ROM E TEMPLE OPTION S As mentioned in the letter we recently sent out, the most realistic finish of the Rome Temple is somewhere in late 2018 or very early 2019. Other companies are once again selling tours for the Rome Temple Open House on 2018 dates we do not believe are accurate. Our best sources believe the Temple will not be finished by spring of 2018. The truth is we do not know, and maybe the other companies are right this time. Either way, we made a decision several years ago not to put tours together to try and do the open house. Our issues are the following: • The date of the Rome Temple Open house will likely be announced about 3 to 4 months before. Getting good hotels, buses and guides on such short notice would be virtually impossible, ESPECIALLY if you are not only trying to arrange things in Rome but also other parts of Europe to create a full tour that includes more than the Rome Temple. • A short trip to Rome only would likely be possible on short notice, but what a waist to spend the money to fly all the way to Rome, spend an hour or two with huge crowds shuffling through the Rome Temple and the visitors center and then turn around and head home. • We are not sure if it is fair that the many large groups from Utah take away Open House tickets that could be used for other members and nonmembers in Europe. • Last, but not least, 9 out of every 10 we talked to, liked the idea of going after the temple opens when they could take the time to do temple work and avoid the huge Open House crowds. • Great news, the Paris Temple opened this year, we would like to add, whenever possible, the ability to do both the Rome and Paris Temple. We have decided to take our groups to Rome after the Temple is open and the crowds are gone. We would like to spend a good part of a day doing a session or two, maybe do baptisms for the dead and have time to enjoy the fantastic visitor center without the crowds. We have decided to take 8 of our future tours, some in 2019 and some in 2020, and build a Rome Temple Option into the Tours. Everyone we have talked to feels strongly the Temple will be open by the summer of 2019 and for sure in 2020. This brochure contains four wonderful tours that are in the Sumer or Fall of 2019 and four tours that are in 2020 that include the Passion Play – all of our tours have an option for the Rome Temple, and in most cases, the option includes the Paris Temple. All 8 of these tours can be found in this brochure. You may be wondering why we are sending out the brochure now when we are just under two years from our 2019 tours and almost 3 years from our 2020 tours? The real issue is the tours in 2020!!!! • Our 2020 tours will go on sale in two months. The Oberammergau Passion Play in Germany is in 2020. The Passion Play has already gone on sale. We already have reservations for 40 different groups to attend the 2020 Passion Play in Oberammergau, Germany. • We have a Passion Play “First to Know” List. Everyone on that list is going to start reserving their 2020 tours this October. The problem is, we have approximately 5,500 people on our “First to Know” List AND we have only 3,600 tickets to the Passion Play. Not everyone on our list will sign up for a tour, but a very large majority will and here is why: If you do not go in 2020 the next opportunity to see the Passion Play will be in 2030. Add to the fact we have the BEST in hotels along with the BEST seats in the theater for our groups. Most people on our list will not wait another ten years - they will act now. Only a few of our 2020 Passion Play Tours will include the Rome and Paris Temple Options, and those tours will sell out this October. Those on our Rome Temple “First To Know List” signed up years ago, long before our Passion Play list. We feel those on the Rome Temple List (our oldest list) should have first opportunity to reserve the tours in 2019 and/or the tours in 2020 that will include the Rome and Paris Temple options. If we wait until after October, all of our 2020 tours, that will include the Rome Temple will be gone. That is why we are contacting you now. ***Look through this brochure. Three Cruise Cabin Categories

There are no inside cabins. We have combined their many different categories of cabins into three simple categories: • Large Port Hole Window Cabins: They are on the lower level. They have two large port hole windows. They are 160 square feet. • French Balcony Cabins: A French Balcony Cabin is an outside cabin that has glass doors from floor to celling and wall to wall. The glass doors open to the outside. The picture above has two balconies, one of which is a French Balcony. With the doors open, you feel like you are outside on a balcony, but you are siting inside your cabin. The Cabins are 170 square feet. • Double Balcony Mini Suite Cabins: Pictured above - these cabins are mini suites at 210 square feet or larger. The cabins have both a regular outside balcony AND a french inside balcony.

All 2020 tours and cruises in the Europe area will include the Passion play in Oberammergau, Germany. We have taken 4 of those tours and added options that will include the Rome and Paris Temples. Below is information on how great the opportunity is to attend the Passion Play in 2020.

Important Oberammergau Passion Play Tour Information This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the Oberammergau Passion Play. It only happens one summer every 10 years. If you miss 2020 your next opportunity will be 2030. This is a rare chance to see something spectacular and at the same time experience something spiritual. If you love Christ, you can’t help but be moved by this powerful play that has been performed by the village of Oberammergau every 10 years since 1634. To be part of the Passion Play, you must have been born in the Oberammergau Village or live in Oberammergau for over 20 years. Every child ever born in Oberammergau from birth forward prepares and lives toward the Passion Plays. You could say it is in their genes. We have already signed contracts with Oberammergau that guarantees our group the following: • Passion Play Hotels: In 2010 our groups that attended the Passion Play stayed in everything from a 4 star down to a 1-star hotel, some of our passengers were even in local homes. In 2020 all of our passengers have been guaranteed 4-Star Deluxe Hotels. • Two Nights: 60% of all those attending the Passion Play will only be able to stay one night in the Oberammergau area. They will have to drive a long distance, arrive in time for the play, overnight and leave the next morning. We are part of the 40% that will be able to spend two nights in the area to really enjoy Oberammergau and the Bavarian Alps. • Category One with Priority Seating: The center section and a small portion of the side seating in the theater are considered category one seating. We estimate 2/3 of the seats are considered category one seating. In 2010 the quality of seat for the play directly correlated to the quality of hotel you stayed in. The few we had in 4-star hotels in 2010 had substantially better seats than our other guests in lesser quality hotels.

