from the editor The fashion industry moves. forward so quickly. It seems we are always looking a year ahead of the current season. There is barely any time to truly enjoy the current trends as the new ones have begun trickling down to retails stores everywhere. This is the main reason why we choose to release our issues during the present season. Take fall/winter 2012-2013 for example. It’s a time when most of us are bombarded with enticing images of spring/summer looks that help our minds deal with the toughest winter months. I also enjoy looking at these campaigns and fantasize about the warm weather and the great fashions that go along with it; however, once I step outside, I’m quickly reminded that winter is very much still here.
FAVE Geneviève Peeke, Fashion Blogger Keeping us up-todate on all things fashion and beauty, Gen is one of the most energetic and passionate people you will meet. Ashley Sleeth, Contributor Wearing many hats for fave, she brings a an essential and different point of view to her product and fashion reviews.
So how does one enjoy the current season and embrace the one that’s just around the corner? There are two ways: The first (and this issue will remind you of this) is to take a look at the current wardrobe you acquired months ago to prepare for winter. Think about all the great items you didn’t get your hands on due to budget restrictions, or simply because you didn’t see them first time around. Retailers are having blowout sales to make room for the spring/summer collections, making ‘now’ the perfect opportunity to purchase winter wear. You could be sporting a new coat, hat or scarf and look great for the remainder of the season. If you want to take advantage of these sales to expand your wardrobe for next winter, stick to the classics. Not only will you be ahead for next year, but for years to come. This is a great time to invest on normally high-priced items that are drastically reduced to half or more! The second tip is to start browsing some of the existing spring trends. Find some that you can intermix with your winter wear to create a new transitional “in between season” look. Pops of colour are great. Brighten up those grey, dull winter days by wearing a colourful shirt or blouse underneath your sweater. Flirty-colour leggings, socks, even coloured denim paired up with your rich, winter tones will get you noticed. Let’s not forget, we always have a surprise winter storm in March, and it’s not uncommon to have one during the first week of April. It is wise to keep your current wardrobe and not be tempted to put it away at the first sign of a warmer climate. Let’s have fun and enjoy the rest of winter season!

Every winter, we ask the same question: How do we stay protected from the cold, blistering Canadian winds while remaining fashionable? The winter season creates an obligation to invest in a staple coat that will last a long while. Even though trends are evolving and designers are innovatively updating styles, there are three key coat styles that will always be fashionable.
by Sienna Vittoria
THE PEA COAT It is my belief that there is a little girl who likes to feel pretty and charming in all of us. Looking at classic icon Audrey Hepburn, form-fitting and waist-flattering coats come to mind. They are easily worn over a LBD during the day or night. This style still graces today’s runways and most-likely always will. Classic Style: Ready-to-wear guru Michael Kors designed a beautiful Chesterfield melton wool coat (available at Bergdorf Goodman for $3,295) for those of you with bottomless, Mary Poppins-esque wallets. Made with crimson virgin wool and embellished with a Canadian fox fur collar, this coat is statement-making and classically elegant. Modern Style: Designers such as Phoebe Philo of Celine have taken a bold turn from the cinched-waist silhouette of Dior’s New Look of the 1940s. Oversized, ankle-length, box-like and androgynous, this wool coat is striking and powerful. The graphic colour blocking and broad shoulders make this coat a must-have. Accessorize: Stick with a classic tied scarf and large rimmed glasses for a timeless, sophisticated look.

THE FUR COAT Unfailingly glamorous, luxurious and sensibly warm, the fur jacket will always be a purchase worth making. Fur has been a wardrobe necessity since our ancestral hominids first migrated from Africa, and has evolved to be a keystone textile in fashion. My personal (albeit fictional) inspiration, Anna Karenina, embodies this graceful look to perfection. While the chilly breeze in Ottawa doesn’t quite live up to the ferocious winds of Russia, this coat will make any woman look chic. Classic Style: This affordable faux-fur coat made by Australian brand Mink Pink can be purchased at Urban Outfitters for $190. The two-tone grey, with soft, silky lining can spruce up any outfit. Modern Style: Italian luxury brand Bluemarine produced an array of fluorescent, Mongolian lamb coats that shocked consumers. A stark contrast to the natural hues of the classic fur coat, they were dyed in highlighter yellow, electric blue, fuchsia, and goldfish orange. Accessorize: Pair this coat with elegant leather gloves and narrow, dainty boots to balance the silhouette.

