When I inhale the fragrant steam of a cup of tea, a bit of magic seems to happen - the world seems to slow down for a minute. In the crazy busy-ness of the lives we live, that momentary stillness is both blissful and uplifting. Knitting, with its soft movements and rhythmic motion is very much like that cuppa’ tea, reminding me to pause, even for a moment, to experience the joy hidden in the quiet.
