ANTON LOMAEV, Russia - Illustrator
Lomaev Anton Yakovlevich, born March 13, 1971 in Vitebsk, Belarus. In 1982 he moved to Leningrad. From 1982 to 1989 he studied there at the Johansson Institute and in 1992 he joined the State Academic Institute of St. Petersburg for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Since 1994, he has specialized in publishing graphic attending his studies under the direction of A. Pakhomov. In 1998 he graduated from the Institute. Since the mid-90s he has began working with publishers as an illustrator of children books. Since 2000 he has been a member of the Russian Union of artists. Now living in St. Petersburg and devoting with great talent and pleasure to his wonderful and unique creations.
