Attendance To get the best out of your student experience, it is very important that your attendance is excellent as this will ensure you are able to reach your full potential at college and in your work experience placements. If you are unwell, you should contact the College on 01935 423921 and press option 1 by 9am of the day that you are unable to attend. If we have not heard from you, or if we have concerns, your tutor/course/study programme manager will then contact your parents/carer later in the day to discuss this with them. Please remember that any medical appointments will affect your attendance so if possible please arrange these outside of college hours. If you cannot do so, you should collect an absence form from the Curriculum Area Staffroom and speak to your tutor. Taking holidays in term time is not permitted. This will affect your attendance and could impact on your progress and success. Please discuss any queries with your tutor. Your tutor is there to support you and to discuss celebrations or concerns about your work and attendance with you and with your parents/carers.
