Finley Pfardrescher is a sophomore at the University of Mississippi, where he is studying Business Management. An active and well-rounded student, he is involved in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, where he participates in social events and charity work. His commitment to giving back to his university and the local community reflects his strong sense of responsibility and dedication to helping others. Before college, Finley had a notable career in diving, competing with the Dallas Metroplex Diving team throughout high school. He was the team captain and set multiple school records, with his best scores reaching 232 in the 1-meter, 6-dive event and 320.4 in the 1-meter, 10-dive event. His dedication to the sport involved extensive training, including cross-fit and weightlifting, helping him achieve consistent, high-level performances. Diving allowed him to hone his athletic skills and instilled a sense of discipline and perseverance that he continues to apply in all areas of his life. Born in 2004 and raised in McKinney, Texas, Finley is the eldest son of Jason and Doris Pfardrescher. He has a younger brother, Hayes, who is finishing high school. Growing up in a supportive family environment, he was encouraged to pursue his interests and strive for excellence in sports, academics, or extracurricular activities. At McKinney Boyd High School, Finley was more than just an athlete. He was involved in the school’s broadcast news network, covering stories about school events and the local community. He also had a strong interest in theatre, acting in multiple plays and TV commercials, and was featured in the independent film Dear Leo, in which he played the role of Jared M. These experiences gave him a broad range of skills that continue to serve him well in college.
