosh generation could wear at the time. Why did I create a love story, simply because love represents for me the essential feeling of a life, which can help two opposing elements to identify something unique, their love? I wanted to give me the chance to create something that I never done before.