Valentino MODERN STYLE
THE TRENCH COAT In 1901, a man named Thomas Burberry designed an army officer’s raincoat in gabardine fabric. The classic trench coat has not only protected the British Army from the elements, but has shielded women from the rain while making them look fashionable for a century. Public figures like Kate Middleton don trench coats by luxury brands such as Lanvin, Ralph Lauren, Theory, and Burberry London. Classic Style: Those of you looking for a wallet-friendly alternative to the classic Burberry trench coat, you can purchase Club Monaco’s “Marianna Trench” for only $329. It is sleekly constructed with Italian twill and is designed in the traditional double-breasted silhouette with buttoned closures. Modern Style: For a spunky rendition of the traditional trench, look to Valentino. This blush-pink trench is perfect for the rain as it is made with clear plastic material. A classic, asymmetrical, below-the-knee look with bold studded detailing. Accessorize: For adorable appeal, pair this jacket with a sweet patterned umbrella and some good ol’ “wellies”.

MUST HAVES By Geneviève Peeke
The snow is falling and the oversized sweatshirts and puffy coats have been taken out, but that doesn’t mean style has to go into hibernation. There are some really great ways to stay on trend and looking put together while keeping yourself warm. So have some fun with that winter wardrobe! Get out of your winter rut and tell the boring black outfits that you’ve had enough. No one has to compromise style for warmth. Keep in mind that strategic layering is key when it comes to the cold winter months. It may be cold out there, but at least you will look good trekking through all that snow with some of my must-haves of the season.
2. Bootie-licious Booties are still all the rage and they are perfect for keeping your feet warm while looking cute! They tie your outfit together and make it look like you put just a little more effort (‘cause let’s face it: it only took you about 2.5 seconds to get your feet into those old UGGs of yours!) into your outfit. I love booties with a chunky heel and tons of fun detail. You can find plenty of great options with spikes, sequins, buckles, and so much more!
3. Statement Hats Put away that dull and itchy winter hat! There are plenty of unique options to choose from this season, so don’t be afraid to branch out. Big and bold hats were seen all over past runways. Hats really don’t have to be boring! Have some fun and try out different shapes, colours and styles to see what works best for you and your personal style. 40 f ave

