Exclusively made for FWD Co. by the Cowley Brothers at Auntsfield, it’s a fresh, crisp take on the classic Marlborough style, filled with passionfruit, citrus and granny smith apple. We’d suggest matching Block 88 with something like Zucchini & Feta Crostini. The crisp acidity cuts through the feta and the aromatic lift in this wine complements basil perfectly.

Rarely seen outside their famous Bannockburn cellar door, Mt Difficulty Rosé is super easy to drink. A tart, deeply coloured and highly racy affair, it’s like biting into a ripe Cromwell cherry.
