A photographic survey of abandoned swimming pools in the vicinity of Mountaindale, New York. Due to the economic decline that began in 1960s, many thriving summer recreational facilities and resorts closed down unable to recover. This sampling of Elozua's images is part of his "Vanishing Catskills" multi-volume compilation.