An afternoon with fragrance and fashion specialist Sid Cratzbarg by Jennifer Lecompte
Six years ago, Sid Cratzbarg followed his passion and realized his dreams. Today, you can find him working the crowd at a plethora of fashion events in our nation’s capital. He’s the owner of Accessories by Sid and a top fragrance stylist with Canada’s leading high-end fashion department store Holt Renfrew. His dynamic personality and unique sense of style (his vast collection of oversized watches and glasses have become his signature) make him immediately recognizable on the fashion circuit. He continues to do what he loves best by hosting his own fashion shows and making numerous guest spots on television and radio. When it comes to fragrance and accessories, Sid has much expertise and perspective to share. He believes that every scent has a story. Every person does as well. Sitting down with him over coffee one lovely afternoon, he makes an opening statement à la Joan Rivers. “Let’s talk.” And talk, we did. Although he admits that he was a poor student and preferred the social pursuits of life, he was always fascinated by education. Putting himself on the right track, he became a teacher. During his twenty-nine year career he was a primary specialist and a motivational speaker to crowds of thousands. “It was very exciting. I would use contemporary music, art and literature to excite young kids. People heard about my methods and I became a key note speaker at educational conferences. Where? In the United States. Typical Canadian scenario.” he says with a laugh.
Continued on next page.
FEATURE Taking an early retirement, Sid decided to develop a concept he had pondered for quite some time. “I always loved fashion, and I felt that there was a need for the mature woman. There was so much out there for the young, hip, modern girl, but for the woman who was forty-five, fifty, sixty, there just wasn’t much out there for them. I felt like they needed guidance at the time.” With his family’s full support, he commenced a slew of guest spots on television. CBC took note of his popularity on the small-screen, and approached him to appear in fashion segments for Living in Ottawa.
hour training session and then went into Holt Renfrew. I was taking my educational experience, motivational speaking and media training and using it to introduce people to fragrances.” he recalls with a grin. “It was amazing.” Sid has launched some of the most exclusive Italian lines (Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Versace and Ferragamo) and is Holt’s top seller. He enjoys enhancing the customer experience and always backs the products he truly believes in. “Even if someone said “Sid, you could make a million dollars a year by going on this TV show and selling this horrible brand...” No. I have to love it. It has to excite me.”
Of the brands that make it all worthwhile, the Bois collection is held in high regard. “This line is so gorgeous for men and women and I abHe continued to expand his vision for Acces- solutely love sharing the story.” he exclaims. sories by Sid by attending galas, working with “In 1920, Guido Galardi started the brand in clients and producing his own fashion shows Tuscany and his grandson took the torch and for various women’s groups. For Sid, it’s all about learning a great deal and sharing life experience with those who partake in the journey. “My father used to say “Son, it never costs a thing to say hello to somebody. Talk to everybody. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor; everyone has a story and they deserve to be listened to.” I’ll never forget that. That’s my philosophy.” Pearls of Wisdom: Sid’s Ultimate Accessory
to say that in life. You have that opportunity to try something and if it doesn’t work, ok. Regret, I don’t go for that. You have to gamble sometimes and I have gambled. Did I gamble in business? Yes. Am I rich? No, but I think my life has been a lot more interesting. To me, someone telling me that they’ve been ‘Sidified’ - that they feel good because I helped them - is as good as giving me a hundred bucks. On Principles: “One of my goals was to have my own TV show, and it almost happened. We did a pilot project and it was very exciting. One of the producers of CBC sent it over to the European market and the concept was smart and different. We did get a response, but I would not (for the sake of doing a reality show) insult people. That was the angle they wanted. They really wanted to hit people below the belt, and I just won’t do that. That’s just not my idea of television. There’s so much garbage out there. Give me some meat and potato substance. Everyone has room for improvement, but it should be met with constructive criticism. As an educator, I always ensured that it was constructive. You don’t want to put somebody down; you want to look for the solution. You need to be accentuating the positive with people. If someone wants a show with my concept (that I think is still unique and different) come and see me.”
On Where He Gets His Inspiration: “My uncle (who I only got to see three times in my life, because he lived in England) was a barber. Before the war, he would cut hair, but he hated it. Barely made any money in those days, but he always had a fashion sense and wanted to start a fashion business. He started selling raincoats in the English markets. Got on a train at 4am to start selling these things and eventually ended up with sixteen women’s clothing stores. I think that’s where my love of fashion comes from. I think it came from him and my mother. We were not rich, but if ever we had somewhere to go, my mother always looked fabulous. I remember her buying little pins from Woolworth’s to compliment her outfit. She always looked great without spending much money. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars to look good. It’s all about how you put things together. I know I’ve passed this on to On Style: my daughter.” “I’m an old classic guy. Sure, lots of guys like to look at a sexy pair of legs, you know? On Goals and Passion: That’s fine, but I think some of the elegance “You’re never old enough to stop learning. I’m is gone. The Katherine Hepburns, the Audrey 62 and am still learning every day. I still have Hepburns, the Grace Kellys of the world. objectives and I still have passion for what I That’s what’s missing. There’s a lot to be said do. You’re never too old to have goals. Nailed It! by Julie Katona

