JCC Centennial Events Bike, Bus & Bagel Tour Join us for a Bike, Bus and Bagel Tour of New Haven, hosted by the Jewish Historical Society. Visit interesting Jewish landmarks in New Haven including the Holocaust Memorial, Legion Avenue, and the recently renovated Orchard Street Shul. The bus tour will start and end at the JCC. Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run presented by Marcum / Health & Wellness Fair

On your mark, get set….. REGISTER!! It’s the Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run presented by Marcum. The festivities kick off at 8 a.m. with the Health & Wellness Fair that features children’s activities and many fitnessrelated vendors and exhibits. The Kids Run starts at 9 a.m.; the 5K Bagel Run at 9:30 a.m. 9/23, 8 am -1 pm, $20/adult advance registration; $25 day of race. $5 per child for Kids Run.

TRX Suspension Training

Suspension Training uses two straps and your own body weight to work multiple muscles at once to give you an edge over traditional strength training. Health and Wellness Fair The JCC’s Health and Wellness Fair is a day filled with family fitness, fun and learning at our beautifully wooded 54 acre campus in Woodbridge. It’s actually three events rolled into one: the Murray Lender Bagel Run, Health and Wellness programs and Free Play at the J. There’s truly something for everyone. Come join us for this community-wide fall festival. The Fair is open 8am-2pm, rain or shine. All events are free and open to the public except the Bagel Run which is $20 for the 5K race and $5 for the Family Run. Youth and Teen

The JCC Aquatics Program is based on the principles established by the American Red Cross: each skill builds on those mastered in previous levels. If your child misses a level he/she may not learn vital skills. We separate swimmers by ability so the children can learn in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.
