• David Taylor Price, born August 26, 1985, from Murfreesboro, TN, is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB) • Tampa Bay Rays (2008–2014), Detroit Tigers (2014–2015), Toronto Blue Jays (2015), Boston Red Sox (2016–present) • Price was selected first overall in the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays and made his MLB debut in September 2008 • Price pitched out of the bullpen during the Rays’ run through the 2008 playoffs, earned a memorable save in Game 7 of the ALCS, and became a full-time starting pitcher in 2009 • In his second full season, he was named the American League starter for the 2010 All-Star Game and finished second in the voting for the 2010 Cy Young Award. • Carmen Salvatore Cali, born November 2, 1978, from Cleveland, OH is a former Major League Baseball relief pitcher. • St. Louis Cardinals (2004–2005), Minnesota Twins (2007) • Cali graduated in 1997 from Naples High School in Naples, Florida, after lettering and starring four years in both football and baseball. He went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University, where he played baseball for the Owls under head coach Kevin Cooney. • He was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 10th round of the 2000 MLB Draft and made his minor league debut with the New
Jersey Cardinals. He continued through the Cards minor league system, playing with the Peoria Chiefs, Potomac Cannons, Palm Beach Cardinals and Memphis Redbirds. • Cali made his major league debut with the St. Louis Cardinals on September 8, 2004 against the San Diego Padres. • He spent the whole 2006 season in the minors and went on to sign a minor league deal with the Minnesota Twins on December 7, 2006. He spent the season splitting time between the Triple-A Rochester Red Wings and the Twins, appearing in 24 games in the Majors with a record of 0-1 and a 4.71 ERA.

LIFE INSURANCE: WHY YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR POLICIES IN-FORCE TEN CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE CANCELLING YOUR LIFE INSURANCE POLICY The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 created a tremendous ripple in the life insurance market place. Tax rates went down, the standard deduction almost doubled and the estate and gift tax exemption was temporarily raised to over eleven million per person. Immediately, life insurance policies being sold for estate tax purposes came to a grinding halt ... temporarily. The question that remains is whether Life Insurance still KDV D YHU\ LPSRUWDQW UROH LQ WKH ƓQDQFLDO DQG HVWDWH SODQQLQJ DUHQD 7KH DQVZHU LV D UHVRXQGLQJ <(6 :K\" %HFDXVH RI WKH WUHPHQGRXV EHQHƓWV of owning life insurance go far beyond paying estate taxes. This article will outline the top ten reasons to keep your existing life insurance policies (caveat - if your policy is underperforming - then, that is another story. Have your policies audited by a pro as soon as possible.) Reason 10: Creates liquidity in case your family runs into various life expenses where they would otherwise need to sell other assets in order to pay bills. Example: if you own a business or real estate, liquidation is not going to happen quickly. Reason 9: Creates liquidity to fund the buyout of your shares in a business. Reason 8: Creates liquidity to equalize gifts to children who do not get an equal share of real estate or of an interest in a business, or any other asset that is not easy to sell or split, including tangible personal property like high end jewelry and art. Reason 7: Creates liquidity or wealth replacement for the high costs associated with end of life health care (to preserve assets to care for your heirs). Reason 6: Creates liquidity or wealth replacement for high taxes and expenses of living beyond your anticipated needs. People are living much longer than anticipated; life insurance proceeds are an enormous comfort to your heirs if you need to spend down most of your liquid assets.
Reason 2: Life insurance cash value grows tax-free (Note, most states have a small internal tax - referred to as a DAK tax but, it is extremely small). Convert your life insurance into a policy that will cover your long-term care costs. Be very careful to analyze how to get the most out of your existing plan. Life settlement is a nice option, however, ask yourself the following question: Why are the investors behind the life settlement companies willing to pay a premium for your life insurance policies? GIANLUCA CORSO COSMOS CAFÉ AND PIZZERIA Ingredients: 1 lb(s) Trofie pasta 2 lb(s) Clams 3 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced ½ lb(s) Artichoke hearts 1 bunch parsley, chopped 4 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling Salt, to taste 2 Tbsp bottarga, grated
Directions: 1. Clean your clams in cold water. Discard any that are already open. Put a big pot of water for the pasta on and let it heat up to a boil and add salt. 2. In a frying pan on medium, heat up some olive oil and add in some thinly sliced garlic. 3. When the garlic turns slightly golden turn the heat up to high, add in the clams and gently shake the pan. Put the lid on the pan for about a minute, then add half of your parsley and the artichokes and continue steaming the clams with the lid on until they’ve fully opened. This should take three to five minutes. 4. Discard any clams that haven’t opened and add about half of your bottarga. Cook your pasta in the salted boiling water until slightly before the al dente stage (about 10 min). 5. Finish each serving with a drizzle of olive oil, parsley and grated bottarga. Ready to serve