The manicure and pedicure nail art movement has been all the rage for a while now and shows no signs of slowing down! Red carpet nails have been front and center in the media with the invention of “mani-cams” - now a huge staple at awards shows. It’s nice to see so much attention being given to these ten digits! Pedicures, too! Celebrity “Man-icurist” L’Oreal Paris consulting nail expert and @RedCarpetMan Tom Bachik, has created innovative and exciting designs for celebrities such as Zooey Deschanel, Jennifer Lopez and Anne Hathaway has created “Oohs” and “Ahhs” the world over. I can’t wait to see what Mr. Bachik comes up with next…Wait! A bunch of his incredible designs just came through my Twitter feed! Fabulous!
}
Stilettos and talons are the emerging trend in nail shapes. We’re seeing longer length and more point than in previous years, but doing what suits you and your lifestyle still makes sense in dramatic nail fashion trends. Talking with one’s hands while sporting a set of dagger-like talons could cause some injuries or serious keyboard typos in an attempt to use computers or cellular devices. A simple oval shape, with length or without, will keep you on trend and functioning normally.
}
We’ve seen popular looks like the half-moon, one or more ‘feature’ nails, nude shades, champagne, matte top coats and the ever-so-popular beaded or “caviar” manicure, as well as other countless designs and textures.
}
The creation of gel colours has certainly changed the nail industry with a no drying time and shine that lasts until removed 2-3 weeks later. Pedicures can last longer. This advancement was very welcomed. In-home gel colour kits are now available, which is great news for manicure and pedicure gel colour DIYers!
Another exciting addition to the nail fashion industry are Minx. Minx are solid nail coatings applied by a professional with a special heat lamp (a technique similar to shrink-wrapping). Ideal for both manicures and pedicures with no drying time and no smudges ever. They offer an endless selection of designs, colours and metallics. Celebrity manicurist Naja Rickette has designed a collection which is simply incredible! You can even customize your own designs by uploading your desired images through their website (minxnails.com) and Minx will find a qualified professional for you, if you don’t already know one. What a fun idea for a bridal party. The design possibilities are infinite and are serious attention-grabbers! For DIY enthusiasts, there are several options of stickers/polish strips like L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Nail Lingerie and Sally Hansen’s Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips. Regular air-dry nail polishes have upped the ante with a line of magnetic nail polishes. They create a 3-dimensional pattern after a magnet has been held over freshly polished nails. This trend has knocked the “crackle” polish look of recent years out of the spotlight. There’s always something new in the nail industry!

ndividual style can certainly be taken to the next level with makeup. Fashion and makeup go hand in hand and so do their trends. Lace was spotted in any of this season’s red carpet coverage. Jennifer Lopez embraced this trend with a full length Zuhair Murad white lace gown that seemed painted on. For this beauty story we brought on the very talented Makeup artist Paola De La Roche to bring some lace and glam. Models: Caileigh, Holly A. Carmen and Camille from AMTI ( www.angiesmodels.com ).

from the editor The fashion industry moves. forward so quickly.

MUST HAVES By Geneviève Peeke I know it’s cold out there and the last thing on your mind is style, but there’s no need to look sloppy just because the chilly season has arrived!
1. The Combat Boot This kind of boot looks amazing on all types of men! No matter what your personal style, I guarantee this will look great on you and with almost anything you wear this winter. You can find great styles that will keep you warm while making you look like the suave gentleman you are. They work great with your everyday casual clothing and I promise you will love them.
With just a few simple pieces, you can look like a true gentleman when you are out and about during this season.
2. The Military Coat To be honest, it basically doesn’t matter what you are wearing under this! You will look so put together. A coat like this truly works for any occasion. I love all the gorgeous long military-inspired coats that were all over the runways for fall and winter. You will too. You can find some with interesting collars, fun buttons and a nice belt at the waist. The length of this kind of coat will keep you warm and will make you look all dressed-up, even if you’re not. Definitely worth the investment, my friends!
3. The Plaid Tie It may seem a little scary at first, but this kind of tie will make you look so polished. There are so many different colour combinations to choose from and if you’re feeling extra bold, you can even go for a fun bowtie! (This is my latest menswear obsession, to be honest.) You can dress this down a little if you’d like to avoid looking like you just walked off the preppy set of Gossip Girl. These beautiful trendy ties turn heads and will make it seem like you put some extra time into an outfit, when it really only took you five minutes. No one can resist a cute plaid tie!

SMOOTH OPERATOR Agave Hair Smoothing System is the latest product to hit the market in the last year. As a stylist, it has always been important for me to study and research any new products that we receive in the salon. The urban male has so many options for men’s hair care; gels, creams, oils and pomades are flying out of the salons like crazy. So why do I love Agave? Because we finally have a product that is simple to use! Once applied, it gives you a whole new world of options for styling your hair. Let’s face it, no one likes frizzy hair. We put so many products in our hair to achieve that smooth, well-groomed look that most of us risk ending up with a hard-looking helmet head. Not anymore! With Agave Smoothing System, the end result is 100% frizz-free while still maintaining natural volume. The line also carries a shampoo and conditioner that is an absolute must for maintenance. With the results lasting up to 13 weeks, can you imagine putting fewer products in your hair and not having to constantly fight with that curl or frizz? Amazing! You’ll be on your way to experiencing many happy hair days with Agave.

