cheez-it® bowl goes big Starting in 2020, the Cheez-It® Bowl will feature a matchup between schools from the Big Ten and Big 12 Conferences. The agreement will run through the 2025-26 season with each game being televised live on ESPN. The Cheez-It® Bowl is the only bowl game that features Big Ten taking on Big 12. The two sides have not faced off in a non-CFP bowl contest since 2013 when Kansas State defeated Michigan at Sun Devil Stadium.

Vet Tix will join the “Send-A-Vet” program as the presenting sponsor with a minimum donation of 700 tickets to the PlayStation® Fiesta Bowl for each of the next four years. This partnership builds on the Community Champions program that features the Cheez-It® Bowl. Through the Community Champions donation program, 6,300 tickets have gone to veterans over the last two years. Fiesta Bowl’s partnerships with Vet Tix provides military veterans an unforgettable experience in appreciation of their service.

news & notes fiesta bowl kickoff luncheon announces title partner, keynote speaker The Fiesta Bowl Kickoff Luncheon will have a new title partner as Arizona Bank & Trust has joined in a multi-year agreement and who better to kickoff the new partnership than legendary coach and keynote speaker, Urban Meyer. Former national champion coach, Meyer posted a 3-1 record in Fiesta Bowl appearances with Utah, Florida and Ohio State, with his first of three national championships coming when the Florida Gators hoisted the trophy in 2007. The seventh annual Arizona Bank & Trust Fiesta Bowl Kickoff Luncheon will take place on Tuesday, August 20 from 11:30AM-1:00PM at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa. Fewer than 10 tables are still available and start at $2,000 for 10 people. Sign up now before they are all gone!

fiesta bowl matches ambassadors gift

On April 17, the Fiesta Bowl matched the Ambassadors donation of $1,500 to the Department of Child Safety. The money went towards gift cards to give at-risk youth and those transitioning out of the foster care system and into adulthood.

Festivus 2019 SAVE THE DATE

Most Memorable Moment: Meeting Colt McCoy. He was such a humble person and then led his team to victory vs. Ohio State in 2009. My first son, Colt, was born in 2010.

Responsibilities: Leads the ticket and sponsorship sales efforts while working to expand relationships with other companies through sponsorships, donations and strategic partnerships.

Favorite Job: Team Liaison

Hometown: Denver, Colorado

Interesting Fact: I met my wife, Crystal, while doing a summer internship at the FBI San Diego office back in 1995. Also, I lived and worked in Sydney, Australia in 2004-05.