Get to know a couple out of the many talented team members behind this academy:
Vimal Patel Vimal was an elite junior player, and was ranked as high as #2 in the U.S. in the boys 18 and under division. He was the Kentucky state high school singles champion in 1988 and Florida state high school singles champion in 1989. Following graduation, Vimal attended tennis powerhouse Stanford University on a tennis scholarship where he was a 3-time All American and NCAA Team Champion. Following graduation, Vimal competed professionally around the world and received an ATP ranking in both singles and doubles.
MENTAL CONDITIONING Developing mental skills and discipline is key to reaching full competitive potential. Players will hone these skills on a weekly basis.
Vimal is highly regarded as one of the top development coaches in Southwest Florida and has coached and mentored some of the nations top talent for the past 20 years. He believes strongly in a disciplined mindset and most importantly developing well-rounded student-athletes.

Jesse Witten Jesse began playing tennis at age 6, however, and by age 15 was one of the top ranked players in the US. During this time he spent countless hours training at Tough Tennis Academy and started to realize and fulfill his immense amount of talent. Jesse capped an outstanding junior career with a title in the Boys 16 and Under Division at the prestigious Easter Bowl, along with winning a gold ball at the 1999 Boys 18 and Under Clay Court Championships. Jesse continued his tennis career at the University of Kentucky where he reached the final of the NCAA Championship as a Freshman in 2002. He was also the Universities first 5 time All-American, and was ranked in the top 10 in the country every year he competed as a Wildcat. Upon graduating, Jesse became an active player on the ATP tour. Some of his career highlights include qualifying for the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open Main Draws. In 2009, Jesse reached the 3rd round of the US Open losing in 4 sets to Novak Djokovic. His highest singles ranking was achieved during 2010 at 163 in the world. Jesse also spent time as a member of the NY Sportimes World Tennis Team for 5 years with great amount of success along side one of tennis’s greats, John McEnroe. Jesse is one of the most well known tennis names in Southwest Florida, and strives to use his experiences at the highest levels of the game to help the aspiring players at TTA maximize their potential.
Ronen Graziani Ronen Graziani is the founder of Tough Tennis Academy and has more than 30 years of coaching experience at the highest level. He has coached over 30 National Champions, as well several players who have achieved #1 ranking in the USA. In addition, he has coached several players who have achieved WTA and ATP world ranking. Under his coaching at TTA 100% of his students have received academic / athletic scholarships to some of the top universities in the country. Originally from Israel, he served in the Israeli Military for 3 years, was a member of 2 National Championship teams, and coached a Division I college team to its first conference championship ever, during his first year of coaching.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Full-Time Developmental Program at Tough Tennis Academy is a highly focused, personalized training program designed to help each player further develop all aspects of their game – technical abilities, strategies, mental and physical acumen. Our goal is for each player to reach maximum performance potential, while positioning them to compete at the sectional, national, and international levels and earning college scholarships. 1. Highly Experienced Coaching Staff All members of our staff are former collegiate and professional tennis players with years of experience developing high performance juniors. 2. Game Style Students will develop individual game styles based on personal vision, on-court personality, physical attributes and weapons. 3. Strategy, Tactics, Shot Selection & Pattern Development Each player will develop a clear understanding of their basic strategy as a player. Additionally, major emphasis will be placed on a player learning high percentage tactics and shot selection, as well as, personalized tactics to highlight the player’s individual weapons. 4. Movement: Footwork – Tracking – Recovery – Positioning Player’s speed/agility, balance and quickness on court will be assessed and improved. Additionally, recommendations will be made to the player regarding extra work. 5. Physical Training/Athletic Development Program Maximizing each player’s athletic potential is a major goal of the program. 6. Mental Conditioning Developing the mental skills and discipline to enable players to reach full competitive potential is a key component of the program. Players will work on these skills on a weekly basis 7. Match Play Point and match play will be an integral part of the program on a daily basis 8. Player to coach ratio Maximum of 1 to 4 coach to player ratio at all times. Due to the limited number of students accepted into our program, players will receive a significant amount of personal attention. 9. Video Analysis Each player can be videotaped for analysis, aiding in the development of their game.