Important Note:

Most companies, in order to sell a cheaper Oberammergau tour, have bought category 1 & 2 hotels, which they refer to as 1st class hotels. They also only stay 1 night in Obermmergau and have ended up with very poor seats for the Passion Play. After our experiences in 2010 cheaper hotels and bad seats at the Passion Play is a major mistake! We want to offer top of the line deluxe hotels, stay 2 nights in Oberammergau, and have the best seats at the Passion Play for our passengers!

***Preparing you in advance for the Passion Play You are going all the way to Germany to witness and experience the Oberammergau Passion Play. We want to help make it an experience of a lifetime. We are going to bring every tour in early before the Oberammergau play. Through lectures and power point pictures we will prepare you for the Passion Play. Dr. S. Michael Wilcox is willing to stay in a hotel room for 4 ½ months, with only one purpose - to prepare every one of our passengers so that they will have a fantastic Passion Play experience. Michael has been to the Passion Play several times in 2000 and again in 2010. He knows how critical it is to prepare and understand what is taking place on stage before going to the play. It isn’t that you wouldn’t enjoy the Passion Play without preparing, it’s that those that go prepared will understand the play better, enjoy the play more and have an increased opportunity to feel the spirit of the play. Your whole Passion Play experience will increase substantially if Michael is able to prepare you before you see the play. We will have two groups arriving every week for 20 weeks. The two groups do not arrive or see the play at the same time. He will prepare the first group, and then they will go to the play. The second group will then arrive, and he will repeat the preparation before they go to the play. By the time you attend the Passion Play, you will have reviewed the story of Christ and gone through each scene during the play. Preparation will allow you to relax and not worry about what is happening on stage; you are already familiar with each scene. You can just enjoy and feel the spirit of this fantastic play.

There is so much to see in France and after a lot of requests we have finally put together a fantastic tour that includes some of the most memorable sites in France before heading to the Passion Play in Germany. Here is a small example: • Avignon: You will marvel at the Pope’s Place, a world heritage site. Starting in 1333 this was the home to 7 consecutive Pope’s of the Catholic Church. Today you can explore much of the ancient place. It is a world Heritage site. • Nice, France. Walled city of St Paul de Vence, Walled city of Eze, coastal drive along the French Riviera and Monte-Carlo. • Lyon: A UNESCO World Heritage site has 2,000 years of history imprinted on its cobblestone streets. One of Europe’s most extensive Renaissance neighborhoods. • Annecy: Romance is the lifeblood of Annecy a town replete with castles and cathedrals and beautiful architecture. • The Loire Valley: Often referred to as the valley of a thousand Chateauxs. We will visit as many Chateaux palaces as we can in the 1 ½ days we will have in the Loire Valley. The Chateaux’s highest on our list include Cheverny, Chenonceaux, A Zay-le-Rideau, Bloi, & Chambord. • The ancient walled city of Mont Saint-Michel. Everything is still there from the 13th and 14th centuries. We have people of all faiths that travel with our company. Our tours are comfortable for any faith to go with us and they love those of the Mormon Faith that are able to travel with. But they do find it odd how much, those of the Mormon Faith, enjoying seeing Mormon Temples in other parts of the world. On a recent tour with one of our groups a Baptist that has taken many tours with us, commented to the owners of Fun For Less Tours, “Why do Mormons get so excited every time they pass a Mormon Temple? We Baptists see Baptist churches every were we go in the world, but we don’t get excited.” It is true, those of the LDS faith love their Temples. The Rome Temple, that is under construction, has created such an excitement, we have had over 1,000 people that have put themselves on a wait list wanting to be able to go to the Rome Temple Open House.

We feel visiting the Rome Temple during the time of the Open House would not be wise for the following reason:

· There is a limited number that can go through during the open house and we should not be taking places of those of other faiths living in Europe. This would be their only chance to see inside a special LDS Temple. · The crowds will be gigantic. You will have to shuffle through the temple and stand 50 deep or more in the visitors’ center. In just a few minutes you are done visiting this beautiful site. · We felt it would be better to go after the Temple is dedicated, take your time enjoy a session in the Temple and do other Temple work. You will see the Temple, but in a more relaxed and sacred atmosphere and the New Visitors Center will not be crowded. This special tour will allow those that want to visit the completed Rome Temple and the new Paris Temple, to slow down, do a session in both Temples. Add to all of this is the Study of Christ with Michael AND the attending of Oberammergau’s Passion Play. We will have two full days of time in Rome and two full days of time in Paris. In addition to the few hours you spend at the LDS temples, there will be time to visit the most important tourist sites in Rome and Paris.

Here is a little information on the Rome Temple:

The resplendent interior of the Rome Italy Temple features beautiful Italian-quarried Perlato Svevo marble on surfaces throughout the building, including floors, walls, and countertops. Magnificent floor work is featured in the baptistery and grand foyer, which reflects Michelangelo’s design at the Piazza del Campidoglio on top of Rome’s Capitoline Hill. The pattern is also seen in the sculpted off-white carpets in the Celestial and sealing rooms. The majesty of the temple is further reflected in the choice of artwork, stained glass, crown moldings, and other furnishings and finishes. The complex includes a wonderful Visitors Center that will include reproductions of Bertel Thorvaldsen’s Christus statue and the twelve apostles. The originals were sculpted in Rome and transported to Copenhagen in 1838 to stand in the National Cathedral of Denmark.
