Geoff Boyd Life Membership

Last Thursday(13th) at the season launch we were privileged to witness Geoff Boyd being awarded the 38th Norwood Football Club Life Membership.

Premiership captain and coach Boydy is the embodiment of determination and team work. A worthy recipient and fantastic person.

Congratulations Geoff.

Around the courts - Netball update

Another huge night of netball on Friday with a clean sweep of W’s across our 3 teams!

Black kicked it off with a tough battle but fought hard to finish with a 3 point win over Chirnside Park!

Best players: Madi Woods, Nicole Anastasio

Purple had a huge night with everything they have been working on coming together! They finished with a 26 point win over Heathmont!

Best players: Natalie Johnson, Emma Seymour

And then to finish off the night Gold came out, took control and got a 17 point win over Nunawading!

Best players: Madi Werkmuller, Sam Olsen

Grading games have now been completed, there haven’t been changes to the divisions! Purple are 5th on the ladder, black are 3rd and gold are 3rd as well.
