The colour is flamed amber/gold, the nose is polished leather, spice box ,organic vanilla and highland honey. The taste is flambéed Scottish apples, characteristic grapey undertones, dark chocolate, Arabian dates, sweet figs dusted with allspice and oaky vanilla.
