Before we jump right in the subject, here goes my "WELL DONE"! BROKE THEIR FACES, Brazilians and foreigners who root against the World Cup in Brazil, and the pessimists who have made such inconsequential little booklets... Enjoy the leftovers of booklets and... don't even tell what to do with the misfortunes in the privacy of toilets. The game ended, it ended up for the teams, winners or losers. I think the profit was good for the participants, our visitors, who left delighted. Many feel pride and will keep good memories for the rest of their lives, because they have played the World Cup on Brazilian soil. Our effort was too great, we paid a very high moral and financial cost; Moral because we saw our constitution overwhelmed, and soon we will receive the bill without the right to say "I did not eat it!" But I'd rather hope that all these sacrifices bring something good to the next generations, preferably civics lessons. That our future leaders won't continue to tarnish our country, our people, via enrichment so in vogue. I think, with the core of my heart that it's not worth doing anything to appear or to have, as they did to the Country. Life plays that kind of tricks on us: We vote against certain candidates or projects, if we are outvoted, we have to root for the winner, after all it is our destiny that is at stake. I opposed the molds as the event were made, lost vote, I started to root for it to work and "Thank God and our efforts," as former President Geisel used to say, "everything worked it out". On the issue of organization and reception, it was a 10; only the team was a 7, but this result was the price of painful lesson and message. If I praise the event's success is because dignity still remains, despite the damage, damage to the moral, in our historical enthusiasm for the team and for the homeland of soccer shoes. Honestly, forgive me readers for the acidity of the text, but I could not help registering as Brazilian citizen, and share the people indignation, the high price it was paid to have a FIFA Cup in Brazil. If it has a next time, may no longer be around anymore who now writes these lines, but by then it will be a new generation, and will be a new time. The third time, time for reflection, time to choose if it's going to work it out or not. The editor

It is gratifying evidence that the Ministry of Agrarian Development (MAD), through the Secretariat of Family Agriculture (SFA) and the Department of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (DTARE) has been supporting, in all states of the federation, called the Rural Tourism Family Agriculture. In Ceará, is an example of retrocitada assertive. We refer to the municipality of Barbalha-CE, precisely Settlement in Boa Vista, which is in its initial phase of implementation. This is by presenting one obvious potential for this municipality complementary activity of Family Farming. RURAL TOURISM IN BARBALHA The municipality of Barbalha is Known for its natural beauty, highlighting the sources of water crystal. The feast of the Patron Saint Anthony, celebrated during 13 days, with novenario, dance parties, in the city park, plus quermesses. The festival culminates on the day of the celebrated patron saint, ie, June 13th. The greater highlight is loading Pau da Bandeira, the period that Barbalhareceives significant influx of visitors. seeing as an alternative source of income and employment generation in the field. Scholars claim to be the tourism, in rural areas, is a form of leisure, based on the natural landscape, cultural heritage and social development of the interior regions of Brazil. Recognize also that their main goal is the objective of promoting integrated understanding of the environment in its multi-

Pesque-Pague Project, weir bath and spout bath, horseback or wagon, trail walks, visits to production areas and Livestock, crafts and events spaces. In the long run, families are determined to build chalets to host in that locality, tourists, coming from neighboring municipalities and Fortaleza. As speaking of Rural Tourism in Family Farming, you need to differentiate it from the Rural Tourism in the Natural Area, this is more sophisticated by the operation of farm-hotels, which provide better conditions for hosting and leisure, considering these tourist developments belong to entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the field and who have their own financial resources to invest on the increase of their business. But the important thing is that the seed has fallen on fertile soil and Ematerce is sure that, over the years, family farmers will have another alternative source of income, which will help in the sustenance and improvement of their families, not to mention the marketing and promotion of healthy foods (traditional foods) and natural juices made on the farms, in addition to creative crafts. About the manufacture, everything is done by Mrs. Eunice Caracas, former social extension of Ematerce, who is also as an artist, makes arrangements, paints oil paintings inspired by the attractions of nature, true portraits of the beautiful landscapes of the Sierra de Guaramiranga. The couple has also two houses, for hosting tourists, furnished with double bed, fridge, stove, electric shower, silverware, wardrobes and cabinets. Ceará, for example, to go and experience the moment of the equinox in Amapá State, a ride that can get cheaper and quicker than going to feel a chill in the South of the country. One of the rare media, if not the only, that sends invitations for the event of the equinox, every year in Ceará, in Brazil and abroad, for example, are the Tourist Trail media, and for the record we have never received support from the governors of those states, only few small stimuli of fewer entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial vision, and always ready to listen, to talk about new possibilities. In this approach, however, we were greeted by the Secretary of Tourism of the State of Amapá, Mr. Richard Madureira, who offered to do an analysis of the proposal. On a recent trip to the states of