An interview with Frank Restango of Rinaldo Hair Designers & Spa by Alcides M. Photos: Scott Clark
I arrived at the George Street salon about twenty minutes prior to meeting Frank Restango, co-owner of Rinaldo Hair Designers & Spa. I wanted to explore the establishment on my own to get a feel for the atmosphere. Once I stepped through the doors of the beautiful building, there was signage directing me to an elevator designated solely for Rinaldo’s clients. It felt very exclusive. When the doors opened to the salon space, it was like seeing clearly for the first time. I was immediately engulfed in a wave of beautiful soft light. You could not help but notice every detail of the decor. Modern lines and contemporary white furnishings brought a sophisticated and elegant touch. I introduced myself at the reception and asked if I could walk around, since it was my first time there. Warmly welcomed, I was offered a beverage. As I began my excursion, latte in hand, I felt very European. The ambiance was great. With pleasant music, friendly and helpful staff, I had a great first impression. I returned to the waiting area to observe the action on the cutting floor. It was a busy afternoon, but everyone seemed to be having fun. The stylists were engaged and focused on their respective clients. While plenty of conversation lingered in the air, it was not overwhelming to the ear; there was a calmness about it all. Looking dapper, Frank then arrived and introduced himself. “You’re early. Did you get a coffee? Would you like tour?” he asked. The only area I had not yet seen was the Spa, so I decided that the interview should take place there. The atmosphere could not have been more perfect. It was relaxed and comfortable. As we started to chat, I could tell that Frank was proud and passionate about his craft.
FEATURE fM: What was your first position at the salon? FR: I started washing hair, sweeping the floor and helping everyone as an assistant. I did that for about 4 years before deciding to really get into hair. fM: What has changed from the days of being an assistant that made you pursue hairstyling? FR: To be honest, I never really intended to be in this industry. My father is a hairstylist; my uncle is a hairstylist and Rinaldo, of course, is a hairstylist. It seemed like a natural path. I was really into sports in high school. I played hockey all my life. Any type of sport - you name it - I did it. I’m still like that today. In my last year of high school, I registered for TV & Radio program at La Cité Collégiale, but it was limited for non-residents of Ontario. (I live in Aylmer.) I received notice that I was being placed on a waiting list, but I didn’t want to waste any time, so I approached Rinaldo and asked to work full-time. He turned me down at first. This was how he teased me. He then said “Well, ok. Yes.”. A year had gone by and I was still waiting to get into that TV & Radio program, but at that point I was involved in the salon and learned so much, that I decided to give it a shot. I already had developed relationships with clients and staff, so I felt at home. fM: Where did you attend hairstyling school? FR: Well, my training started within the salon. I learned mostly for Rinaldo himself and other stylists. There was a stylist named Kevin back in the day that Rinaldo approached to train me. We started one night a week with the clients I had, and I learned the fundamentals that way. From there, I started to take a lot of courses with Sebastian at California TIGI, as well as plenty of classes in Toronto through our distributor. I then registered with the Ministry of Apprenticeship and because I had so many hours, I was allowed to write the exam. fM: Out of all the different aspects of hairdressing, is there a side you lean toward the most? FR: I’m enjoying the new management side of things, but I truly enjoy teaching. I went for extensive training with Tony & Guy and am currently going through another with Sassoon. I now try to share my knowledge with the “newbies” so they can have confidence and presence apart from the required skills. It’s important when working with clients.

