YOGA WITH CHELEY Appropriate for students who are just moving up from beginner to the intermediate level, as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a while, and want a slower pace. This course will introduce you to yoga philosophy, deep breathing and meditation techniques, warming up the body, bringing flexibility to muscles and joints, and waking up the nervous system. A gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and mild inverted postures will follow. The class will include a breakdown of all the major components of a typical oil furnace and boiler, as well as their job within the system. Students will have a chance to tear down and rebuild a typical oil burner unit, as well as preventative care and learning what specialty tools a technician uses in the field.