Ceará

ith nearly 40 years of tourism experience between North and Northeast of Brazil, the editor of this journal and manager of Nelo Marketing & Comunicação has the opportunity to propose and articulate partnerships that will add strength to enjoy and enhance a business opportunity that will lead to more than financial gain, and can leave a significant legacy for future generations of Northerners and northeastern. After years of research, observations and articulating actions, for about seven years, based on the motto Not so much the Jungle, not so much to the Sea, it is time to move forward with the project of tourism integration between these two great and strong Brazilian regions, which together offer a fabulous variety of travel plans, providing ample margin of stimuli and success. There is a strong perception in northern of Brazil in the sense that the Northerner visits the Northeast, but the Northeast does not visit the North. This thinking is a bit like that story that explains why we eat chicken's egg more than duck's. The cultural difference between these two regions, with regard to the use of

marketing and communication, is very large, with small exception for the states of Amazonas and Pará, which make good use of these tools. Nevertheless the actions of disclosure in the Brazilian Northeast are still timid, thus losing the opportunity to attract not only the Northeast, but also the large foreign audiences eager for knowledge, and that circulate in the nine states of a region that, according to research released by the Ministry of Tourism holds more intent on visits than other regions together. We think the time is right to print actions that enable the reversal of this framework, this statistic that discourages large part of the businessmen, and some northerners, and gives us the impression they feel inferior in the category range of activities, which is not true the experience of this writer grants here to say that if one has beautiful beaches

Amapá the other has beautiful forests, the Amazon is the world's largest Tropical. As a lover of culture and nature I can not distinguish whether it is better to have lunch in the breeze of Lagoinha Beach in Ceará, a restaurant with panoramic views of the Amazon river in the city of Macapá, or even a simple kiosk in Mangal das Garças at the Guamá river. I can't say which one is the best, there's no way, there are immense and intense pleasures. Only those who have the opportunity, the privilege to experience them, will feel the thrill, will understand what we mean. And since not only by bread the man is fed, it is also fair to think: "Not so much to the Jungle, not so much to the Sea". In addition to visiting our home we need to invite, and that the Northeast know how to do, and well done. No wonder they occupy a prominent place in research of the Ministry of Tourism, and tourists come, they are welcome, worship and advertise for free. It is very common the perception of the lack of information we have, here in the Northeast of Brazil, of our North region. There is a lack of interest from the northeastern in knowing the North, what is missing is a further stimulus for a person from

The moment was of making contact and of greater visibility for action. In the next three editions we will publish interviews and testimonials that express an entrepreneurial vision on this subject.

RAZIL in one travel plan, come here!

Entrevista com o Presidente do SINDETUR - Amapá Edyr Campos Pacheco a entrepreneur, always excelling in their management, by the effort, dedication and leadership, Mr. Edyr Campos Pacheco was chosen to open this series of interviews and testimonials for its great ability to get to know, hear and bring people together, and generate positive values to their homeland which is the middle of the world and also where it gets Brazil.

Sérgio Mendes, interviewed by Odinaldo

JT - Mr. President, what is the role of SINDETUR in the tourist scene of Amapá? Elaine Vieira interviewed by Odinaldo Moraes

Embraced the idea, accepted the challenge: In Fortaleza we count on Bem-Estar Tur, regional tourism operator, represented by Mr. Neto Cunha; musician and organizer of travel plans, Fonseca Jr., and our advertisers. In Belém we received support from LECYTUR, whose is manager by Mr. Carlos Wanzer, and in Macapá the support came from the President of SINDETUR-AP (Trade Union of Tourism of the State of Amapá), Mr. Edyr Campos Pacheco; BIATUR, Amapá Journal on Focus and the company Meio e Foco Publicidade, both under the direction of Mr. Odinaldo Moraes, Mr. Antônio Souza - owner of restaurants network Sarney; the president of Abrasel-Ap, manager of the restaurant Cantinho Baiano, Mrs. Elaine Vieira, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Municipal Tourism Institute Macapatur - Mr. Sérgio Lemos. We appreciate the vote of confidence of all, and remain open to new supports, new members through our addresses listed on the imprint of this newspaper. Hereafter we published the first of a series of interviews and testimonials, fruits of the initial approach, goodwill and credibility deposited on the idea that tourist integration can work. Edyr Pacheco: The current tourism scenario of our state is very promising. The reorganization involving the tourist trade, the State Government, and the governments of municipalities, especially the management of the city of Macapá, which is largely responsible for developing tourism in Macapá and open doors into the state. The prospects of incisive and decisive actions so that we have the relevant results on the development of state tourism is very large, possibly they are already being perceived since now, 2014.

