Quality Experience: Integrated Experience Purpose: by the development and the implementation of integrated experiences we can ensure qualitative transformation and organizational goal achievement. Based on organization's impact model, having integrated experiences is the best experience one member can have looking at the AIESEC platform: that's why we want more people to really live through that experience In order to make it happen, we want to make sure the strategies we use to create more experiences can be fully integrated into our ongoing operation. Strategy Implementation The implementation of this strategy started with the planning phase in July and was presented at IC. Therefore we can consider integrated experiences developed in 4 different blocks: a. Growth in GCDP though our current talent capacity. b. Growth in talent capacity re-integrating the members in the GCDP pool c. Improvement in the EP delivery d. Improvement in the preparation of GIP EP giving them a team experience before their exchange experience. Considering the GCDP peak in Q3, the focus for this quarter was the preparation for the reintegration after the peak. In particular, • Country selection and preparation for project; • Resource creation and sharing: o Reintegration project goal tracking tool, o LC reintegration tracking tool. o Reintegration resource bank • Reintegration coaching & tracking The expected outcome of this reintegration initiative is to reintegrated at least 20% of the members who went on a GCDP during Q3. Channel of Assessment In order to assess the current state of this strategic project we have 2 different possibilities: a. assessment from the network We definitely think that the understanding of integrated experiences and of the reintegration behaviour is increased as key strategy for programme growth looking also at Entities who included it in their Entities’ plan. b. data from the Global Information System 1690 integrated experiences have been lived in Q3. TMP
TLP GCDP 707 310
152 19
96 5
TMP TLP GCDP GIP
GIP 275 126
In this table you can fid the specific datas of the realizations in Q3. In the column on the right the first programme and on the top there is the second programme lived. Eg. 707 is the number of members who lived first a TMP and then went for a GCDP.
Looking at this table, is clear why we don’t focus on reintegration after GIP experience (only 24 members in all the network had this kind of experience) whereas we focus on the reintegration
