BANK NEGARA INDONESIA PEJOMPONGAN 2019 PTI ARCHITECTS


Berdiri dilahan yang memanjang dan pipih, dan bersebelahan dengan kantor induknya, Menara BNI, diapit oleh 4 jalan. Bentuk massa bangunan ini direncanakan mengikuti bentuk tapak, dengan arsitektur fasad bangunan bernuansa Islami yang mengadopsi pola-pola ornamen geometris, dan diadaptasikan mengikuti kaidahkaidah arsitektur modern yang lebih sederhana dan praktis. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 3 gubahan massa, yakni Massa Bangunan Perkantoran dan Massa Mesjid yang dihubungkan dengan Massa Bangunan Serba Guna atau ‘Multi Function’. Massa Bangunan Perkantoran terdiri dari 2 lantai basement, 3 lantai podium, dan 9 lantai ruang kantor dan sarana penunjangnya. Massa Bangunan Mesjid terdiri dari 1 lantai penunjang, yang terdiri dari dari R.Wudhu, Toilet, serta fasilitas parkir motor. Massa Bangunan Multi Function terletak di Lantai 2, di atas jalur kendaraan.

TODDLERS TOWN GROUP MENARA RAJAWALI, KUNINGAN 2018 TANDA X DECIMA X SINERGY DECIMA

This project is our first project together as a collaborative partnership. The client are eager to have and run their own daycare business as their background were a teacher. At first, the brief was very simple, they need a place to accomodate daily routine for toddler whose mother are working as a business women. While their children are learning and developing on physically & mentally. Starting from that, the idea of observing children on daily basis from their wake up until they took a nap after lunch become the approach of the design. The architects have an idea to accomodate all physical developement all together in one place. On the other hand, as per client experience, to develop children brains and “soft skills” require special place for them to focus. As a result, the architects provide 2 class rooms to accomodate the requirement of “soft skills” development.

A quick project creating a clinic for a start up dermatologist. The design brief is to make a dermatology clinic with one room for examination. The client are really eager to involve during design process, making the architect easier to develop ideas during meetings. The architect try to measure and understand the context of the site and try to build up the area so the client for interpretation. Then, study on how the context could give passive energy to the building or the cluster houses as a community so the housing complex could achive sustainabilty in the area. The client is very open mided about sustainability design, allowing the architect to reserach broad extent of technology that can imply on the site. The researched narrowly go to the strategy that would applicable in this context are passive energy from solar and rain water harvesting.
