A celebration of women Six months ago, BizClik Media Group decided to mark International Women’s Day 2021 with a series of special supplements celebrating the Top 100 Women in FinTech. At a time when women are facing increasing challenges in the workplace due to Covid-19 but finally making headway on gender parity, I am delighted to say that the hardest part of this process was cutting down our nominations to just the very best 100. All of the women featured here had earned their place as well as the respect of their peers, through hard work, talent and determination. They have battled discrimination their entire lives, yet still rise to the top of their professions. Today, we celebrate these women and every woman, and we will continue to do that as a business – 365 days a year.

TOP 100 WOMEN
Women in FinTech Nominated by you, chosen by us; we celebrate the female executives that are having a profound impact on fintech’s development globally
Y
ou’d think that expanding our usual Top 10 format would have made the selection process easier, yet that wasn’t the case: we were overwhelmed by the quality and volume of responses generated by our public poll, something that I believe reinforces the powerful impact female leadership is having today. Empowering women in business is something we both ardently support and track as a publication. We congratulate everyone on this list for their dedication, vision, and inspirational leadership.
