HEALTH AND WELLBEING SERVICES

A range of medical and health services, including public hospitals, emergency departments, medical centres, doctors and dental and oral health professionals are available in the Federation Council.

Along with allied health care services, and specialists including dietitians, physiotherapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, psychologists and complementary medicine.

Parents of all ages are welcomed and supported by the child and family health service which operates from several locations.

Federation Council’s two 24 hour accident and emergency hospitals are located in Corowa and Urana.

FEDERATION COMMUNITY DRUG ACTION TEAM (CDAT)

The Federation CDAT is a coalition of community members, representatives from government agencies, non- government service providers and others who respond to alcohol and other drug issues in our community by developing and implementing primary prevention and harm minimisation activities.
