This certificate is designed specifically for students or professionals with at least 24 hours of coach training, and requires completion of 8 credits. The program can be completed in two terms plus final performance evaluation at the start of the 3rd term, and consists of the following elements: • orientation teleconference • 2 online courses • 2 skills training workshops • teleconference learning (14 sessions) • individual mentor coaching (3 hours) • group mentor coaching (7 hours) • coaching supervision (4 hours)