fM: You’ve been part of the hair industry since the 90’s. It’s a very transient industry. What do you feel you have done differently to still be a part of it while loving it? FR: Passion. I think a lot of people have the passion, and it’s not just in this industry. If you don’t have the passion for what you do, then you really don’t love what you do. You’ll get bored with it and you’ll never be the best you can be, or try to be the best you can be.
If you have that passion, you’ll always want to continue learning. fM: Do you see yourself more in a teacher role than what you are currently doing? FR: I do. That’s why I have to keep up with all of the education to keep myself motivated, passionate and knowledgeable so that I am able to give back and pass it onto others as well. It’s hard, because I’m not at the point where I can just do that. I’m only 36 years old. For this industry, that’s quite young. You don’t have to retire if you are still healthy and have the passion. Rinaldo is a perfect example of that. I do see myself branching out. We’ve already started an educational program for students coming out of school or co-op. They are still not ready to hit the floor at the salon, so they can learn while working. We have weekly classes and other training. We are an education-driven salon and it’s the core of our mission statement and values. fM: What has been your biggest challenge to date? FR: Other than when I got started and while trying to decide what I wanted to do?
FEATURE
When I was training, I just wanted to throw everything. I remember wrapping my first perm and wanting to go home and cry “I can’t do this”, but really, it’s trying to keep up with all I’ve learned. I’ve evolved so much and learned so much from everyone around me, even from my clients, so trying to take it all in at such a fast rate is challenging. Oh yes! That, and patience. My children remind me of myself, so yes, patience too. fM: On the flip side, what has been your biggest accomplishment since you started? FR: The education system at the level that I’m involved in. That has been really rewarding for me at a personal level. Being able to start to teach and taking over the salon back in April - that was a great opportunity and an honour for me; especially with working here all of my life. This is where I grew up. This is my home. fM: There have been a few changes with locations and management. How do you feel this has affected the team and clients? FR: Yes, there have been a few changes over the past 5 years. First, we moved from the World Exchange Plaza. We sort of split the business into 3
116 f ave
Vol.5
locations. That was a bit hard on the staff, because it was the first time we were apart. I think the clients felt it too, obviously. It wasn’t what our clients were used to. Then when we moved to George Street another transition. Everyone couldn’t wait to get in here. It’s a beautiful space, and being in the market, there is a great energy here. We had some issues with the city when we first moved here, so it created an inconvenience for our clients, but they all stood by us. It speaks to the loyalty they have for us. We continue to raise the bar and keep our clients excited while providing excellent service. fM: You seem to be creating a different environment for your clients by selling amazing jewellery from Osolee and host events in partnership with Erica Wark. How did that come about and will you continue to do more? FR: We always try to associate with the best people. That’s the key. You are only as good as the people you are surrounded by - whether it’s jewellery experts or fashion stylist. This is my partner, Fiorella’s domain. Our clients really enjoy it. We also do events outside the salon that are equally as exciting for us as for our clients.
fM: What do you feel sets you apart from the rest of the salons in Ottawa? FR: Education. Like I mentioned earlier, it’s at the core of what we do. The service is one thing, but the education is the result of it all. The best in the world never stop learning and they want to share. fM: Tell me more about the Spa? FR: The spa has been part of Rinaldo’s since ’98 when it was located at the World Exchange Plaza. The experience of the spa is fantastic. For me, it’s all about the facials. Your skin will love you for it. I remember the first time one of the service providers asked me to get a facial. I had no idea what she was going to do to me. For over an hour and 20 minutes, I was probably snoring. The facial is not just a “facial”. They are customized for you. I recently did some training for a Sinus Detox Facial, and I was very intrigued. Other popular services are the pedicures and manicures. We offer a wide range of services.
fM: Do you see your children coming into this industry as well? FR: I think about it. My wife and I talk about it. If I had to pick one (and I could totally be wrong) it would be my daughter. Who knows? Look how I fell into it. My oldest son is 8, my daughter is 6 and my youngest son is 4. They are all so different, but my daughter has the artistic side. She is also quite the character. We joke that she’ll be running the place in a few years. As parents, we want our children to succeed. As long as they are happy, I will support them in whatever they are passionate about.
fM: As you know, we also publish faveMEN. What can you tell me about your male clientele? FR: I’d say they comprise around 30% of clients, and we have been getting more and more of them over the past few years. The industry for men has opened up. There are many lines coming out targeted towards men. More men are putting an effort into using the right products; especially after a facial. It all starts with the girlfriends and the wives. They always ask: “Do you provide services for men here?” I have to tell you, men are the most loyal clients. You provide them with a great service and they like to be told what products are best for them. They like to be well-groomed. We have a lot of young businessmen, but the older ones come in as well. fM: What would be the next big thing for Rinaldo Hair Designers & Spa? FR: We’ve had this discussion with my partners. It would be to have an academy. I don’t know what the size would be and at what level, but I’d love to have an academy where students could learn. We have all the experts here. I can envision having an updo specialist, makeup specialists, colour specialists and cutting specialists that would continuously make the program evolve. I don’t believe in the way it’s done now. They print out books that have been used for years with same content. I don’t mean any disrespect to the people that teach that, but some of the same people have teaching for 30 years without any evolution. It needs to change as the industry, products and technology change.
