Pordenone Fiere is glad to present the fourth edition of “CUCINARE – Per piacere, per mestiere” which will take place from 13th to 16th February 2016 at Pordenone fair gro und, the event dedicated to the world of foodies and hospitality professionals. The new edition confirms Monday and Tuesday: perfect days to meet trade operators!
Commercial booths and great events are the backbone of this exhibition, which purpose is to stimulate the interest of the food and wine world, where trade operators and food lovers can meet at the same place.

EVENTS Over 130 events during the 2015 edition including cooking classes, beer workshops by Birra Nostra, wine tastings by FISAR, AIS and Associazione Nazionale Le Donne del Vino FVG, cooking shows by Qucinando academy and other events with the most famous Italian Chefs and local restaurants.
VISITORS Over 18,000 visitors of which 15% approved dealers: • Wine and food industry professionals, hotel industry, catering and banqueting; • Managers, buyers and retailers of restaurants, hotels, wine bars and bars; • Chefs, sommeliers, food lovers and gourmet; • Food and wine tourism.
COMMUNICATION A wide communication campaign aimed to reach both the trade operators and the general public. How we reach the hospitality professionals: • Advertising in the specialized press (both printed and online); • Newsletter and postal invitations to over 10,000 contacts.
The communication to the public of food lovers and the general public covers a territory that includes all the Northeast Italian regions using: • Billboards, television and radio; • Advertising in the local newspapers; • Distribution of 70,000 leaflets through restaurants of the area and large retail chains.