this work from December next generates good prospects, as it will facilitate, and much, the reception of tourists arriving in small and large vessels, including national and international ships. We're seeing with good eyes also the possibility of the partnership of the State Government with the city of Macapá, so the State of Amapá would have greater visibility in the next edition of the Americas Fair/ABAV, to be held in São Paulo. This is the role of SINDETUR, to be mindful of those prospects of new scenarios, trends, discuss, opine, stimulate the tourist trade to defend common sense and ethical the future tourism of the state of Amapá.

Edyr Pacheco: As I said in the previous answer, the conclusion of the work of Pier Santa Inês. This work is essential in confronting problems that require urgent, as the conditions of precarious landing for tourists, exposing them to risks and discomfort. This is our great fight on partnership with the Government JT - The editorial mission of the media Turist Trail is geared to the elderly. Thinking about a travel plan of two or three days in the capital of Amapá, Macapá, which tourist attractions would you highlight as relevant activity to delight the tourist?

Dancing, a step to happiness The art of living, practice dancing

Text and photos: Fenelon Gonçalves de Oliveira

this article, I restrained myself. This business of dance is darn good, after you start, you don't want to stop anymore. As my father would say:

Nautical Club Atlético Ceará

Y

ou don't have to be footwaltz to feel the pleasures of a good dance, the editor here knows well. I've always liked to dance, and even though I was not a good dancer, I had the pleasure and the opportunity to feel how this natural instinct (so natural, that little children automatically sway to the music as hearing the sound), it's beneficial for us and it's good for the mind and body. I recently had the privilege of knowing someone from Piauí, but he was naturalizedas citizen of Ceará 25 years ago, Mr. Fonseca Jr., musician and promoter the most pleasant balls, and what is best for the target audience of the media Turist Trail. Here is the main reason for producing and publishing this material. For this, I went to the famous and late club Náutico

in Domingão Dancing to the sound of the band ZEN BRAZIL, production and promotion of Fonseca Jr. Besides killing the nostalgia that beautiful house with a charming architecture, and that is already part of the historical heritage of Ceará, I traveled in time,

because there've been a few times as a child, on Sunday mornings of much happiness bathing in the pool. The opportunity was pure observation, although the willingness of taking few steps was there. Since the goal was to write

Atlético Cearense, in the seaside of Fortaleza-CE, to see what happens

"time to work it's time to work" And that was done not to lose focus. I could see the look of happiness on faces, on the dancers in the hall and on those who stayed closed to their desks, some dancing and singing, others just hugging tight, so focused, It seemed to me they would stop breathing, but it was pure happiness in the air. It's amazing the strength, the magic that music has on the human being. I think it is also very rewarding promote these recreational opportunities for people, especially for the elderly person. There I felt that love, like happiness, is ageless. Geraldo Vandré said in one of his very beautiful songs: "Who does know, does not wait to happen." With my 58 years, I felt like a boy, because there were people older than me and with a fabulous energy and charming expression of happiness, stimulating. No wonder doctors recommend today, more often, dance as an essential activity to better quality of life. As the song Passion says, of Kleiton and Kledir: "Being happy is all we want," I saw happiness in the surface at danceable Domingão. I believe it worth, and much, to take at least one or two weekends per month, to experience these fantastic musical moments, which animates and gives meaning to the art of living, which is, by the way, a good way to practice this difficult art is dancing, everyone own their own way - alone, with the loved one, with a friend, or someone who we can meet there at the time, someone

to form a pair that it's easy to find. The suggestion is, to our countrymen and to tourists passing through the city of Fortaleza, that they include in their weekend schedules or travel plan, these dances of Fonseca Jr. or others that are on display during his stay in José de Alencar lands, worth being, and are rewarding moments that surely provided an opportunity to feel joy and pleasure in living. Music and dance show that maxim: "Never too late to be happy." I lived the happiness on a Sunday afternoon in late and old Náutico Atlético Cearense to the sound of the band Zen Brazil.
