The very notion of fall brings such a yearning ... for those gentle comforts found only in the season when brown leaves float like feathers to the ground. It’s more than just the return of pumpkin-flavoured everything or tart apple candles or the practice of canning all those late-summer harvests. For us makers, it is all about the wool and the delightful rhythm of our hooks as prepare for the cool days ahead.
The garment and accessories you’ll find in these pages epitomize those fall emotions. With simple constructions, gentle texture, and rich colours that make the best of us swoon, each designer has imbued their piece with all the beauty of the season.
