delicate plaster work, moulded keystone ceiling decorations and stunning original marble fireplaces. From the moment the guests arrive, to be welcomed by our liveried doorman, our seamless service and attention to detail is second to none.

RELAX & UNWIND Whether couples choose to stay with us on their first evening or simply want a quiet and peaceful space to get ready for their church wedding or civil ceremony, the bride has exclusive use of our Bridal suite. The bride can arrive from 11am on the morning of the wedding day and relax in the suite and arrange to have their hairdresser and make up artist come in and prepare with their Bridal party.
We have an additional 17 luxuriously furnished en-suite bedrooms which are available for the wedding guests to book directly with us. The couple and their guests can relax and enjoy waking up the following morning to a fabulous Jockey Club breakfast served in the main house by our butlers.

LET THE CEREMONY COMMENCE We have five magnificent public rooms which are licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships. Each one is spacious and bright with high ceilings and large picture windows. They are elegantly appointed with highly polished antique furnishings, Venetian chandeliers, ornate working fireplaces and imposing doorways which are perfect for the bride to make her grand entrance through.
Each room is adorned with equestrian paintings, trophies and other items of racing memorabilia. Before a couple can marry at the Jockey Club Rooms they need to co-ordinate the date, time and registrar’s fees directly with the Superintendent Registrar. LET THE CHAMPAGNE FLOW... On conclusion of the ceremony, reception drinks are served and guests are directed through to the Morning Room and Card Room. Weather permitting, you and your guests can go out to the Terrace and down onto the lawns, where our House Butlers together with our dedicated House staff will serve drinks.
Our quiet and tranquil garden, shielded and protected by large trees and the old garden walls, offers an idyllic oasis of calm and relaxed outdoor space, perfect for summer Wedding Receptions, totally private and ideal for individual and family group pictures.

TAILOR MADE FOR YOU… Our Executive Head Chef Tim Turner and his brigade are always available to discuss your menu selection and give suggestions and guidance to create a truly memorable day for you and your guests to cherish.
In addition, we have: - A seasonal menu selector. - Seasonal menus with suggested wines for each course. - Tim Turner’s seasonal seven course tasting menu.
We base menus on a choice of one Starter, Main and Dessert course, with vegetarian and dietary dishes created to compliment where required.
Canapés Canapés ranging from £13.50 per person (inc. VAT), for a selection of four canapés which can be created to compliment your chosen wedding menu. Drinks Budget Packages can be created to compliment your requirements.

EVENING RECEPTION... Subject to the final number of guests, you will have the option of celebrating in the original Coffee Room, dating from 1755, set behind the life sized bronze of the racehorse ‘Hyperion’, or alternatively, in our elegant Georgian Dining Room, overlooking the lawn.
After dinner the guests can return to the Morning Room or Card Room to relax. Or party in our elegant Committee Room where we can accommodate anything from a 6 piece band to a DJ or a ceilidh. We can offer a variety of evening food from bacon baps and mini fish and chips to a hog roast or BBQ.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION... Bar Licensing: The Jockey Club Rooms license permits us to serve alcohol until 11.30pm with music concluding at 11.45pm with final guests departure by 12 midnight. We are able to obtain an extension; this must be arranged prior to the event. Accredited Suppliers: The House has a dedicated list of accredited suppliers, all of whom have been recruited and vetted
to ensure that they offer the highest standards of personal service and attention to detail. Visiting The Rooms: We are always delighted to invite prospective couples to have a private viewing of the Rooms and would be delighted to arrange a suitable appointment.

PREPARING FOR THE BIG DAY... The day before the wedding, why not take a break from all the planning and stress and enjoy some pampering with your close friends and family. The bride to be and her bridal party may wish to enjoy anything from a manicure and pedicure to a full body massage and cleansing facial.
For the groom there are options of massages or manicures and other spa treatments available. This is something that can be enjoyed in the comfort of our luxurious bedrooms with beauty therapists coming to the rooms.
