Integrated Experiences Key achievements and strategy analysis

! Project Description: Deliver more integrated experiences to enhance the quality and impact of the AIESEC Experiences we deliver. Impact on team purpose: Achieve MoS for 12/13 and towards AIESEC 2015, and reinforce the belief in the “Why” and our impact model.

!

Project Objectives Purpose: 1. Defining what an integrated experience looks like in the refreshed AIESEC Experience and how it can be useful. 2. Ensure the measurement of these Integrated Experiences. 3. Ensure the presence of education around this topic.

Outcome Objective 1: Defining what an integrated experience looks like in the refreshed AIESEC Experience. Before IC 2012 the concept was created and at IC 2012 it was launched. Currently it’s fully embedded in the “Clarity of Why” presentations linking directly with the core of the organization: our AIESEC Way. Furthermore was defined how integrated experiences can support programmes as: • TXP + GCDP: EP team leader strategy to improve GCDP delivery. • TXP + GCDP: to increase GCDP performances through internal branding. • TXP + GIP: connected with EP preparation to provide more complete GIP EPs. • GCDP + TXP: reintegration to increase talent capacity. Definition of Integrated Experiences is available here: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10232727 Objective 2: Ensure the measurement of these Integrated Experiences. After the definition of Q3, the progress in Q4 is in terms of measuring integrated experiences, in Q1 a new “conversion menu” is was added in the “Analysis Menu” on MyAIESEC.net. The menu is currently working and the education to the network was given through manuals (currently uploaded on MyAIESEC.net). Through this menu all multiple experiences can be measured but it is visible the special attention to IXP. Objective 3: Ensure the presence of education around this topic The first touch point was at IC 2012 in Russia, second in global consultancy week in November 2012. Currently we changed approach and IXP is not presented separately but integrated in programme startegies. Examples: - the output of the “TXP driving GIP/GCDP” Summit held in Rotterdam in October: TM strategies are directly connected with OGX one for example. For more information check here: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10234019 - the output of “GCDP Summit” in Turkey in November where EP TL strategies is presented. Check here for the output: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10237132 For general information about Integrated Experience the global wiki here: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10232727.

Conclusions Integrated Experiences is a key strategy to achieve 2015 MoS as based on the concept of multiple experiences. Moreover, it has clear link with other programmes strategies and there are many ways to implement them at any level (global, national, local) depending on the needs. However we want to highlight that is important to refresh this concept often as connected with the AIESEC way and we know how AIESEC can have a short memory.
