QUOTE OF THE WEEK I saw the ball go in the air, held my breath and then for Colby (Parkinson) to come down with it was pretty awesome. K.J. Costello, Stanford junior quarterback talking about the game-winning touchdown to beat Oregon.

FIESTA BOWL CHARITIES In 2004, Jenny Luttrell came up with an idea to throw a fashion show that will raise money for families struggling to pay for small things like gas and food as they pay their medical bills. After raising $10,000, Children’s Cancer Network was born to provide assistance for Arizona families battling childhood cancer through programs. These programs are designed to provide financial assistance, promote education, encourage healthy lifestyles, build self-esteem and create awareness of the issues they face. Luttrell is dedicated to helping others thanks to seeing how cancer affected her little brother. The Fiesta Bowl Charities has partnered with the organization for last four years and thanks to a grant from Fiesta Bowl Charities, Luttrell started HOPE – Honoring Our Peers Every day.
