Titan Shield is very resistant to scratches and most encounters such as keys and coins. Like all glass, the Titan Shield surface can be scratched - but only with very hard materials and a significant amount of force.

Titan Shield is built to break as it absorbs the shock damage from a strong impact. If the Titan Shield did not break in those cases, you would risk damaging the original screen of the device.

All glass including screen protectors is most vulnerable at the corners as it is an exposed and unprotected edge. However, Titan Shield has minimized the risk by making the edges rounded for all smart phones.
