Located in Manokwari, Bank of Indonesia planned to build a new office and housing for its employee. The location itself bring advantages to the design process. As, the view from the site is facing Cendrawasih gulf, providing exquisite vista to the masterplan. The office complex for Bank of Indonesia consist of office building, social sports arena, and 1 building of 4 stories flat for the employee In this project my role need to shifted into several function in the project. Starting from massing study, draw the building from the design architect using CAD & SketchUp for 3D Modeling. After the design phases complete, My role shifting to documentation coordinator for design team. In this phase, I need to check all drawing from design team before we handed the drawing to project team for Pre-Tender process. Recently my role is shifted again to coordinator for design & presentation as Bank of Indonesia changed their business process as per new normal basis. So the project must move backward to the re-design phase Project credits to ALL PTI ARCHITECTS DESIGN & PROJECTS TEAM

02 PERMATA BANK - PLUIT This project located in Pluit Kencana. The propose of this project is to renovate 8 building of the owner’s branch due to rebranding purpose of Permata Bank. Most of Permata Bank building design has already fixed & approved by the BOD of Permata Bank. In this project, my first role as an architect is to evaluate the building fire exit should comply with the goverment regulation. As per new system in Jakarta (BPTSP) the government are lot stricter about the regulation. Then, another role to fulfill is to propose to owner the material that are applicable for their facade design

04 PERMATA BANK - MEDAN This project located in Medan - Jln Zainul Arifin. The propose of this project is to renovate 8 building of the owner’s branch due to rebranding purpose of Permata Bank. Most of Permata Bank building design has already fixed & approved by the BOD of Permata Bank. In this project, my first role as an architect is to Renovate the whole facade of the building as the owner have not decided about the design of this location. So for the design process, I came up to combine the design preset from Permata Bank to enhance their corporate identity for the building branch.

05 DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON - LAOS, VIENTIENNE This project located in Laos - Vientienne. This project I worked as an Assistant Project Architect. The design of this building came from PTI Design Team Special Project. My contribution for this project to produce working drawing from Design Development Phase ~ Tender Phase. Specifically, my role in this project is to create whole drawing documentation from the design team which already approved by owner. Starting from General Plans, Elevation, Section, & BOH Interior Room Detail. In this project I learned about project coordination extensively between Architectural, Structural, MEP, Kitchen Consultant, & Accoustic Consultant (THIS PROJECT IS UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT)

06 PODOMORO CITY DELI MEDAN This project located in Medan owned by Agung Podomoro. This project I worked as an Assistant Project Architect. The design of this building came from DP Architects , Singapore My contribution for this project to produce working drawing from Design Development Phase ~ Construction Phase. Specifically, my role in this project is to create whole package of drawing documentation from the design team which already approved by owner. Moreover, the owner asked PTI to evaluate the number of toilet & sanitary to comply with design standard.

07 BERANDAMAS HOUSE - BEKASI, WEST JAVA This project located in Bekasi, Design by famous architect Andra Matin. This project I worked as an Individual Project. The phase of this project is start from Concept to Tender Phase This project is made using BIM Software (Autodesk Revit) to channel my previous knowledge of BIM during University. The concept of this interior design is to create an open space enhance by natural ventilation. This idea came up by seeing the narrowness of the building which leads to create wind tunnel inside the building. The material choice mostly using wood to create warmth atmosphere inside the house in respose to the modern & cold facade

08 AESTHETIC CLINIC -KELAPA GADING, JAKARTA A quick project creating a clinic for a start up dermatologist. The design brief is to make a dermatology clinic with one room for examination. The client are really eager to involve during design process, making the architect easier to develop ideas during meetings. This project is the first project the architect using BIM and it proceed to the construction phase. Allowing the architect to broaded the knowledge on BIM more focus on interior aspect.

11 TODDLERS TOWN, MENARA RAJAWALI, KUNINGAN This project is our first project together as a collaborative partnership. The client are eager to have and run their own daycare business as their background were a teacher. At first, the brief was very simple, they need a place to accomodate daily routine for toddlers whose mother are working as a business women. While their children are learning and developing on physically & mentally. Starting from that, the idea of observing children on daily basis from their wake up until they took a nap after lunch become the approach of the design. The architects have an idea to accomodate all physical developement all together in one place. On the other hand, as per client experience, to develop children brains and “soft skills” require special place for them to focus. As a result, the architects provide 2 class rooms to accomodate the requirement of “soft skills” development.
