Dream Program

Fiesta Bowl partnered with the DREAM program to host four hard-working students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) for a Fiesta Bowl experience like no other. These students traveled to Arizona to learn from and work alongside Fiesta Bowl executives in the planning and execution of the Bowl Season games. The DREAM Program, established by Position Sports, strives to provide mentorship and opportunities to HBCU students interested in a career path in sports.

“Innovation, attention to detail, and efficiency, are what come to mind when I think of characteristics I grasped after speaking with Fiesta Bowl executives and experiencing the bowl game. My trip to Phoenix with the DREAM Program and Fiesta Bowl delivered on a few things: building confidence, giving passion, and inspiring me to find ways to positively impact many beyond just a football field.
